Not so good I made a offer including my durango which I wanted trade in value I sent Vin and pics like requested and whenever I wanted a breakdown invoice so we could make a deal with deposit I was ignored and vehicle sold under my nose

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4WD advertised at $28,400. I called and spoke to a sales representative, Adam Hammare, and confirmed the price.
Website tauted pricing transparency. Sale sent to the managers office. Management called back to finalized the sale, and stated a $3995 reconditioning fee would be added to the price. Tried to convince me that the inflated price was reasonable. Pricing practice is deceptive. If I had four flat tires, I wouldn't get air in my tires from this dealer.

Went to dealership on Thursday put a down payment on a car but did not leave with it. Was told to come back Monday to finish all the numbers and paperwork. Show up Monday the initial seller isn’t even there and we get told to wait for a manager. After an hour of sitting there waiting we get told that the car is no longer for sale. Some bozo comes over and couldn’t give a valid explanation on what happened. This place sucks!!!

*BUYER BEWARE* Would give 0 stars if option was available. Bait and switch company. Confirmed in person meeting and that vehicle was available for 2 straight days. Confirmed appointment morning of prior to going. Drove 30 minutes to get there and they could not find the car. Played a game where they acted as though they were looking for it as I say there waiting. Vehicle was already sold; no alert, no apology, even after confirming. Do NOT waste your time talking with anyone at this dealership, they do not know how to run a business and have zero respect for customers. Don’t be fooled by sales tactics over the phone, they are shady and it will be different in person. RUN.

Super friendly folks that really want to make a deal.
However, the current market for the vehicles Iâm
interested in purchasing make it difficult when all
dealerships are charging markups or addendums or
ADM or market adjustments all of which are the
same.
Charging $5,000 to $10,000 over MSRP. At least itâs
not $20,000+ like other dealerships in my own area.
No sale with me.
I would definitely do business if I were interested in
some vehicle other than a Widebody Scat Pack or
Hellcat. Tell Dodge, âToo bad. C8 Corvette hunting I
will go.â

Was contacted by five different sales people and when finally passed to a manager, my request to test drive the vehicle off-site because their dealership is quite far from my home and I cannot leave work in the middle of the day -- and this is something offered right in Lindsay's website, the manager absolutely refused. When I asked the assistant general manager to reconsider, as I was very interested in the vehicle, I received no response. So I guess I would say that their sales process is terrible, their staff is uninformed, and their management is straight up rude.

As soon as I went in I was told this particular vehicle is a "loaner" and not on site or for sale, they led me towards brand new vehicles $30,000 plus. They were completely oblivious of my needs, then the kicker was the Manager offered $6,000 for my vehicle, which is a joke (2016 Compass 66,000 miles, no issues, no damages)I personally wouldn't use these people or recommend, cross the bridge into Jersey better service

I’ve had a very good experience with the dealership. They’ve reached out to me immediately and answered all the questions prior my appointment. I ended up buying a newer model of Jeep Compass which I love and the whole experience was good. Staff was very helpful.

1. Despite receiving multiple assurances that the car I wanted to see was still in stock, It wasn’t upon my arrival - it took almost 20 mins for them to tell me it was sold, i wish I was told before i made the long trip. I had sent more 3 emails plus messages to get confirmation and always received a yes.
2. While I was there, I thought that it made sense for me to test drive another car but They kept On making me wait, the sales assistant disappeared to find the key for a long time, when I enquired of his whereabouts I was told he was topping up the gaz and he will be there in 10 minutes, but he never came.
3. Every one is very polite and very nice in general.

Traveled fifty minutes to test drive a Town and Country minivan. It looked like a promising car with a good price. Ramonna the salesperson said the car is waiting for me at the dealership. When I arrived someone informed me that the car was "in the shop" and not there. A very disappointing and odd experience. Never going back

In my opinion, This dealership is utilizing highly deceptive bait and switch practices. They had listed this car at a very ,very low price to lure customers to them. I was invited to come take a test drive until I offered to buy it sight unseen and fly in to pick it up. All of a sudden , it was sold. A week later the car is still listed for sale and every time I chat with them , it is still available, until the same salesman realizes it's me and guess what ... it's been sold!!!!
I would highly recommend finding a more honest dealership to deal with!

Very nice and helpful just not the vehicle with
the options I wanted.
I bought a vehicle from this "delership" and was sold with one key. Upon the sale they told me that they will order a second key and let me know when it comes in. It has been over a month. When I call, they always say they will call back and I NEVER get a call back. Also when asked to speak to the manager, he's never there. The front desk can't even pronounce his and and won't give me his full name. The salesperson I dealt with NEVER answers my calls. He'll text me back hours later or even the following day promising to call back but always fails to. I was going to buy a second vehicle from them, but after this experience, I will NEVER give them any buisness again, nor will I reccomend them. After they get your money, they no longer care to reach out and do what a dealership is supposed to do for their customers. Keep in mind I didn't buy a cheap car, I spent over $50,000 with them and still can't even receive a call back.

Trick you into going there like any low life shady dealerships would! Called entire day Amanda answered the phone assured me that the car is there, I asked someone to small a few photos of the car since this is a generic image, she said somewould would in 1 hour I called around 10 times that day no one called back so that looked shady already, took a day off from work called them in the morning the car is there , got on the bus 2 stops away the car was sold a few days ago! They still haven't erased the ad if you call them they will tell you they still have this car. Shady dealership in Flatbush!!!

I actually butt-dialed them by accident but when I answered the phone on their return call they were very cordial and made me feel comfortable about possibly buying a car at their dealership
Vehicle was not inspected. Took three days for vehicle to be ready. Once the vehicle was in my possession, check engine light turned on for a code P0016 crankshaft Bank 1 sensor. Called the dealership for info on situation , never got back to me. These guys didnt bargain on the price, didnt even bother to compromise with me for a better price range. Dealer supervisor advised me that the best he can do was take $500 dollars off the price. He never did.
