Watch low price posted and then add in premium safety fees of 1,000-2000 dollars. The car we drove from VA to NC had damage to exterior and no compensation was offered off the price or to fix the problem. The car was presented as like new with only 9,000 miles but had a large chip and scratch in paint, multiple small chips and chew marks in two of the black fender trims. Instead tried to sell me a new car. So we wasted 7 hours in the car and drove my old faithful car back home. Do yourself a favor and try another company but also ask for close up videos and pictures of any damage before traveling to purchase a car.

I spoke with them once to arrange an onsite visit to test drive the vehicle, only to find they did not have the
vehicle ready for sale. After a week, I still haven't heard back from the dealership. Too bad for them, they missed out on my business.

Don’t bother with trying to trade in, will have you sit for couple hours just to hit you with an embarrassingly low offer. Other than that great prices, and our salesman Brian was pretty cool, and helpful. Would recommend if you were buying with out a trade.

I personally like the added touch of saying my name. If they wanted to sell the vehicle to me, they are going about it in all the right ways. Any contact I have had with this establishment has been nothing but plus and and I've been buzzing about it to everyone I come in contact with. They come highly recommended.

on the vehicle we were inquiring about. Once at the dealership, we were met by Kevin
Roberson and he took the best care of us. He was knowledgeable about Mitsubishi
even though it wasn't a Toyota. He took his time with us and we never felt rushed or
pressured. The business office did their best to meet our needs as well. We walked

I bought this car after finding it on CarGurus. 1. I took my numbers from CarGuru in to
the dealer. I had a trade which I had entered the VIN for and accurately described. They
ended up giving me $3100 less on the car, so I did end up paying more than I had
wanted. 2. When I test drove the car, the TPMS light was on and the salesman thought
it was a bad TPMS sensor. While they were prepping my car for me to drive it home,
someone put some air in the tire and the TPMS light went off. I drove it 20 miles home
and all was well. The next morning, the tire was nearly flat, and I took it to a nearby tire
center to repair it. There was a hole in the sidewall! They let me drive off with a bad,
potentially unsafe tire and I had to buy a new tire less than 24 hours after I bought the
car.
It wasn't the worst experience with a dealer I've ever had, but it wasn't the best either.
Kevin Roberson was great but overall I wasn't completely satisfied.

High pressure sales is what they’re about. Scripted sales pitch. The salesperson had to ride with us for the test drive, (took an hour to get one, bc you have to follow the script) bc “he had to drive it off the lot” funny I drove it back on. After the test the sales pitch increased. Bad business practices.

For the most part responsive. They did admit that they knew the truck had an issue with the ac and were planning to charge it up. This is not good to me since that is a closed system and should not leak down.

The dealer was great at first. The truck sold before I was able to go look at it, which is no
problem. I understand how businesses work and was fine with it. Afterwards, I continued
to receive emails and texts to come look at other vehicles that I specifically stated to them
that I was not interested in. I asked to be removed from the contact list, but still received
another text and email. I'm not sure what I have to do to be taken off their list, but I
probably won't buy anything from them, just because they won't leave me alone even
though I asked them to do so.

Got a deal with just 1 problem . Sales manager wanted to get me to purchase an add on product for theft protection and safety . They should have had that mentioned in their pricing before a customer seen the add on this web page . Detail shop used a razor to remove paperwork on window and cut the windowtint that was on the vehicle after I signed the paperwork . Can't get good help anywhere it seems .

The sales person was very responsive and helpful. The sales manager was condescending and downright rude. I found a car on their page that I liked and emailed in an offer.
He inquired about my reasonings for this price and I told them and offered $500 more. My offer was around $385 less than asking and would have included tax, tags and doc
fees. Rather than make a counter offer, the sales manager contacted me himself to suggest I look for something "more in my budget." I would have considered more money
had he not been so condescending. I'm not sure if it was because I am a female buyer or if he's just generally that way, but I chose to just look at another dealership and I am
very glad that I did.
I ended up buying a 2019 version of the same car with just a few more miles for an out the door price of only $400 more than the asking price at this location. Worked out well
for us, and I have learned to steer clear of this dealership when I buy the next car in just a few months.

The dealership was prompt in answering my questions. The price posted for the vehicle was reasonable; however, the additional fees added to the selling price raised the vehicle price by a couple thousand dollars.

I would not recommend this dealer to watch my dog more less sell me a vehicle. Poorly organized had 2 salesman talk to me at a time. Every truck I was I interested in they would turn around and sell before I could get up with them. Really sounded like they didn’t know what they were doing. Honestly I wouldn’t trust them to wash my car more less sell me one.

The car I was interested in was “purchased” as soon as they found out I already had financing, after we drove 45 miles to see it. These people are shady and almost certainly getting kickbacks from the financing portion of the purchase. Buy a car from a smaller dealership that won’t try to screw you over.

Have not been to Rocky Mount as time is an issue. They have contacted me and made every effort. It is just a busy time and I have decided
to wait til I have more time to devote to the search.
Nice folks, but clearly driven by the business side of the deal and not the customer side. Beautiful Jeep, but priced a little high because of the some add ons. I suggested a price that wasn't far off of what they were asking, but they would rather wait for the right buyer to make full profit instead of still making money and earning a customer. The vehicle did sell which means they got thier asking price, but they lost me as a customer. When you can make money and earn a customer then that is dealership and business worth supporting. Too many fees and add on prices not listed with the actual price of the vehicle. List price was $16,991 with n additional $1200+ for a safety package, $600+ docking fee, $300+ misc fee?, on top of tax and license. Not enough equity in the vehicle to justify the cost. I will keep looking elsewhere. Thank you.

Would never spend my money there. Was scheduled to look at a vehicle and they sold it the day before! In addition, Kalil, stopped answering my text and never told me it was sold. Thank goodness I saw the car as "No longer available" before making the almost 2 hr drive there!! Called the dealership to verify it being sold the morning of my appointment and guess who answers the phone...Kalil! He acted as if he didn't receive my inquiry about the car and my 2 hr drive the night before. Yea, right! He saw all the other ones. I did an online complaint and was contacted immediately by phone and email. Thats the 1 star! Otherwise, I'd give then no stars. It was Kalil's supervisor. I cant recall his exact title. Basically, they apologized and told me if I decided I'd like to look at another vehicle there, at any time, I could deal with him directly. Also, that he'd definately have a conversation with Kalil about it. Thanks but no thanks. I'd never spend my money there now or recommend them!

However, I wasn't pleased with management trying to persuade me to finance with them because supposedly "they no longer" dealt with the company of my choice. Not sure if they were telling the truth. Also communication between staff needs to be more clear when relaying messages from prospect clients.

3 stars for the initial line of communication that was prompt and professional. But I believe once they heard my questions and did not see potential in a possibleq sale, they stopped communicating. I understood my situation wasn’t an ideal one but they could have definitely ended the conversation with a definite “no”. Instead, they told me they’d try to work some numbers out and never got back to me. Very unprofessional.

Salesman replied quickly at first ; I called next day twice and got no reply . I found out later from Cargurus that the vehicle had sold. I guess salesman couldn’t find time to let me know.

When I got to Rocky Mount Toyota, I had an appointment for 11:00 am with Brock. I arrived at 11:00 and Brock was not there. I waited 15 minutes and another salesman helped me. I wanted to talk to Brock because I had already explained my situation to him and told him what my car payment would need to be. I told him if he couldn’t make that happen, then I didn’t want to waste his time or mine. The other salesman was very nice and did try to help me. While I was with the other salesman, Brock came and apologized saying he had 5 appointments that day and had to put me with the other salesman. Brock had sent me a video of himself showing me what he looked like so that I would recognize him. He also said he would have the car in the VIP showroom. That did not happen. I did not buy the car because they couldn’t get me anywhere near the car payment I needed. I would NOT recommend this dealership. They did not follow through on anything they said. Very disappointed with my experience.
Very bad. Said the vehicle was available. Made me drive up to an hour and the vehicle was available. Eventually sold the vehicle to another person after making me wait for it to be returned after 4 days. Not even a phone call to tell me vehicle has been sold. I drove there twice. Bad business. Will Never recommend them to anyone.

Had sold the car after made an appointment to see it. Should have
called and told us that the car was no longer available. Made an hour
trip for nothing.
