The van wasnt bad. Some paint wear on the hood and on the driver door. It was an alright experience. They have a lot of cool cars.

The dealer misrepresented the car they sold me, their listing claimed in the seller's notes that it had a significant upgrade package (Enhanced Autopilot) that it turned out not to have, which was a $6,000 feature. I verified the package with the salesperson prior to contracting for the car which I then arranged to have shipped cross country. The dealer has not been willing to make any adjustment for their misrepresentation.

Then the salesman was rude and said even if I wanted to trade in my 2006 Toyota Sienna he would offer less than $150...that vehicle is my only asset and it took blood sweat and tears to pay it off! And it was FREEZING in their showroom while I waited

Very bad experience with this dealer. I like the car from this dealer and i call them 3 time before i come to van nuys from sacramento. Me and my friend bought 2 air ticket and took day off for buy the car . They said on phone car is in very good condition and you will like it. When we came from sacramento to van nuys and step in their office they said sorry car has a check engine light. They offer us free warranty and said if car has damage on your way take the car to dealership but dont tell them car was already check engine light when we bought. I ask them why dont you tell us before and they reply sorry for that but we can’t do anything if you want to buy the car we can sale as is with free warranty. I spent $500 and now going back empty hand.

Calidad Motors was very responsive but just didn't have the truck I was looking for.

I drove four hours round trip only to find that the vehicle I was looking to buy was in fact an ex-smokers vehicle, which I had specifically asked about and was told it had not been. Additionally, the vehicle had clearly been spray painted underneath and in the wheel wells to hide the notable amount of corrosion. While the employees were accommodating to my requests for an inspection, this was a typical "used car salesman" experience, and I would not recommend considering this dealership for a vehicle. I personally did not even start the car, I just left after realizing I had been lied to from the start. Unfortunate, as I had cash in hand and was really looking forward to the "excellent condition low-mileage vehicle I was led to believe I drove four hours to see.

very bad experience. They were selling a Hummer H3 they never had I called a few times spoke with someone then I was told they sent it out for inspection and then I was told they didn't have it .

These guys were really responsive and sent pictures at my request even before they were on the website. In the end we never made it to them to have a look as we ended up getting one a bit closer. They seemed like good people to work with.

A great transaction with an honorable family run business. They fully disclosed everything. We all thought the car I was buying had Bluetooth, but we could not find it in the car. For no extra charge, they installed a nice setup. Picked me up at Bart. I can't say enough. I was interested in buying an extended warranty as the car had only 15 months remaining on the manufacturers. Eli went to the trouble of calling the warranty company to make sure the extension would begin upon expiration of the manufacturer's warranty and not on my date of purchase. When he learned that it would commence on my date of purchase, he did not sell me the extended warranty but instead told me to return a month before the manufacturer's protection would expire, and buy it then.

I had a problem with my throttle position sensor on my 2003 mercedes E320 i'd recently purchased. I took to a repair shop, identified the problem and Calidad Motors paid for the repairs and reduced my down payment because the car needed new tires. Eli is the best. I'd highly recommend and fully trust these guys. I traveled a great distance to purchase this car. They took great care of me.

Rick was supposed to send me pictures of the red 2006 BMW M3 but never did. Never called me back if I was still interested on the car. Terrible saled rep. I'm in sales also and I know how to take care or follow up with existing or new clients.

A failure to fix a air condition problem.

Purchased the 645ci....one the lowest prices listed in the bay area ...was able get financing with a prime lender ...these guys will go the extra mile to get you driving in the car of your choosing.
