Jack was terrific! He is knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure. Other than a bit of a wait to sign papers, our experience was terrific, and we are thrilled with the car! We definitely recommend BAM.
Lemar was attentive but had very little knowledge of what a road legal car should look like. The navigator I drove over an hour to see was horribly un safe. Back tire was literally shredded with a 3/8th deep groove 8 inches long into the tire. A shred of tire was hanging off approximately 6 inches long. Front tire had a gash out out if the side wall about the size of a quarter straight down to the cords. One tire had tread but was extremely dry rotted. Front fender had rattle can paint covering an at home repair. Multiple key marks and door panels looked like a gulf ball. Coolant was black and looked the consistency of mud. On start up the cam phaser rattled. Vehicle was extremely dirty inside and out. Toys and wrappers from previous owner still in vehicle. Random wire hanging on inside from side window all the way back to back window. Both side steps broken, full side of driver seat hanging off. Don't believe the vehicle would pass any state inspection and was almost 10k.

Lamar and the support staff was very courteous and helpful. The car is in very nice condition at a fair price considering the mileage. The car
was very clean and available for a good test drive. And I would definitely recommend BAM to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle.

Jamal was my salesperson and he was wonderful.
He was so very helpful in helping me find what I was actually looking for in a Porsche. His communication skills on phone by text and email were fantastic. Always keeping me updated and available whenever was convenient for me. He had the car up front and ready to be test driven. You are very fortunate to have him on your sales force

When I called to inquire about the 20k discount on Laramie 1500, he said there is a lift in the truck and custom tires so add the 20k back in. Really?! Not sure if that bait and switch still works these days but definitely rubbed me the wrong way

They would not work with me on the price. The lady was really forceful and almost got to the point of harassment so even when the manager came in and took off $500, we still did not want to buy because of how she was. The texts were very narcissistic and made us incredible uncomfortable. I would not shop there ever again.

had been dealing with another Jeep dealer for years so were a little apprehensive at first but when my husband
met Moe as he came out to appraise my trade our feelings changed pretty quick...everyone we came in contact
with was great and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and couldn't be happier with my Jeep!

This dealership is up front and honors prices on Car Gurus. Salesman is friendly and double checks everything before sale is complete. Follow ups are made after sale to check on how things are. Herman was our salesman and a pleasure to work with. The car we went to look at is what we purchased.

John was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Big John was also awesome. Both went out of their way to get us the best possible deal and ensure that the car itself was comfortable for me. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t a good fit for us, but even that response was met with kindness and understanding. While we ultimately didn’t purchase the vehicle, it was an easy, pleasant experience and I would definitely return to them if they were to have a car that would suit the needs of my family.
I received a prompt reply to my inquiry about the Element and even though we were 250 + miles apart our continued communication made it seem like we were next door. All my questions were answered. We continue to stay in touch as I needed to be out of state for several days.
I highly recommend Bob Novick Auto Mall.

The dealer tells you they will cater to the internet buyer but in reality if
you do not give up and play their game by showing up at their
dealership and go through their “Program” they will not respond to
emails in a timely manner, avoid giving you direct answers to your
direct questions, and then conclude by terminating the process
because you would not drive to the dealership. I refused to drive
there until I had in writing via email the basic numbers that we could
negotiate with. One day new car dealers will realize the internet buyer
is a serious and viable customer. I suspect they fear putting anything
in writing as word of mouth can easily change with no recourse.
The next issue is the deceptive ploy of including all incentives into
the discounted price to hook the customer only to find virtually all will
not qualify for most incentives. You have to really look close in the
fine print to find the disclaimers and then understand what they
mean.

Gave me no information on the car other than if was a liability on there end and was sent to auction and offered me no help at all on trying to find a similar vehicle, very disappointed!

Very nice and comfortable staff. Got there within an half an hour before they closed and didn't leave until after 10pm, doing paper work for the car I wanted. I highly recommend this place. Have nothing bad to say about this dealership

I had a wonderful car buying experience at
Bob Novick. The dealer Moe was friendly and
very helpful and one of the owners even came
introduce himself and to make sure I was
happy with everything that was going on.
When I arrived to look at the 2014 Dodge
Charger r/t the car had been sold the night
before but Moe showed me another Charger
which I ended up loving even more. I would
definitely purchase another care from Bob
Novick.

minutes they told us that the
vehicle was "just sold". They of
course tried to get us to purchase
another vehicle. So we wasted
three hours of our day on this
wild goose chase. Thanks

I emailed the dealer and asked about a Carfax report, and if
the car was a non smoker vehicle. I kept getting the same
canned autoresponse, requesting that I call them, which I did
not wish to do prior to receiving those items of information.
