i put a deposit down and they sold the car away from me to get the financing side of the transaction. i would be very wary of dealing with this company. they do not seem willing to negotiate at all and did not keep their good faith word after I wired the 2k to them. they did wire the money back but seemed real shady to collect the hold deposit and still sell it out from underneath me.

Good evening the salesman was very helpful Jose betances and he was a big help I gave him a deposit for $500 for a 2013 BMW 535i he said he can hold the car for as long as he can cuz I'm doing a cash deal and I'm a little bit short so I'm trying to put the money together but he's a very big help okay thanks again

Very thorough and courteous contacts, and the dealership has GOOD warranties on used cars. Were they not so far away, I likely would have bought a car from them. (I live in Cocoa Beach, 150 mi north of Miami.)

A Callous Disregard for Customers at Brickell Buick GMC My experience at Brickell Buick GMC was nothing short of infuriating. Lured by a used Yukon listing, I engaged with a rep named Jose over the phone. Though the initial vehicle was sold, they pitched another Yukon at a $4k higher price, assuring a possible price negotiation. I PLEADED with Jose. I let him know that I have two young kids, and before I make the long trip down, I NEED to know if they are willing to match the cost of the previous car (which he proactively offered). He assures me, we'll make a deal. With young children, I hesitantly made the 1.5-hour drive down. Upon arrival, confusion reigned. No one knew Jose; my search for Miguel, the manager Jose claimed to have consulted, led to Winston, the Used Car manager. They were clueless about our prior conversation, and the Yukon was freshly traded in and unsellable—filthy with a 'Not for Sale' sticker on, and tons of dirt and the previous owners' belongings and garb

It is truly a shame how car dealers conduct business. Brickell GMC assured me they had my vehicle in stock 20 minutes prior to my appointment. When I arrived the sales team said they must have sold it, but had a vehicle $10,000 more expensive if I was still interested. Complete waste of my time. I guess this is why car salesmen have such a great reputation.

Terrible! Dishonest! Took the refundable $2000 to hold the Bronco and said they were sending it back to my credit card and instead stole it! In fact, the day took deposit was several days after I had cancelled the deal with them. Terrible manager at this dealership in Miami! Don’t recommend them! Dishonest as the can be!

Dealer attempted a classic bait and switch scam. Provided me a written offer which I accepted. After test driving, they told me the discounts in my written offer weren’t available as they hadn’t had the model listed for months prior to my inquiry. Tried to up sell by thousands on a different mode. Very frustrating.

Absolutely awful! Went in looking for a car- loved the car- wanted to buy a car. As I was talking to the sales guy- saying yes I want the car. But I felt this wasn’t a good deal. I want to talk about pricing. And some financial advisor- gets out of his chair and started yelling at me saying this car isn’t for me.all I was asking was for him to work out a deal/ take the dealer fee off. Something. And he again said in front of 7 people that this car isn’t for me that I couldn’t afford it. Well the next day/ found the same car- 2020 that had only 2000 miles 15,000 below market value. Which was 20 thousand more than what gmc was asking for this car. The issue wasn’t that I couldn’t afford the car- the issue was that o didn’t think the car was worth that price.

When customers shop with CarGurus, the cars are ranked accordingly, including pricing. In the case of the car you were looking at from our dealership, and like all of our pre-owned inventory, were are very aggressively priced and sell quality cars. That being said, a high price strategy simply will not work and the Maserati you looked at would not have been attractive in price ranking. and, CarGurus would have indicated a high price or over priced arrow.

Contacted dealer about a few things with questions I had from being out of state. Salesman took my info said get back to next day nothing. Called back same person had no idea who I was lol, Guess thought I wasn’t a serious buyer. Thank god I found one local and private then deal with these clown car salesman

Called and asked for more information on the advertised vehicle 5 times and emailed 7 times with no response. When I finally asked to talk to the sales manager, I was told that the advertised price was not correct, but that this vehicle would actually be $10,000 more than the advertised price.

I visited this dealership right after work test drove the truck said I liked it and made the request you being a GMC dealer can you place the original tires and rims back on the 39000 dollar truck the young salesman replied we've done it before..days later I was told you can purchase some used ones from us..it would've been nice to offer new rims if you were gonna insult me..bad business ethics. . plz don't think I was being cheap I purchased one for 42000 later..it's business principles..stay away from those ppl

The options in the add were bogus. It stated that it had leather seats and when I called they said they could provide leather seats for an additional charge. I have the trail of emails. Sounds like a bit of bait and switch to me. They "were very sorry" and thanked me for pointing out their "error" in the listing. It was fixed apparently after that... didn't look..... Hmmmmm......Not sure I believe it....but I won't trust them or any of their others lots for any purchase ever.
