Buhler Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM

I went on for a test drive and sat down with a man who worked there about pricing and payment. Initially when we sat down I expressed all my questions and concerns about the car and asked multiple times if there was anything wrong with it. To which he answered, there is nothing wrong with it, although it has been in an accident but all the damages were repaired and the car is ready to go. He tried to get me to pay on the spot but I told him thanks for your help I will come back with my parents another day to see what they think… When I came back a different gentleman helped me out and told me there were in fact MANY things wrong with this car, and it couldnt even pass inspection. The replacements this car needed would have cost an extra $6,000! I of course declined the offer at that point but it would have been nice to know when I originally came for my test drive. The second guy who helped me was VERY informative and genuine. As far as the other salesman… not so much. Waste of time

My questions was ignored,email and text. I was told to come in. The car I wanted was gone and no one bothered to let me know before I drove all the way there. When I 1st arrived everyone was nice and polite even offered me water but then the man that was helping me was getting yelled at by his boss I guess because he was just as confused as I was I think they had nice cars but no one seems to keep you up to date on how fast they go, more concerned about what they can get ride of next.

Was able to contact a salesperson & find the vehicle I wanted. Soon after scheduled a test drive and left the same day with the vehicle! Great customer service and a great helping hand! Best experience I’ve had yet!!!!

Great place great people

Had to walk in. Car had issues that were ignored. Go shopping with an OBD2 sensor to check for problems. Also follow ups were just texts from a robot that asked Qs but never responded properly to your answer. Just repeated the questions.

They were pretty prompt with the reply that the car sold. The 2 stars is because for at least two weeks after "it sold", I kept getting emails wanting to know if I was still interested in this vehicle.

Quick. Easy. Painless. Cheap. Happy. I bought a 2014 Scion tC from these guys & it was one of the fastest & best buying experiences I had. I've boughten several cars from dealerships before, & none of them took under an hour like this one did. Which is nice especially since I had to drive an hour & a half to get here, but 100% worth it. They also offer you coffee & snacks while they do the paperwork for you. Friendly staff, not at all aggressive, pushy or awkward. Got a great price on the car, they actually ended up owing me money ! Got a check in the mail a few weeks later. They never reached out back to me when I emailed them, I had to call them. I had to check yes for if the dealer contacted you in order to write a review I guess.

Gave me the run around on a used truck. Told me one price over the phone, but when I show up in person, $1500 increase. Out to nickel and dime customers and are not even good at it.

The car I wanted was already sold. I was advised of this on 6/13/18. It is now 6/21/18 and the sold vehicle is still listed on their website. I wonder how many others have inquired about the sold vehicle...

Called because was listed on CarGurus with out a price. I had to call several time before they were able to tell me the official price. Apparently they didn’t even have it on heir paperwork either.

Vehicle was listed at 20200 for 35 days and needing a transmission. Was willing to sign papers dealer wouldn't sell and changed price next day to 30000. Never received a phone call back about status of truck after I drove over 2 hours to look at it and sign papers.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service associated with my purchase. These guys have been in business for a long time and they know how to run a sale. James was extremely customer friendly. I was able to get in touch with him immediately whenever I needed.

Experience was great. Salesman communicated using email and phone. Good car buying experience overall. Purchased a different car than the one I initially inquired about and salesman let me know it was unavailable before I rode up to the dealership which was great and another reason I chose to deal with this dealer.
