We have only had the car 6 days and already paying for things to be fixed from headlight to replacing High pressure fuel pump gas just pouring from under the car paid for a oil change but there is $2,000 maintenance fee we r being charged and yes we did call them and no one has which we back out to us we went in being told we would be out by 11 so wife would be at work on time we got there at 9 and didn’t leave tell 4:30 this was r first time buying a car and it sucked now we have car and we r paying out of pocket to get it running because they haven’t called us back never again this was the worst experience ever we went positive came out with car that ran good and now 6 days later we don’t have a running car

Pretty professional, they definitely were eager to reach out, but it was a painful process trying to get questions answered. (Got some non-answers and stuff about fees and other important details) Definitely could’ve gone worse but it would be nice if I could’ve talked straight with a real human about it.

Horrible dealership ! They use a bait and switch program. Draw you in, then tell you the vehicle was sold when you get there. They have done this to several people. None of the upper management will even speak with you about it. So you know they are involved.

It was ok. Called ahead to inform them we were coming and drove 1.5 hrs only to find 1 customer filling out paper work and another test driving the same car we were interested in. A call to inform us of that would have been nice.

Salesman was great. Management not so much. Looked at car and signed credit check paperwork. I drove from 2 hours to look at his car. Told them to get with me when they ran some numbers. Was called an hour later to be told they wanted to negotiate "in office". I was already an hour from the dealership on a holiday weekend. It was "policy". I have bought cars, sight unseen, over the phone. I doubt this is policy, if so, poor policy. I contact salesperson a few days later with my offer, he came back from his boss with their bottom dollar. It was higher than the advertised price on cargurus. Really? Absolutely lowest price? But cheaper on computer? Poor business dealings. Poor customer service. And again wanting me to drive another two hours to negotiate further. If you really are trying not to sale the car, go into another business.

They contacted me 4 days after my request for more information, which was 3 days to late, I had purchased a car from another dealer that got back to me in hours after request.. I answered a info request from Honda of Victoria telling them they were to late but I guess they don't read they mail because they sent me another mail today wanting to know if they could help me. Maybe that is why they don't get back to buyers? '

Would have loved to have purchased the vehicle but the dealer wanted over $ 40,000 for a truck that had an advertised MSRP of $ 36,480. This is not going to happen at my house!
