Had an appointment days in advance and upon arrival the vehicle had the entire dash apart and was not drivable much less detailed for showing.

Lots of add on costs. Submitted an out the door offer with a sales person. Said he would get with the sales manager and let me know. Never heard anything. It's fine to not accept an offer but to not respond speaks volumes as to what you can expect.

Dealership was professional, courteous, and friendly. But the price published on the internet was about 20% lower than the quoted price at the dealership after all of the fees and markups.
Love the 2016 Wrangler that I got from Carmazone in North Carolina! The Jeep is amazing
and they were prompt, courteous and professional in every sense!! They did not call me
when I said don't call--they respected my communication preference which I very much
appreciated. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Excellent. Dealer responded promptly and kept me informed of the status of the vehicle I inqiluired about.
Dealer responded within 5 minutes of me sending out an inquiry on the jeep I was looking at. I got in contact with miss Holly over the phone and she got a few details from me to start the process of buying my jeep. After she gathered everything she needed she transferred me to Mr.Dennis who was the lovely sales representative I got paired with. The process was quick and easy overall and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience I had with this dealership. They make you feel seen and heard whenever you ask questions and treat you like one of their own. 10/10 service and I will definitely be referring friends and family to them in the future.

Great experience with Kimber, Jeff, and the team. Buying from out of state I had a lot of questions and concerns: Kimber and the team answered all my questions and provided photos and inspections to allay any concerns (>50 emails sent back and forth). They arranged to ship the vehicle to my door and it arrived exactly as described. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, even from 2000 miles away.

The most unprofessional dealership I have every worked with. Drove 45 minutes one way to be ignored and put off. Had multiple
conversations about this vehicle and my trade. Explained we both work late and have 4 kids and did not want to drive 45 minutes for no
reason. When we got to the dealership, ready to test drive and buy, we were stalled for about 30 minutes to find out that one of the
management/owners drove the car home for the weekend. No apology, nothing.

Was a total nightmare experience. After days of messaging with Kimber we drove 3 hrs to dealership. She was
there but did not ever come near us. None of the stuff she & I spoke of materialized. Our car was never looked
at in person but through pictures had been rated at $5000. It is in excellent condition except for 100,000 millage
& they rated it at "FAIR" for $3900. We & the salesperson that ended up taking care of us went over the car we
were to purchase & only found a few dings on the hood & a missing clip on the front fender which they were
going to fix. Long story short, whoever moved the car to fix the clip apparently ran the car into something as the
driver side back fender was dented & paint scraped off in a sizable area. Also the passenger mirror had
apparently been knocked off & was stuck back on with pieces missing from it. The front desk mgr refused to do
anything about it...said it would cost too much money & tried to tell us it was like that. Do not go here.

I negotiated in good faith with Chris my sales rep . We settled on a price for the car and he went to get his manager's signature. I was presented with the paperwork to sign from the manager and happened to look at it and saw that it was $1,300 more than the price Chris and I agreed on. I left without buying anything.

We were looking online for a murano and saw one on carmazone. We messaged them with a couple of questions because we didn’t want to drive an hour and half for nothing. They responded quickly and answered all our r questions. So we drove down there the next day. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say we bought the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier.

It was a learning experience. I went looking for one vehicle and was convinced to get another one. Overall the car and service were both fair deals however after my purchase their was a liquidation sell which lowered the price and could have same me a few thousand which reminded me that all dealers are about the same not the person (reality check).

Great vehicle, great price! Outstanding interest rate offered! Our other vehicle broke down Saturday night and we were supposed to be leaving Sunday night for a family vacation we planned on driving for. We were desperate and were going to buy a new mini van at a "reputable " dealership that was open on Sundays. They tried to charge us 6k more for a similar vehicle with less options! We walked out. Monday we went to Carmazon and bought a fully loaded, beautiful, 2017Dodge Caravan, 6k miles, for under 20k!! Sooo happy!!
