I love my new jeep Thank you
no response, I had to call them. Cargurus had wrong location of vehicle. Once I went to CNY drives in Fulton, NY I waited almost 2 hours just for them to not be able to find vehicle keys. I had already spoken to them, what vehicle, they knew I was arriving soon. Still almost 5 days have passed, they still do not have keys or key company to get keys and I have to contact them on updates. Very unprofessional, unorganized and the vehicle has not even been fixed to be bought after over 113 days at their dealership. Just sad!

Truck was sold before I could get down there to look at it.
told me they had the truck i was looking for and when i got there the day of they told me they sold it a few days ago and tried to convince me to buy a more expensive truck that’s looked like trash and smelled like cigarettes one of there trucks was 23k and it had a giant hole in the driver seat floor and was just not worth my time going!

You called us several days before you came in. At that time the truck was available. You then showed up a few days later after it had been sold. I recomend if you are driving any distance to go see a vehicle, call and make sure its there the day you decide to go. Also, asking you if you wanted to see anyything else while you are here as long as you made the trip, does not constitute trying to convince you to buy something more expensive. Thanks

Waited awhile after setting up an appointment.
Was told my pre-approval was bogus.
Was told I couldn't get into the car I wanted but with five
times my deposit I could get into another vehicle.

Your negative review should be directed to the company who solicited you the Bogus Approval. NOT AT US SIR OR MADAM. We simply made the appointment you requested and let you know your "approval" was an advertisement and not an actual bank loan...

By far the best experience I’ve had with any dealer. Owner Mr. Luke is a very ginuine and honest man about everything. Let’s you know the best routes to go and takes good care of you and and problems that occur. I would and have been recommending people him and his site. Very amazing knowledgeable man. You will not be nor leave disappointed when you talk or buy from Mr. Luke.
Dealer wasn't open after we discussed their hours. I also inquired as to
carfax info and wasn't given the complete story. From what we saw of the
vehicle, it was misrepresented but since no one was there 1.5 hours after the
open time I don't have the complete picture.

This review makes me wonder if you have the right establishment? We have records to date that show we have been open on time every day since inception, so the comment that we were not open one and a 1/2 hours after our posted hours simply cannot be true. Not calling you a liar here but it's simply not possible. And as far as us being misleading about the vehicles history? We are a carfax certified advantage dealer. All of our cars have a free carfax detailed history report viewable online and in show room. This is designed so you DON'T need to take our word for it about the vehicles history

Luke contacted me immediately on a truck I was interested in. I met him the
next day and test drove the vehicle, there were some issues with the tires
and the trailer brake as well as the CD player Luke went above and beyond
to resolve all the problems replacing the tires and the trailer braking system
as well as fixing the CD player all at his expense , I can't say enough good
about him and his dealership. I would highly recommend him to anyone who
is looking for a used car or truck!
Luke from CNY Drives is one of the most outstanding people I have ever met. I stopped by after work one night, just as he was leaving. The truck I was interested had been sold, but he still took the time to talk with me. When I told him what we were looking for, he showed me another truck that he had recently got, and had not yet advertised. It was exactly what I was looking for, and the price was below what we expected to pay. I wish buying a vehicle was always this painless and easy! I highly recommend Luke to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Every vehicle we looked at was super clean, inside and out!

Ok my fellow shoppers. I never and I mean never do these reviews. But after working with CNYdrives I had too. This is by far the best place to by a used car. No nonsense, straight forward, look you in the eye and and explain it all. Luke is the best. Very fast responses time and just a great business. I will send anyone that asks to these guys. Called on truck, went and seen truck, bought truck!!! Really great guy and place.
