Their professionalism and dedication definitely sets them apart from other dealership! The process took less than 2 hours. Derrick was amazing! I definitely will recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

The dealer blatantly stated that he knew nothing about the car. The interior
was full of scuffs and had marks on the glovebox. Prior to the test drive,
several dents were noticed on the exterior of the car, each of which
explained with a "Woah! I had no idea that was there!"
Overall experience was very lackluster, and i will not be returning.

Hi Logan, I apologize that your car buying experience with us was less than perfect. I must stress to you that this is my daily driven vehicle. I belive the conversation we had was taken out of context. In regards to me stating that I did not know anything about the car, I was referring to the Camaro you brought up in conversation. When pointed out, the dings were answered with, "I knew of them, but when I first noticed them I was like whoa how did that get there", not as if I didn't know they were there. I bought my first truck from Brown's and it was an excellent experience. As
a first time buyer I got into a 2005 Ford Ranger with only 95k miles and
only put $800 down! They were able to get me a low interest rate and a
low payment! Their GM, Pat, was very coordinated in helping me to fit my
budget and get me in what I wanted.
Since I purchased back in November I've brought it up here for regular
maintenance such as my brakes, and oil changes and they did it at a low
price. The shop manager, Chris, is always able to fit me in his busy
schedule and willing to listen to what I have to say when I bring my truck
up there. Congratulations Brown's Auto World on earning a lifetime
customer!

Extremely overpriced! The used car I
inquired about was 5k over market value
before calculating in interest! I
comprehend that dealers need to make
a living, but prices should be fair for the
consumer AND the dealer.
