My salesperson at Buster Miles was Wayne Thomas. Wayne did a great job keeping me informed during the sales process as my deal was completed 100% electronically. He coordinated with me, my Credit Union and his finance person and everything was completed over a 2-day period. I paid a little extra and they delivered the vehicle to my work within a few days. Vehicle was just as pictured, very clean and mechanically sound. Very good experience and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

No one seemed to know if vehicle was actually on the
lot.. actually spent an afternoon to visit dealership (89
mikes) to see another F 150 , thinking i had 4 other
trucks that were listed on your site at their
dealership.The others were not there. The salesman
said the gray had sold the day before, however it kept
showing up on your site.. i called numerous times and
spoke with different salesmn and no one was sure
about vehicles listed, im still waiting on one salesman
to call me right back that is apparently still MIA on the
lot searchingâ¦

Rocky contacted me and gave me an "out the door" price. I scheduled an appointment
and he had the vehicle waiting at the front for the test drive. They installed a brand new
battery and a new cabin filter and gave me a full tank of gas plus they washed the vehicle,
again, before I left. I was in and out in less than 2-hours.

Car displayed on site was not ready for me to test drive. I set an appointment, it was a 1 1/2 hour drive for me, only to be told not ready, not inspected, they could have told me that before taking the trip. If you deal with this dealership, ask "Is the car ready and inspected." It was disappointing and shady.

Dealership was friendly. We looked at a wholesale vehicle. It needed a lot of work. Not worth what they were asking. They did make an offer to us a little lower, but still was not worth it with what it would cost to fix everything. I did text them with one more offer from me and they never replied. They will take this vehicle to auction and hopefully get what they want for it, just not from us!

I live roughly 3 hours away from this dealer so I messaged them about a truck I had found on CarGurus. I asked that if the price was not negotiable to let me know because it had been in an accident plus it was a little high on price per KBB. They did message back to let me know it was not negotiable. I don’t deal with car dealerships that expect full asking price. This was a first for me. Thanks for saving me from a wasted 3 hour trip though by responding back timely though. Can not recommend this dealership.

The sales people are very friendly.
Car was very dirty when I went to look at it. Decided to buy it though and when I went to pick it up it was cleaned up. That's when I could see all the scratches that didn't show before. Not a deal breaker though. Being a used car, I wasn't expecting showroom condition but I do expect honesty and I felt I didn't quite get that. All in all, the car looks good and runs great. One more thing, it's been two weeks now and still waiting on the tag and title. Don't know how long that takes but I'm ready to completely close the deal.

I have never had an experience quite like this. Everything about Buster Miles is different. 'Market Pricing' meant that there was absolutely zero pressure. We were treated with respect, dignity, compassion, and fairness each time we were there. Wayne, Kelly, Julianna, and the entire staff were (are) amazing! If we ever need another vehicle (or know someone who does), we will wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Buster Miles.

Very poliet at the beginning, but when it gets down to the finances they dont want to work with you. When we got there we wanted to look at a 26k vehichle. I had bought my truck last year for 22k, they told me it was worth 10k and that my payments would go from 350 a month to 780 a month. They also will falsely say there is an issue with ur vehichle to make it sound worse. Not pleased with my visit at all.

I talked to them about buying the f350 and gave them my trade in vin. Number. In return I needed info on the truck to my bank for the loan. The vin they provided was not the vin and then behind my back they sold the truck from under me. This is a bad way to do business and I will go elsewhere to buy my truck
