Dealer had contacted me 2-3 times trying to work out a deal that fit both of us. We are still on the radar. They were all very polite, helpful, and professional.

They first started out with a 3k markup, once I told them I would not pay over sticker, I was told they don't sell cars under sticker. I told them thanks but no thanks. 15 mins later a received a text msg with numbers off the sticker ($1500). I was happy with that and also my trade. They advertise oil changes free for 3 years. I brought it up to my sellsman, he told me something that blew my mind. Unless you pay over sticker you don't get the 3 years of oil changes. They get a 4 because at the end of the day I left feeling good about the deal and with the shakiness about the 3 years of oil changes. BTW the price They advertise on their website isn't the selling price, that price includes every rebate whether you qualify or not. It's really a dishonest tactic to catch a potential buyers eye.

The dealership offered a fair price and the sales process was the best I have ever experienced. My salesman Nicholas was great and the finance office didnt try to over sale me. All-in-all a great experience with little to no stress.

Did not honor Inet price. Everything else seemed
fine. They added close to a thousand dollar
dealer
fee onto it and then started at "Vehicle Market
Price" on the worksheet they sent me. It was
explained to me that I didn't qualify for all the
rebates or discounts because I didn't just
graduate from
college among other things. The price of the
vehicle should be advertised at what most
people will
pay for it before taxes and tags added. It would
be great if people would enforce this but I guess
I
am living in a dreamworld. So basically the price
on the internet did not include the dealer fees
and
added a bunch of discounts that probably only
one percent of the country would qualify for. Not
the
most scrupulous of tactics but unfortunately
probably happens all the time.

This was a great place to to buy! It was my daughter's first vehicle purchase and I was able to be there to help her over the phone. The salesman had no issues with me being hundreds of miles away and spoke with me as if I were there.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Burlington Kia. They
were responsive and super helpful all the way through the process.
Rashaud gave outstanding service and guidance as well as
knowledgeable responses to our many questions. Overall, combining
CarGurus with Burlington Kia allowed us to meet our goals with the least
effort and best results.

Posted a price on CarGurus.com and Autotrader.com and then wanted nearly $4,000 when I tried to actually buy the car. When I asked the sales manager in an email for an explanation I never got a response. Misleading and/or deceptive pricing is no way to run a dealership.
