Traveled 4-1/2 hrs. in Enterprise Rental Car to view the 2017 Ford Transit Cargo 250 van. It has a diesel engine which I needed. The salesperson and staff were very helpful and not at all pushy or talkative. I was taken to the rental agency by the salesperson to drop off my rental and brought back to the dealership to get my newly purchased Ford and head for home. I would recommend Brannen Motor Company to everyone needing a new or pre-owned vehicle. They have a great inventory at all times.

The owner of the dealership (son) was helpful and communicative, but the pricing on ANY 2010 model of a Ford Crown Victoria PVI that was bought at a government auction, even with 35k miles, (w/no carpet), that is RE-OFFERED at a WHOPPING $17,500.00 is totally insanely above true market value. I am a career Florida based-banker with SunTrust and Regions and I have never witnessed such off-market/above market pricing on Crown Vics (gov't service even). I own 2 of these vehicles right now, and I would purchase this vehicle at a fair price,but this is no-way a fair market price...it borders on insulting to consumers.for a 7yr old car.

No one ever got in contact with me. I finally called them about the truck I was interested in. It was a manufacturer buyback, and they want about market value for the vehicle. I asked about the reason the car was bought back by the manufacturer, and how much they would come down on price given the vehicles history, the salesperson told me the price is the price and wouldn't bother to go get the information on the buyback if I was not willing to pay full price for the vehicle. The salesperson was argumentative with me about pricing and insisted that a buyback does not in any way affect the price of a vehicle. Horrible salesperson would not do business with this dealership ever!

Really just a strange experience with this dealer. In all my years of buying cars, I have never had a dealer act so uninterested in selling me a car. To make a long story short, I put in a request on their website for information on a vehicle and they never called me. I had to call them to work on a deal for the car. And still they would not call me back about it. So I stop calling them. It really seemed like they don't have much experience selling cars on the Internet.
