I went to go see the 2016 GMC sierra, At first walking in the agent was making faces when told to assist us. After the first walk around of the truck we noticed that it appeared the left side had been repainted and did an incomplete job at the Rear driver door "Missing clear coat". When i decided to take peak under the truck it had a good amount of rust on it. I do not recommend them, might as well get a Utah or Colorado truck for 10000 dollars less if its going to be rusted.

Trash service, drove to Las Cruces from El Paso for a mustang that is still available online now and had an appointment to see it. I had on going text that I was in my way and when arriving I'm told it's already pending for another customer. They couldn't even give me heads up before fueling up and making that hour drive. They even said you welcome to see it but it's already on hold.. some shady and terrible fake services. Not recommended

I bought the car. In very good condition; the salesperson didn’t know much about the car…I did my own research…Bryan the salesperson assured me at the start the car had a spare key and books…at the end of signing the sales the salesperson hands me one key and stated “we can’t find the spare keys or the books”…totally unprofessional and I find this practice of selling cars deceitful and unprofessional. After insisting for both the spare key and the books, the salesperson did go to the “room where they keep the stored parts” and came back with the books…no spare key … I will never take the word from this salesperson and will not recommend this place to someone buying a car…NOT from Bravo Chevrolet in Las Cruces, NM.

Very Pleasant experience. Linda took very good care of my, she was extremely polite and helpful. Also everyone else I talked to was extremely nice including the owner which I had the pleasure to meet. The vehicle was super, super clean and and better than it looked in the pictures. They even topped it up for me ;). Thanks Bravo team for providing such a pleasant experience!!! Next vehicle purchase I will definitely check them out first!

A very unprofessional experience overall. The person who emailed was great, Jayme Garafola. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, when I got to the show room the vehicle wasnt even there for me to consider. It was at the lot in El Paso, even though I had made my appointment 5 days prior. So Armando, the sales floor manager, said I could make an appointment for that afternoon he would have the car brought up. I felt like it was a huge waste of my time.

Bravo Chevrolet was extremely helpful in my purchase of the 2018 Ram 3500. They gave me a fair value on my trade in and Linda even met me half way to complete the deal since I lived 200 miles away.

They responded, I told them my situation over the phone, due to current health situation. They called me back to say the used car manager was not interested in my trade ins, not enough value or market! Didnt receive an official offer, but a suggestion from the sale rep to bring 1000 down and 480 payments all verbal over the phone. Did receive an email from sales rep. With there regret of not being able to help me. Not the best experience. Now looking for a Ford F150 "LOBO"

Our experience at Bravo Chevrolet in Las Cruces, NM. was so comfortable and professional. We ended up purchasing the Buick Encore and are so glad we did. I highly recommend to anyone considering to purchase a new or used vehicle to check out Bravo Chevrolet first. There was no high-pressure sales pitching, the test drive was like a family outing, and the paper-work process was very smooth. The best part of the whole process was our salesmen, Mr. Greg Aguilar. He gave us a highly informative look and description of our Buick, showing us the different technical, mechanical and entertainment aspects of the vehicle. He guided us through the buying process as if we were family. I'm an old man of 58 and have purchased several vehicles in my life and I have no reservations to say that Mr. Greg Aguilar is the very best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Mr. Aguilar and everyone at Bravo Chevrolet in Las Cruces, NM., thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Very nice salesman but I had made it very clear what I wanted! Yes I had co-signed on a car for my son who lives in another state , who needed some help with that after a divorce! Yes I know the responsibility in doing that but he has never missed a payment so for me it wasn't a issues! I had my own car that was paid off, low in milage and was willing to trade in lue of a downpayment! As a older women I assumed this would be the last car in my life. So due to being sick and looking online found this car I thought would be perfect. So I sent in via phone/ text to the salesman all my info...insurance for my car I would be trading in, miles/ vin #. Then spoke to his boss that stated because of co- signed on my Sons car would need to meet a certain $ for the banks to accept. I was right on mark to have that made! Was planning on coming in the week so they could check out my car as a trade in! Then was informed...oh no I needed to trade my sons car in!!! That I was misnformed!! Lies!!!

Asked them to bring the car to el paso they said yes..this was on a saturday morning and i was told that i would recieve a call when it got there to the dealer and i never got one... I called the salesmen back on moday he said he forgot to do it and he would do right away then he called back and told me they had sold it in the morning.. I feel that customers should come first..and i felt that bravo didnt care ..so i will never return there again.

They emailed me in response to my writing the email was the best way to contact them, They followed up with a series of questions to help them find out if they had what I wanted. Very professional, very helpful. They did not spam me or bombard me with phone calls.

This is an email I ended up sending to Bravo Chevrolet Hello folks at Bravo Chevrolet Cannot express enough my disappointment in your dealership. I had arranged an appointment to see several Silverado HD pickups. I was supposed to have an appointment with the manager. When I got there, I was greeted with total surprise by sales. The manager I was supposed to see didn't give me the courtesy of even acknowledge my being there. I did end up with a salesman that didn't know what trucks you had. All I heard was the ones I was interested in had already sold. ( if so why wasn't I called to save me an hour drive). All I was showed was a recent trade-in that wasn't ready to look at. I wasn't about to be pressured into a sight unseen contract on it. Other dealerships around the state and as far away as Houston have been knocking themselves out to get my business. I had check in hand ready to buy if you had the right truck. I sincerely doubt I will ever buy a car or truck from you. Mike

If I could do half a star I would that's how bad their service is. Salesperson was supposed to get back with me never did, then was told manager would be calling me 3 weeks later still no call. Would not recommend horrible customer service
