The sales rep was very helpful we went on a test drive and he was not pushy with a follow up. One tip I would give the dealership is when you show a vehicle make sure it's clean and detailed. The 4 runner I went to see was really dirty on the inside. That was a turn off for me. That comes from the top.

I scheduled an appointment to see, test drive and negotiate. I go there, they did not have the car, they wanted me to buy a 2019 Kia optima LX with 70k for 25k. Not going back, did not like the experience regarding honesty; they should notify me they just sold the car and not waste my time, Sales Rep and manager were quite nice.

Tried to put a deposit on this vehicle 4 times, was told they would have a manager reach out to take the payment and was never contacted. Was told Monday that the vehicle was going through service and they would contact me when it came out. Was contacted Tuesday to let me know the vehicle had sold on Monday. Pretty obvious that I was lied to multiple times.

Very courteous dealer ship. Every one was very professional.the only complaint was the listing price of the truck. My sales man quoted me a price of 38,500 and when was closing the deal I noticed the price jumped to 39,998. I questioned it to the finance officer. He told me I could talk to one of the managers.He never came instead my sales man showed with a list of things that was supposedly added to the truck, like the tinted windows.protection on the paint.but those things were already in place. I didn't ask for those things. But I'm satisfied with the truck nice ride.

I was contacted twice I was told the car was there on their lot but when I arrived they couldn't find it. I was told they sold it then a couple of days later they contacted me again and said it was in their Las Cruces lot. Waste of my time!!!
