I had a wonderful experience with Bridgewater Nissan. They were very friendly and courteous. They did not pressure you or try to confuse you. They just asked if I loved the car. Though I purchased my car from another dealership (deal to hood to pass up) I would not hesitate in working with Bridewater Nissan in the future.

I didn't end up purchasing a car from the Bridgewater Nissan but the experience was exceptional. The cars were in great shape and clean as advertised. The manager came over, spoke to us and was upfront with all pricing and fees. I will definitely go back when I purchase another car for my kids next year.

FIRST they listed the car for $8299 then raised it to $8899 then to $8999 then $9299 then
back to $9099. Dont want to make a cash deal because financing gives you extra
incentive discounts. Never heard that b4 from a dealership and I sold cars for 7yrs in the
past. Very bad business tactics

Also they "sneak" in extras on the final contract such as "etching" which is optional
but they tell you it's required.

Was a complete waste of time. The van listed had a check engine light. The salesman, whose name is "slim" indicated air sensor problem. He then played dumb acting like he didn't know that a vehicle with a check engine light couldn't pass inspection. Slim later admitted that the van had misfiring problems among other things.

Poor customer service!!! Contacted them to test drive and possibly purchase vehicle. I knew what I wanted. Was willing to purchase vehicle for selling price but because I didn't want the extended warranty they offered and wanted to purchase it threw an outside company they refused to make a deal. Frustrating when you want to purchase a car but you got to do it on there price markups and kickback add ons.

Went in on a Friday night. Price advertised was for financing only. After a couple of minutes of talking we came to an agreement that we both were happy with. Car was in great shape, certified and ready to go. I put some money down on Friday night and went in first thing saturday morning paid the rest and out the door I went. Overall very happy.

worst dealer ever... salesperson i talked on the phone was very rude and
unaccommodating... i was asking if this was the lowest price they could give
if i buy it in cash and he rudely say it will be more expensive if i buy it in cash
rather than doing their in-house financing.

Went to this dealership to purchase a car priced at $3799 + dealer fees and taxes. Upon being presented with the "numbers" there were additional fees of $449 document fee + $299 vin etching fee = $748 in fees NOT taxes. I have purchased 51 cars in my life so far and the average document fees I ever paid were around $150-$200. Never paid a VIN etching/anti theft fee. They justify these amounts by stating that they are in line with other dealerships. All but 2 email responses were automated, pre formatted, not personal. Needless to say I will not be returning here.

The person I talked to was very helpful,he explained everything to me about the car,no pressure most importantly is the car I bought is in excellent shape and priced reasonably below market value. Thanks to Zhoran he was the car salesman who I talked to.

I was contacted immediately by the dealer to set an appointment to view the vehicle. I was able to view and test drive the car, and I fell in love, but when it came to negotiating price, I wasn't introduced to the manager (which is odd for any dealership). The car has an accident on its CarFax report, and is over the average mileage for its age and model, so I offered a reasonable price taking both factors into consideration. I was called the next day, and asked if I was still interested; I told them my offer still stood, and the salesman told me he would speak to his manager and would get back to me. I never received a call back.
The salesman was friendly, but I felt at times he was speaking to me as if I was naive and didn't know anything about the value of a car. I was never introduced to the manager or even given the option of speaking to the manager personally, which usually is never protocol at any dealership, which made me believe that my money was not wanted, or valued at this establishment. This dealer just lost out on a customer and any future recommendations.

It just happened another sales consultant was able to made a deal with another customer, while you were still negotiating with your consultant.
