I believe the dealer was very helpful and eager to solve any issues. So we both will be satisfied. Always answer in questions and asking if I had any other questions. The car was very clean and ready to be test drive. Also, the rest of the staff helped, and I believe went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before I left the chevy dealer.

5 stars across the board . Quick and easy experience from start to finish. Dealer worked with us as on price our trade in as well as the vehicle, especially our salesman Lance. Lance is friendly, welcoming and a straight shooter. He makes sure you’re not leaving disappointed. I highly recommend Bridgewater Chevrolet.

Started an on line chat with an employee and ended it shortly thereafter. The employee was asking me questions that I had already answered. It appeared that there was a lack of focus/attention on that employee part so I ended the chat. I will try to go into the dealership and see if the live experience is better.
Sold the car & didn’t even bother to send an email as a courtesy.
Complete waste of my time & money traveling.

Quick to respond and helpful
Jim was helpful and knew what he was doing. The dealership was nice, everyone was upbeat and plesent. I didnt buy the truck I found on the website initially, but they were able to show me one which met my needs over the phone before I drove to see them and it was what they said it was, no nonsense. They didn't beat around the bush and we made a deal quickly. I would recommend going to see Jim and will likely go back for my next vehicle.

We settled on a price, went down there only to find out that they would not take my deposit because they were losing money because the internet pricing was incorrect ,so they were losing $2,000 with me and basically said that they would not take my deposit because there was another gentleman coming in that day that was willing to pay full price. so I walked out of the dealership I have to say that I don't believe that I would ever go back there

I'm sorry for the experience you had with our dealership. Although we were willing to honor the incorrect internet price we are unwilling to wait days for a credit union check with other customers interested in that same vehicle. As a general rule we do not take deposits to "hold" used cars to wait on financing from outside sources, checks from insurance companies or any other number of reasons that pertain to partial or full payment of a vehicle.
