Unfortunately an unprofessional dealer and bad experience. I negotiated and agreed on a price with a salesman and was willing to pay cash that same day. Salesman was unresponsive. The next day I reach out to him again and his manager calls me and offers me a price $3,000 more expensive than previously agreed upon. When I asked questions and expressed concern dealer became unresponsive. I texted twice more and the dealer responds that the car was sold to someone else. The car remained on CarGurus. Really don’t understand the fluctuating prices and unresponsiveness considering they had a willing customer ready to pay on the spot.

My wife drove me 2 1/2 hrs up to Brandon Nissan with the intent on buying the car I saw on CarGurus. The car was listed for $22,500 on multiple auto search sites. We made an appt, looked at the car with Elizabeth. I liked it and was ready to buy. She asked us to wait while she worked up the numbers. Unfortunately we did not see her again. Tim came and sat with us holding the proposal. I could see it was just under $36,000 and asked him why, the car was listed for $22,500. He first said they don’t always honor 3rd party pricing as I showed him the advertised price. He then said that it was probably with a military discount or another discount he was unaware of. He asked if we would be financing. I told him I would pay cash. He said financing would be better because they make commission through the finance company. I said fine but I’m not paying that price. I told him $25,000 out the door. He said he couldn’t do that. He didn’t counter and we drove the 2 1/2 hrs home.

Unfortunately, I should have taken the low reviews for this dealership more seriously. My son and I went to test drive a car today and the salesman was so disrespectful and nasty during our test drive that my son turned around and went back immediately. He was asking questions about if this would be cash or finance which was fine but my answer of a combo of both finance/cash and was not sure until I see the final numbers with approval from my son to buy the car. That apparently was not an acceptable answer and the salesperson went into attack mode and was acting extremely childish and over the top rude/argumentative. He needs to be fired and never work in the customer service business ever. Well too bad for the dealership because my son bought a car today elsewhere. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone so you’ve been warned!!!

Service was good. Only problem was, they did not inspect the radio, blue-tooth systems. They were not working. Brandon Nissan were
willing to drop the price, but it was difficult. At the end, not having the radio and blue-tooth was to much of an issue, even with the price drop.
We did not but the F-150. I would recommend your service contact these dealerships and verify all the bells and whistles are working. It
would save a lot with credibility and drive time.
Again, dealers posting “great prices” and they will add up on fees.
Called before driving, and ask specifically about their dealer fee. Gave me the amount, under 1k. And when I arrived, reconditioning fee of extra $800, because every used car has it, and “financing fees”. Crazy crazy.
And to get the price online, you have to meet a criteria that wasn’t either explained when called.

The price listed isn't the true price. You have to meet all the required stipulations to get this price. It is a ploy to get you in the door. The real price is more like 48,000. You must be a recent college grad, a 1st responder, and have a nissan trade. Now of which is listed before you come in. Buyer beware. I was told 41,000. But they added 1300.00 to the price and called it a dealer charge. There was two total dealer charges. Very shady. So if your asking I am not 100% satisfied. Had they not added a 1300. 00 fee which i had to pay taxes on top of that fee I may have given a better review. Unless you love the vehicle shop around or buy somewhere else. Their service department is great but the sales side beware. Do your research and don't settle.

made appointment to test drive and by a used car a day in advance. drove 45 minutes ..got there the car i was on a 2nd lot 5 minutes away..no big deal right...BUT the car was buried behind a mountain of cars..dirty ..disgusting..with a sign on windshield "not for resale" wtf ..i was only able to sit behind wheel and start it.. woohoo what joy,,,left..contacted store manager Mr Jones via email..2x's no response.....this place sucks

Everything was fine until I got to the accounting office to finalize my loan. Camila claimed to get me a lower interest rate but failed to mention that she added a maintenance package to my loan, adding over $900 to the amount financed. I did not find out about this until I set up my loan account two weeks later. I called immediately and was told Camila “no longer works here.” Brandon, one of the financing employees, filed a cancellation form which he claimed could take six weeks to process.
Making matters worse, Camila also charged me $100 because I did not have the title to my trade-in vehicle when I purchased a newer one. I brought the title the next day and was told the $100 would be refunded. Over two weeks later, no refund. I called multiple times only to be told, “I’ll call you back.” No one called. I had to go back to the dealership and asked Brandon to leave a note with a copy of the receipt for whoever works in accounting now.
Stay away from Brandon Nissan!!!
Awful ... They sent out the door price(since we were coming from 2 hours away) we liked it went to drive it ready to buy it and came back with numbers $3000 more than what was told. When questioned said oh it’s certified preown... when questioned why that wasn’t anywhere on ad all they said we can take it off and lose all discounts .. when called on it and told it was BS manager said don’t cuss at me and it’s my car I can sell however I want.

Courteous and professional.
I saw a few Nissan Frontiers online priced around $18,000 at this dealership. I called ahead and then made a visit in person, drove one and sat down to talk the numbers. The manager showed me the total price of the truck (listed online for $18,104) was now over $26,000. I told him I was surprised that he price was $8,000 over the internet price. He said I had to be a veteran, recent college graduate, finance through Nissan and be a previous Nissan owner to qualify for that price. This information is not on the web site where this vehicle was listed for sale. I understand that there are additional costs above the list price: tax, tag, title and even a reasonable 'dealer's fee'... but $8,000 over advertised price on a $18,000 truck? Nope. That's not right.

The online price is not what you get when yo get to dealership this dealer plays games pricing
and lies about what they have on the lot to get you into the the showroom to play there games

Lies and deceit
We purchased a car from them. Only 2 complaints, we were told by salesperson he would fill up
the car but driving home over 20 miles, I nearly ran out of gas. Also, on the paperwork I can't find
who the financing is with. I texted the finance person but he never responded. I know we'll get
something in the mail eventually from the finance company but our insurance wants to know.
Overall, we are very happy with our car and the price we paid out the door. We did ask for 60
month financing and when I got home, it found it to be for 72 months which probably upped the
interest rate.

Price jumped to $16,900 from 11,999 posted total $21,000 in fees and taxes. then they said repair work cost them money so they could not go below $13500. They kept trying to $4000 plus in fees and taxes. This is my second bad experience at a nissan dealer and will be my last!

Went to see the used Nissan Frontier I found on their website. When I arrived I was greeted by a sales person that looked to be new to the
job. Asked about the car, he didn't know about it or where it would be, he stated he would go in ask and look up where it was. We wondered
the used car parking lot for about 10-15 minutes, he never came back out. We went in and asked for him, they couldn't find him neither and
didn't ask if they could be of service. Won't be going back.

The price that they advertise is if you are a veteran, Nissan owner, and something else. Ended up making a deal, the financing guy answered his personal cellphone twice while we were in his office. I drive the truck 30 minutes home and decided to check the oil, (oil was supposed to be changed) dealer has a new sticker on the windshield. There was no oil on the dip stick.

Unfortunately the price first advertised at $13,699 was not honored. After talking to a sales rep multiple times I came in for a test drive and found the Jeep in the repair shop. I was told the price was going to be increased by over $2000 for the repairs. After many messages back and forth this was never disclosed to me. So 3 hours off of work and gas to drive from Lakeland I was told it would be close to $18,000 big difference from $13,699. Thank you for wasting my time and money for nothing.

cash for car and wanted an on the road final price. Got
an answer right away asking me how they could help
me. I send another message with same request.
Received no answer. Several days later got an e-mail
that the car was sold.
Terrible.
Went through an entire financing procedure before even being allowed to see car we were interested in. Hated the car and wasted so much time.

Total bait and switch! They lie about everything at Brandon Nissan. First they couldn’t find the car I inquired about after telling me “it’s here, come in”. Then, when I got there they couldn’t find the key, believe it or not.
Then they “found” the key, but when I sat in I noticed the mileage was off over 2,000 extra miles from the ad. Not the same car!
Finally, the finance manager told me the $10,394 advertised car was really over $17,000! What a scam dealership!
How do these guys stay in business?
I walked out after 2 hours of this. I will never go there again!

Was talking with a sales man for multiple hours before making the 1.5hr drive to their store to find out they sold it earlier that day. Talked with a manager and he said he felt bad for making me drive through the terrible rain and traffic so he would price match the exact same truck to get a deal with me. Came back and the numbers said sorry can’t match the price and it would be 4K more than what i agreed on with the sales rep earlier that day. Told me there was nothing he could do and we went our separate ways.

I was interested in the 2018 Mazda Grand Touring CX-5. I was texting back and forth with them trying to get them to lower the price so I could afford it!! We text and before I could make an appointment to come in it Sold!!. I was hoping to see it and get it, but I took my time getting up there and it was gone!! the tough part was getting the price correct. It was shocking that they didn't orginally match the online
shown price besides that they were awesome. I told them my max then they agreed then It was a smooth
proccess from there but I didn't think I'd be there for that long. It's okay though cause I left happy.

Pros- The sales associate I worked with, Nick, was very polite and upfront
with information on the car. He was very accommodating and friendly.
Cons- If you buy a car from here, you need to be prepared for the price to
go up significantly before you walk out the door. For my car, listed at $5495
dollars, I paid an additional:
$799 Dealer Fee
$151 Out of State Temporary Tag fee
$364 Taxes

Great car buying experience. Everyone from sales rep, sales manager to finance staff were terrific. Very fair and the dealership has an extensive inventory of new and used cars.
Purchased vehicle from this dealer. Employees and owner were very nice to deal with. I asked if there were any fluid leaks and was told no. On the drive home the check engine light came on. I called dealer and although they offered to diagnose the code for the problem I was told I bought vehicle as is and got a very good deal. I paid $5500 for the vehicle which amounted to all of my savings. I took the vehicle to a local shop for them to diagnose the problem. They told me the problem is with the vehicles computer and it would be very expensive to repair. They also found an oil leak which they said had been leaking for quite some time. They also advised me of several other maintenance issues including replacing the belt replacing transmission fluid etc. I don't mind the maintenance issues however I am now looking at a couple thousand dollars to fix the computer which I do not have. I think there are two possible scenarios, they either did not look underneath the vehicle or drive it more than a couple miles and were completely unaware of the problems I now have, or they knew about all the problems and sold me the car anyways. For the purpose of this public review I will give them the benefit of doubt and assume they did not know of the issues. But it is very suspect that I can't even get the vehicle to my driveway before the check engine light comes on. I have to except some blame for this as I did not have an independent mechanic look at the vehicle, if I had I would not have purchased it. If you are purchasing a vehicle from this dealer I would strongly encourage you to have the vehicle looked at by your own mechanic to make sure there are no obvious issues.

Bad experience. Car was sold the night before my 10 AM appointment to see it. I drove 50 miles down there for nothing. They did call me at 10:07 to tell me the car had been sold.

The Sales Staff &.their Supervisor & Receptionist were
all very courteous & helpful. The car that I requested
had already been sold. So they had another one I liked
& I put $2,000 on my credit card to hold it because I
didn't have my check book. However, The General
Manager who was new at the Brandon AutoNation, told
the sales people if I did not pay in full for the car, he
had told anither buyer on the phone that he could get
the car. I confronted the General Manager about it &
told him I put $2,000 on the car & I was upset when I
was told the car had been promised to someone on the
phone when We had test drove the car & put $2,000 on
it. I told him it was not good business practice to sell the
car after I put $2000 on it. The General Manager told
his staff, "Get her out of here!" I told him I am leaving on
my own. The next day, I went back & got my $2,000
credited to my account. I could not sleep that night, I
prayed over it, and decided to let the other people have
the car since the GM was so rude to me. I will not spend
my money in a place where this head man was very
rude to me. I did not know they could sell a car to
someone else on the phone after a customer had
already put a deposit on it. One of the Supervisors told
me in the Auto Industry, it is different when it comes to
buyers with money to purchase the car. I told them I had
the money but I did not have my checkbook. The banks
were closed on Sat. The fact that the total was actually
$8,450 after they added tax, tag, title & dealer prep fee.
They said I could put the balance on credit which I did
not think would go thru since my debt to credit ratio is
not good. Anyway. It was a bad experience & I just let it
go. It was a lesson i learned about car buying. It was a
blessing to the other people who I assume bought that
car. I will never shop there again!
