The vehicle had damage on the fender and missing paint on the hood. The plastic lower portion of the front seats was ripped away. The pictures did not depict any of this.

This was to get me to buy a more expensive car. ALL of a sudden while talking with them for the 2nd or 3rd time
they said the vehicle was no longer available but was still listed on 3 different sites including their own.
They were very slow to respond initially and when I
requested more information, they did not respond
at all. Unfortunately the number given in the ad is
not for the dealership but the personal cell phone
number of one of the sales people. I was told that
there were some issues with the car and it was
being sold as is and they didnât want to provide any
more info. They just said I could take it to my
mechanic to check it out. I live over two hours away
and do not have a mechanic local to the dealership
so that is not much help at all.

It was a very relaxed environment. No one was pushy and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were contacted immediately when we made an enquiry on a vehicle by e-mail and phone.. We would definitely consider using the dealership again. It was well worth the drive!

It’s one thing to sell a car AS IS, it’s another thing to cover up issues to try to sell the car to an unsuspecting buyer. Within two weeks of having this car, the antifreeze and oil started leaking like a faucet. Literally a trail of oil ALL DOWN THE STREET!! The engine is now ticking. I haven’t even had the car for 25 days and it’s now parked and I can’t drive it.
I was in desperate need of a car because my other one was messed up and I need to get my family around and get to work. I explained my situation and they still sold me this crap. If your going to sell as is, the least you can do is let someone know the issues, or don’t put people in cars that have engine problems! You can stick to your policy and not do anything all you want, but wrong is wrong. Have some moral, have some decent character for goodness sake. Everything isn’t about making a dollar. Make a good reputation!! Do better by people! Imagine if this was your family!!!

He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck that I was
looking into.
They did a good job of working with me to get all the background work taken care of before I arrived so that I could enjoy the experience of meeting and test driving my new car without any worries. The paperwork process was fast and easy and only took a few minutes with no hassles, selling of add ons, or additional fees. I was on my way home with my new ride in less than an hour. It helps to get as much of the background paperwork done before you show up. It keeps you from spending a whole day at the dealership. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The BEST people with the most incredible service!!!
Talked with the Sales Manager, Tim, several times during the week to let him know we were driving almost 2 hours to come look at the car and hopefully buy it. He assured me via text message that the car would be CLEAN and ready for us to drive and inspect. We arrived right when they opened and the car was sitting on the side of the lot, filthy and disgusting and we never could get TIM THE SALES MANAGER to even help us!! The worst part is the pictures of this Accord are very deceiving, the car is trashed, dented everywhere, scratched, busted taillights, DISGUSTING cigarette smoke infested and the car looked like it was driven through a mud pit! After all of thats when they finally found the key the car wouldnt even start, the battery was completely dead! This is not how you do business, you don't lie to customers and tell them the vehicle will be ready and clean and have them drive 2 hours to a filthy, trashed out vehicle that won't even start! Thanks for the lies TIM!!

This is my fiancee dream car we were in negotiations to drive 5hours to get and the salesman stopped responding then said he was sick and would get in touch wnen he went back to work i emailed another salesman that never responded then after 4days I text the original salesman. Amd was told it was sold
Work with George who was great and patient. He responded timely, walked me through the approval process, and even arranged to have my car delivered. I wish I could get a breakdown of the dealership fees. But overall, the experience was great with the best deal I could find, both warranty and pricing-wise. 80 miles away, but definitely worth the trip.
Well they told me a higher price than what was on car guru and when i sent them a screenshot of it they just ignored and kept trying to sell me something, no apology or knocked a few hundred off the price or anything so my experience with them wasnt to good , but im sure they dont care they will still sale vehicles wheather i like them or not

I walked around I checked everything out I was fully satisfied with the car and I was going to buy it right up to the point where he said it we didn't know we didn't check anything on the car all we did was wash it not clean it just wash it off so they didn't know checking it all they did absolutely nothing except spray water on it and they wanted to charge me $595 stocking fee for doing absolutely nothing plus the $2,500 for the car not going to happen

day), they didn't tell me the car was sold, they then followed up asking me if I had questions, when the car
was already sold and no one ever told me. Two sales people contacted me after the car was gone when I

I can’t give them a good rating.The salesman I originally dealt with was helpful, but the girl I saw at the dealership(because the other guy was off at his wedding)h pretty much misled me on what they would do for me. She sold the car to someone else without giving me a chance to purchase after I told her we wanted the car. Her word means nothing so be careful dealing with her. I hope this is not the way they do all their customers.

My experience was limited to on-line inquiries about the vehicle, but here's what I found out about the dealer. Very prompt and professional responses to my questions. However, the responses themselves did not answer all my questions. Specifically, I asked to see the accident report from CarFax on the vehicle and was referred to the dealer's website which only said there was an accident (that I already knew). There was a description of the accident by the dealership as "told to them by the previous owner" which I could not find credible
There pricing transparency could be improved. The advertised price at CarGurus was very competitive and I inquired if there were any additional fees excluded from that price. There was; a $600 documentation fee that was non-negotiable and I discovered had been $500 a few months before. I also checked with the agency responsible in Alabama for processing used vehicles, the documentation fees are less than $40. Still very competitive pricing!

My wife and i went to look at a car. A hour and a half drive. The car we were interesred in had some issues that discouraged us from that car but the sales staff were excellent and up front about the vehicles. I tried to get a review of the car's condition from the dealer rep before I drove two hours to
come test drive it. I specifically asked if there were any issues with the car that would indicate
that there are problems with the vehicle. The rep replied something to the effect that it
seemed to be ok and drove well. We took the risk and drove the distance. When we arrived
the car looked sharp and clean. There was a little issue in getting it to turn over, it seemed to
strain a bit to start but cranked over on the 2nd try. I drove onto the highway and pushed the
gas peddle to accelerate and it was not responding well. I looked in my review mirror and a
cloud of black and white smoke was coming out of the exhaust. Needless to say I drove it
back and said no thank you. If it had been closer to home I might have considered it,
checked it with my mechanic, and offered the price less the $500 doc fee they add to it.

Everything I asked for either they supplied, or they were fair about getting a remedy, considering we drive almost 2 hours to check out the vehicle. I truly recommend this dealership totally. I heard from the internet sales person but they would never follow up. I sent them my vin for an
appraisal on my car, I texted multiple times, spoke to the sales guy once but never heard back. I

They do not work with you even when your really close to being where u need to be they lie and say they will only run your credit 2 time then running 5 time witch piss me and I drove and hour and 20 mine to look at this truck and they didn't even want to come off or work with me witch is fine BC I got a 2016 ram 2500 fully loaded for the price I needed to be in I would never do business with this company there not interested in fixing thing that need to be fix with the truck ether they want you to financeit the extra money that will cost to fix it instead of doing it there self not happy with this company at all like I said I wouldn't ever do business with them only good this is my sell woman was really nice and sweet but u know they can only go as far as they can

I really enjoyed my experience at Buster Miles, I had been to more than 20 dealers and looked for more than 2 months for y daughter a car. This was only place where I was treated very very nice and that meant a lot to me. The saleman Geroge was very informative and wanted to make sure I really had what I wanted. Everyone was so nice and finance person was great he had some website issue but still was in and out very fast. Thank you guys for everything my daughter loves her new car!!!

these guys have about the worst

am Not sure they actually want to sell
cars. They listed a car without a price, so
I sent an email to get it. They send back
some generic welcome message with
no price or anything to do with the car
that I want. About a week later some
admin or office manager asks how my
experience was and I told her it was
horrible and gave her the story. Chirp
