They told me to come Saturday to look at the truck I got off early to go look at the truck and then they called me back and told me that they sold the truck I lost out on 5 hours of over time and then they call me back to ask if I still wanted the truck I told them that I didn't want t the truck

It's not mentioned online but this dealer charges a $2500 (low end) + "reconditioning" fee on top of the purchase price and TTNL..... the dealer doesn’t disclose the fee, he will spring it on you once you show interest in a vehicle. The vehicle I wanted to buy was “reduced” By $500 - but the the dealer charges this ridiculous fee to make it on the back end

I called and scheduled an appointment to look at a car. I explained that I was driving 60+ miles to the dealership thus wanted to make sure the car was still available and ready for a test drive. I was assured the car would be ready for me when I arrived. Upon arrival I was told that there was an "emergency" and one of the Sales Managers took the car to deal with the emergency and would not be returning the call until the following day. One afternoon of PTO, 1/4 tank of gas and 120 miles on my car ... total waste of time. I'm not sure what type of emergency would require a Sales Manager to take off in the car for days while the dealership is actively advertising the car for sale?

Overall a pretty good experience! Didn’t like that I did my homework and got prequalified through a lender and the dealer still did the haggling thing. Otherwise no complaints!

Good communication, however it turns out the vehicle listed under their name was actually at/with another vendor (owned by the same parent), but it did waste a bit of time emailing back and forth just to have them tell me I’d need to work with their partner dealer.

This dealership does things stranger than any dealership I've ever seen before, after my wife and I had finished test driving the Traverse the manager walks over asked for the key and hands it to another customer to drive off for a test drive after I've driven 6 hours to look at this vehicle. I felt this was the most disrespectful thing that has ever happened at a dealership before, so what my wife and I did was let him know that we didn't appreciate what he had just done and we got up and left and took our business elsewhere. When we first got to the dealership we had to actually ask someone to assist us everyone just turn around looking, I heard one salesman say that after 4 he tends not to try to grab any walk-ups, I told him you must don't like making money.

Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was just awesome! My salesman, TJ, was very friendly and knowledgeable and I really did feel like he was interested in pairing me with the right car rather than just moving inventory. I ended up buying a different truck that what I went to look at. I want to adopt TJ! And I'll never forget Bill's handshake . . . if you're not careful, you'll pull back a nub! These guys are GREAT - ALL of them - definitely a good experience (and I seriously HATE buying cars!). -Pants

(WARNING!!!!) If you live out of State do not buy from this dealer!! let me tell you about my experience with them. I had filled out the contact info letting them know i was interested in this Vehicle 2012 Honda Ridgeline and was contacted fairly quickly. i let them know i was from out of state,was told that would be no problem. after back and forth communications i was ready to do the paper work. Manager Greg who I've been in communication with sent me the purchase order and a extended warranty for over 1,000 dollars was on the order i let him know i did not want to add it to my purchase, his response it is added into the price of the vehicle, but it was being added to the price that was advertised. they advertise their warranty as being free? while talking to Manager Greg it seemed that i was hung up on only to have him call me back and tell my that someone had already had purchased he vehicle because i had not put $500 down to hold it, never told. very deceitful practices

Was told vehicle was available Saturday morning and scheduled a test drive that afternoon. Three people reached out and left messages. When arrived, was told the vehicle sold the day before! Could one of these three people that reached out spend 2 extra minutes to make sure the vehicle was there before telling me it was and having me drive from another city to find out it was not??? No! Very unprofessional!

They have been very nice and very responsive. I am in the process of purchasing this vehicle. I live out of state so there is a lot of trust from then and me. There trusting me that I am going to purchase this vehicle and I can get financing. I am trusting them that the vehicle is as nice and in the condition they are representing. They are holding the vehicle for me until I can fly down and pick it up. This is the first vehicle I have purchased out of my home state. If the need arises I would purchase from them again

I drove to Nissan of Burleson to buy the 2015 Encore. It was about one hundred and thirty miles from my house. When I got there the car was not there. They had sent it to the auction. I was disappointed after driving that far. I felt like this was a bad experience.

I saw a vehicle on line at a very reasonable price but when I went to see it turns out it had hail damage and the dealership didn't discuss any of these on description and then try to act like they have no idea about it and later try to tell me the price was low because of that. My problem with this is that they made me go all the way across town to see that vehicle, and on top of that I was only offer me a $250 discount. THAT WAS VERY WRONG!

I was contacted by a girl late Saturday and she said that she would call me Sunday with the price if the car I was interested in. On Monday another salesman called and again I inquired about the Expedition and he wocheck his inventory but I never got any info on the advertised expedition. I was out of state on vacay or I would have gone to dealership. As I was working with several dealers another vehicle was on hold and we purchased our 1st day back in town. I would loved to have had more info on this one as it had fewer Mike's and that was my 1st criteria.

I made an appointment drove 2 hours and the car was not there. I keep getting canned emails but no response to my calls. Two weeks later I called and they said they don't have any record of my calls. Argh!

price on the ad is not the actual price. I drove 4 hours for a car that priced at $13,999.00 and we ended up with $17,304.00. The sales manager doesn't bother to come talk to us, and he refused to give us the "LIFE TIME WARRANTY", and he DOES NOT CARE how far you came from to this dealer and the car has been there for more than 83 days. NOT recommended at all, BIG WASTE OF TIME.

Wasted my time at appointment ... Car was not there after they called me 2 times and emailed twice to confirm the appt. They could not or would not call me as promised or return my call. Too many car dealers ... Will not do business with them.
