What a great family owned car dealership. The owner Steve, was great to work with as well as the rest of the staff. The show room was immaculate and there were plenty of cars to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxed and clean.
I was greeted with a smile and the process was pretty quick and painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, quality classic or new luxury car.

Emailed multiple times through this service and through their own website. I explained I needed to work out all the details over email and then schedule a day for me to sign and pick up the car. The emails were vague without giving any information and then was told I need to fill out a credit app before talking about the car or price. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

To be honest Tony is terrrific!! He is honest about the vehicles. His customer service, one on one interactions were good. The gentleman with the long hair needs to work on some things. His cell phone and computer were more important than answering questions or showing trucks. The receptionist is very pleasant. Iâll be back again when Iâm looking for more trucks. Thank you Tony.

No no no. Check engine light is and was
not on, so do not lie. Second you said you
needed to close the sales office. Youâre full
of lies. 2 star should get bumped to 1. I
told you what the truck was, you never
asked 2WD or 4WD. Lastly, I said fair
condition, had door damage and you are
making it seem as if the car was beat to
crap. Probably one of the poorest
responses Iâve seen from a dealer. Take a
review and learn from it, donât try and come
back with lies.

We are sorry you did not get what you expected from your trade in. You always have the option to sell it yourself. We give fair market trade in vale based on condition.
First time drove in traffic for over 1.5 hrs in traffic after talking to them on the phone to have the truck not be there. Second time I also told them I was coming and the truck had a bad battery had to be jumped. Trying to hide that fact that this was a rusty old plow truck. Total waste of time.

Tony's Auto Sales in Waterbury, CT was great to deal with. Marlon was the person there who assisted me with the purchase of a car. They have good selection of cars to choose from, but I knew what I wanted when I contacted them. I found my car on CarGurus and, in turn, contacted Tony's Auto Sales. Marlon called me back right away. Two days later, I had my car, a 2007 Chevy HHR LT1, which I like very much. My thanks to Marlon and to Tony's Auto Sales for being helpful and for making the process easy. I'd recommend them to others, if you're looking for a car.
