Answered all of my vehicle questions promptly and were very courteous and helpful

I'm glad I bought the car, but am left with sour fallout from Burien Chevy's several failures to actually do what I was told would be done to prep the car before I picked it up. Great first impression, though.

We bought this truck. Great dealer experience. Josh, our salesman, is a friendly, low key man who in no way pressured us to buy. He emailed us the Carfax, pictures & when we went to see the truck, explained how all the things worked. He let us sell the truck to ourselves. The whole staff was great, no pressure from anyone, just info to help us decide. Highly recommend Burien Chevrolet & especially Josh. They would be smart to keep this man. He is the best salesman we found in our long quest to find exactly what we wanted. He was like a new friend & treated us with friendly charm & respect. The truck was on the lot, but before we left, they washed it & filled the fuel tank. The inside was spotless & the outside had been detailed but they felt it should have a wash & leave the lot in sparkling condition. Josh offered to hook up my husband's cellphone to the truck. They never tried to get us to buy a more expensive truck. Great dealership.

Very nice people. No hassle approach and allowed me to drive car with no aggressive sales push. It was nice to walk into a car dealer without feeling like there is a bunch of vultures and you are the meal.

We haven't bought yet, but Rachel has been great so far. Unlike some of the other CarGuru dealers, Burien Chevrolet has not been bothersome with lots of calls, emails, etc. I do not feel pressured by them and hope to purchase this truck from them soon.

It was a good experience, the sales person was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The low priced vehicle was too basic for my needs and the only other suitable vehicle was not a color I like. The creative pricing couldn't get me past the color problem.

It was fine. They contacted me about a truck I was interested in but it had just sold. They contacted me again about another truck but one in which I wasn't interested in. I appreciated their contacting me and I'll continue to see what's on their lot.

car had been sold. No other similar cars anywhere close to this price. Several consultants contacted me, but didn't always respond when approached.

David was an excellent salesman but finance dept. failed to find a low percentage rate for our loan and had to redue all of our paperwork.Overall though, a pleasant experience.

I found James to be very helpful and got all of my questions answered. He even went above and beyond to help me return my rental car.

I waited 5 days and didn't get a response, so I called them, the sales man said that they sold the car. He said that they emailed me that it had been sold, but I never got an email from them.

Found a great looking car here but the salesman wouldn't negotiate at all. Kept trying to sling the numbers around and make me sign and even raised the price of the car one time! Beware their sleazy car salesmen tricks!

I work with Jamal Barnett, Internet Sales, and he was the right person for the job. Buick buyers--I've been one for over 20 years-- know what they want and know a good Buick deal when they see one. Jamal instinctively knew that and made himself available to seal the deal when we were ready. He wasn't there to 'sell a car' but was ready to start the process so my wife could drive here car home. Once we had the car, Jamal assisted in helping us get floor mats at a discount rate. Burien Chevrolet is an excellent dealer because they employ people like Jamal Barnett.

See Justin or Bill they treat you right and will stay and help you even if your not looking to buy right away..tested car out way past closing time " 11 p.m." and said still thinking about it never pushy or anything

They did not have the car listed on the lot. I was served by someone other than the person I made an appt. with, who did not know I was coming. I'm happy with the car I did buy from them.
