They were slow in responding to my email. It took a few days for them to contact me by phone. When I was contacted, the person's energy on the phone was flat. They didn't seem enthused to be talking to me & or didn't take me as a serious buyer. I bought somewhere else.

I contacted the dealer regarding the vehicle they had listed. I was told the car wasn't even on the lot and ready to view. I was told that I would be notified as soon as it was on the lot. I never heard back from the sales rep that I was speaking with via email, or the rep I spoke with on the phone. Both told me they would contact me when the car was ready. I then reached out via email to the rep I had been dealing with to ask the status, but I never received a response. I then see that the listing is no longer available. This was extremely frustrating and terrible customer service on the dealer's part. The rep couldn't even email me back saying the car was no longer available, he just didn't respond. Terrible way to earn future business.

Was told by salesman that the car (used trade-in) was in excellent shape but after driving an hour and a half up from the city, it turned out the car wouldn't start and both the interior and exterior were in horrible condition! So dissapointed! What a waste of time - if you have a chance - deal with professionals, not the folks at Cabral...
