My experience with Brandon Hyundai was somewhat confusing. I was contacted by 4 different people, thus I wasn’t sure who I was supposed to communicate with, and one of the salesmen told me that one of the people that reached out to me was AI, causing me even more confusion.
Finally, when I asked for the final “out the door” price, with all of the fees tacked on, the price was nearly 25% higher than the listed price.

Immediate response, questions answered, video and photos provided.
I received an email from a sales agent asking to come in and look at the vehicle. I responded then came in. The sales response was that I'd get a VIP experience, ummm not quite. The vehicle was dirty outside and inside. The price was a bait and switch. After an added mandatory $2995 (or so) this vehicle was priced no longer competitive. I did purchase a vehicle just not from here. My sales guy did try but the additional fees and add-ons made it hard for him to sell this vehicle. Probably should be more upfront with the pricing.

I went to test drive a used Sonata N Line and was given a quote on April 1st. The next day I called
back to make a counter offer and was told by Mr. Carey, one of the managers, that he would call me
back shortly that evening because he had to talk with his other manager to see what they could do.
They never called back. I decided to contact Brandon Hyundai the very next morning and I was told
that the quote they gave me was no longer valid because it was an end of month closing offer (April
1st??).... and the price had gone up from $24,344 to $26,500. Very poor business practice they should
be ashamed.

The service manager was most unhelpful told me to take car to the ford dealer to fix window ! Why he couldn’t look at it was beyond me.
Bottom line I bought the car as I needed to get rid of my car asap . I would not go back !

Excellent dealership! They responded quickly to my inquiry, they listened and worked with us. The car was very clean and ready for me to test drive. We bought the Palisade! Noah Johnson was my first contact and he was fantastic! Noah communicated with me throughout the process. Definitely recommend Noah and all at Brandon Hyundai!
The sales men said they wouldn’t budge on the price and the very next day I was notified that the two cars I looked at were reduced in price. I didn’t feel like I was getting a personal experience there. One car was still pretty filthy on the inside and the other car had check tire pressure as I drove it. For cars that WERE $19k+ I expect more in the presentation of the vehicles.

The online manager Damon gave me a great price for this car. Fred in sales was the sales person that took over who was also very helpful
when i test drove it. Jason was the finance guy, he was awesome to work with explain all my option and very friendly.
It was well worth the 2.hr drive. I recommend them and will be on my list of consideration on future purchases.

I drove down to visit this dealer prepared to pay the listed price and fees found on CarGurs. Our sales rep was helpful and friendly. When we sat down to do the paperwork a sales manager added over 7,000 dollars in fees. I showed them the listing and fees and he stated that used cars are hard to get so he needed to double the listed dealer prepfee, charge for features included from the factory, and add in an additional 3 thousand surcharge. After trying to work a deal he held firm at over $32,000. I highly recommend not doing buisness with them.

Will never go there again. Price on internet was $10,000 below what they quoted me after driving
70 miles each way to look at car. A total waste of time.
Brandon Hyundai is full of crap. They say they
are offering auction pricing. Well that's a lie they
are trying to sell the car at retail pricing. I was
warned about this dealership. They had nerve to
try and includ a $999.00 dealership fee plus
$905.00 doc fees. I will never buy from this
dealership.
Car was nice but but so many outrageous and unnecessary fees it’s shameful a car that’s advertised for 10,724 ends up being 15+thousand. Ain’t that much sales tax and dealers fees in the world, then the salesman try and hid it in the paper work. I wouldn’t buy a piece of gum from these guys. Total rip-off if I deal with them. Their excuse is everyone is doing it. Shameful
I spoke to the Sales Manager and he quoted me the out the door price. They charge
an additional $500 if the buyer doesn't finance the car, so there is a penalty for
paying cash. There is a $999.95 dealer fee, which is the highest I have ever seen.
How is it that a dealer can advertise a price, then add nearly an extra grand on top of
that? He quoted the KBB value of $22K for the car, but even if I put in excellent
condition, and the very highest, private party price, it's only $21,300. However, very
good condition (3 year old car) average private party sale is $19,987, over 2K less.
Other cars I looked at are priced with 2K discount for trade in and another grand for
financing baked into the price. This dealership operates in typical old school bait
and switch pricing. Happy to discuss this with the manager and I have emails and
screen shots that back up every word in this review.

I am so disappointed in your dealership
Darryl called to see if we were coming for our appointment and he knew the truck we were interested but when we got to the dealership he spent ten minutes walking around to get the keys then sat down and said he was sorry the truck had been sold out of state. Poor on his part not to check since we drove from Springhill. What a waste of our time. I would not return to your dealership in the future for any purchase. He did not even offer any other truck that you might have on the lot. Just said sorry.

Good service good atmosphere good attitude a little small but friendly
I dealt with three sales people at once. A new person, a well informed person and someone I spoke to over the phone. I drove two vehicles and decided to make an offer on the second vehicle. All I wanted to know was how much where they willing to sell the vehicle to me. We waited two hours and finally walked out. The general manager couldn’t give me a quote. He wanted me to tell him how much Kelly blue book offered for my trade in. Isn’t this his job? Then he wanted to know what my monthly payments were. This has nothing to do with me purchasing their vehicle. Bottom line. Bad service from the general manager. I felt so bad for the sales people. I was told they would call me on a quote. A week later no call. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Don’t waste your time at this dealership. I was leery about going there since they rated a three star. I give them one star.

While the sales manager Patrick and his assistant Mohammad were very helpful in showing
us the car, once we got down to the payment part they started pulling all kinds of hidden
fees out of their pocket. If I had made the downpayment with my credit card as they tried to
rush me to do, I'd probably be in court with them by now. First it was a $1495 "package"
with an extended warranty. Okay, maybe. But not until the very end did they spring an
addition $999 dealer fee. That was the straw that broke this camel's back. DISHONEST!!!

The dealer had so many dealer fees that raised the price way higher than expected. Lure you in with a advertised price, then jack it up thousands with dealer fees. Would never buy or recomend them!

Very disappointed with this dealer. They're trying to make you pay like $4000 more in fees, off course they not tell you at the beginning of the negotiation. No recommend.
BAD!!!....poor service..to me they run a rag tag operation...I have been in Sales all of my life, and if i treated my customers like they treated me & my wife, I would not have any customers ..they tried to over charge me from the beginning of our meeting....They don't try to give you a fair deal from the start...the first time i said "that's not a good deal", they went back and chopped off a few thousand like it was nothing....see, this type of game is to see "how stupid is the customer"..but then they decided to just leave me & my wife sitting at the table for 15 min...So, we got up and left..and went to another dealer and bought a better truck and I EVEN PAID MORE!....The gentleman at the new dealership TREATED ME LIKE A KING (serious) I felt like I was the only guy in the dealership! ( that is Service)...the Moral of the Story is,..when you try to FOOL a prospect and don't do the "right thing", YOU get FOOLED in the end!

Fantastic experience! Our salesperson Leon as well as the general manager, were both courteous, fair and respectful. The entire car-buying process was a pleasure.
I contacted the dealer on 7/14/20 about this vehicle. They kept in contact and then I filled out the application on 7/15/20 and it was hours before I heard back from them and then I finally got a response that he been in and out of meetings all day and he would be with me shortly and here it is the day is almost over and still haven’t heard any update from them! Bad customer service!!!

NOT transparent, poorly organized, impersonal, unfriendly management
Made appointment with Salesman two days in advance, received email confirmation from salesman. Expected to meet with this same person, but was met at door by
someone else who was clueless that we were coming and told us the car we came to drive was being held for another customer for lease.
Eventually we were permitted to take a test drive. Immediately brought inside to fill out credit application (which I did not need, want nor ask for) as I discussed cash sale
with the salesman online when the appointment was set up. Finally got the out-the-door price after many requests. Offered about $600 less.
Manager came to table and insulted me on paying cash. Told me my credit would improve if I financed. I have an 850 FICO. He I pay my bills. I do not need his advice and
did not ask for it. He was rude about our insurance and gave his personal opinions about my finances. Unprofessional.

Sales and Finance departments need to work on their follow up skills. The Service Department did an excellent job.
sent in car guru info to b contacted. No response. Then I called, talked to a salesman named Jesse. He was supposed to pull the car up front. I had been to the dealership 2x but no car. He never texted me his info or put car up front. 3x wasted trips. I filled out another car guru information page. Then I got 3 different responses. 3 different salesman. I told them I work nights I want to swing by at 6am to look at it before I went any further. They BLOW my cell up at 11:30-12: pm. My usual sleep time!!!! I looked at vehicle after 4th trip. It was BEAT!!! Not a body part that wasn’t scratched or messed up. Idk how headlights worked cause it looked as fogged up as your mirror after a shower. I thought it’s worth 2-3000 less than their asking. No use in wasting anyone’s time. Then, They dropped price by 2300 so I offered them 600 less than that. The salesman said I think we can do a deal. Then he counters 1400$ higher. That was more than they advertised. Now raised 900$ higherBAITSWIT
I spoke to one guy on the phone and asked him to email me the cost of the car, including all fees, etc. I wanted to know the "out the door"
price for the car. Never received that info so I don't really know how many stars to give. It would have taken me an hour to drive there so I
wanted this info before hand as I know how much I want to spend.

Dealer contacted me and we set up a test drive. Got an email from them confirming "VIP" (used loosely) as well as 2 follow ups to make sure I was coming. The vehicle was supposed to be cleaned and ready when I arrived. I got there on time and was immediately shuffled off to a different salesperson than I had spoke to. The vehicle was NOT ready and was filthy. I liked the car but they did not ultimately give me the information I requested on the spot. Cannot recommend after this experience.
Dealer contacted us and we made two trips to Brandon while we considered the Lexus. There
were too many inconsistencies with what we were told about the car. On our first trip we were told
it was a new car trade in. Later we discovered that the car came from the auto auction. Along
with this it also had almost 20 months of missing history on the car fax report. The car had also
been damaged while at the lot on the front passenger fender and bumper. They had it fixed but
was not a quality job. With the inconsistencies of information on the car and the deal being
offered poor. We decided to move on.

This place was a joke, wasted 2 hours of my time. Came to look at the car they had listed and for some reason they "couldn't find it" and tried
to up sell me a 2020. I came for a good deal on a 2019 and they failed horribly. Had to drive all the way to New Port Richey to get
exact vehicle and experience I was expecting from Brandon. I took half a day off losing money on my end to go to Brandon as they are local
and in route during my daily commute. I do not recommend this place, save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Communication was horrible. I went on a Saturday around 3pm and completed an application I had all documents that was needed and ready to purchase a vehicle. I was turned away with the reason being “the banks don’t open until Monday, I’ll have come back” 100% lie, every car I’ve purchased was brought in a weekend being that I work. I called Monday to get an answer and was told, “we are extremely busy and will get back to you”. Right after being told that I went to my bank took out $10,000 from my account and went somewhere else, got the car I wanted and we out the door all in 3 hours! I will never go back to this dealership and definitely won’t send anyone else. No offense to anyone but that by far was the worse service I’ve ever experienced.
Ended up not buying the car I called about but I had interaction with several employees and they were all very helpful. The car ended up not
meeting my needs so I passed on purchasing it but I wouldn't have hesitated to purchase from this dealer based on my positive experience
with the employees.

The salesman lied to me to get me there. Didn't mention that the car that
I was about to purchase had sold the day before. Another salesman
about my credit, lied on the credit application and aren't worth crap. The
receptionist sucks! She transferred me all over the place and didn't really
know who worked there. I got the run around and would never refer
anyone to this place. They don't deserve a rating.
