I wish I could give 0 stars! This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever been through in my life! We were in the middle of a deal. The first round of paperwork had been drawn up, I talked to the loan officer and then the guy that handles warranties. All of a sudden, my salesman went silent, and I didn’t hear from anybody all day which I thought was odd. Only to find out the next morning that they sold my car to somebody who “paid cash”. I was told that it was very busy because they had a big sale and that their first priority are the customers who are in the dealership. I had also sold my car because we were in the middle of this deal so now I am without a car and continue to search for a dealership that actually has morals.

I made a real offer on a car and all I got back was a generic mass email template that did not even have my name filled in. It literally said “client’s name here”. I replied and explained that I was not trading anything in and I just wanted to make an offer on the car. After that I got another email from a totally different person asking again what I wanted to trade in which tells me nobody actually read anything I wrote. I sent several follow up emails and never got any reply at all so I finally gave up. This made me feel like they were not paying attention at all and were just sending auto replies. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Buying a so called "certified pre owned vehicle" should give the buyer peace of mind. These vehicles should be a step above others. The Carfax showed no reported damage. The car has had several suspension parts replaced. It appears that the buyer doesn't have access to the vehicles history. This vehicle sustained damage to the suspension in some type of accident. Buyer beware.

Sales associate was reluctant to communicate by email or text until we spoke in the phone. Once established, they gave me info on a different car. When I asked them why the numbers were different, they said they “sold” the car listed on Cargurus and decided to send me info on another. I wonder if the car was ever available. I bought from another dealer the same day.

The car pictures posted of the car posted on Cargurus were of a Mini Cooper Clubman, but the vehicle was listed as a Mini Cooper S Countryman, so I inquired to the
dealership which model Mini it was? They responded quickly that the vehicle for sale was in fact a Mini Cooper Countryman, which It was not the car I was looking for.
Braman will tell you they have a car available and when you get there, they either cannot find the keys, the car is in service, or it is nowhere to be found. This dealership will tell you anything to get you into the dealership. Bait and switch is the oldest trick in the dealership book. It's very sad that some dealerships have to go this low just to get you to go to there store, especially a dealership that has been in business as long as Braman has. Their slogan is "nowhere else but Braman"...sort of ironic, isn't it? Don't try to log a complaint with upper management, either. You will call, call, and call, leaving many messages, only to be ignored with no reply.
Was inquiring about said vehicle from
Braman Cadillac. Couldnât or wouldnât get a
straight answer. All I needed was price on
car. Since the Braman Cadillac asks that we
contact dealer for price since itâs not listed.
Finally got an answer about vehicle being
sold the night before. Three months later
and said vehicle is still on website for sale.
Still confused as to why salesperson would
say that if his job is to sell cars.

The vehicle I was interested in, clearly wasn't ready to be shown! It was FILTHY dirty, the two front tires were in BAD shape, they hadn't done the 120 point check yet..... BAD, BAD, BAD!!

actually bought the vehicle online but the sales folks did a great job answering all my question....I would purchase again from these folks....

The sales person did not disclose the actual condition of the vehicle after I was very clear that I was driving 2 1/2 hours to get there and that I am in business as well to please be totally honest with me and he was nothing of that! For starters the paint was in poor condition and the wood dashboard inlays were faded from the sun also the entire engine was so heat damaged that the plastic and rubber hoses needed replacement as well as the very visible air runners that supposed to supply air from outside to the engine they were completely shredded like and fallen apart allowing dirt to enter the air box! I can go on and on about the old “Just get the customer here” sales pitch but this was not expected from a high level dealership not to mention my clear conversation about condition because of my long trip there! I will leave you with this if you’re traveling from afar be aware its just another used car dealership do your research ask for up close photos of everythin! What a joke!

At first my experience was horrible because the person I was talking to was a internet sales team. So I couldn’t get their attention. Then I talked to a real salesman and got everything done quickly. If you’re looking at this dealership ask for Christian Guevara he will take good care of you.
Generally, quite a negative experience. The dealer’s sales rep was nice and kept promising follow ups. I had asked for pictures and specifics related to the car and he promised he would do so right after the car was detailed. And, he communicated rather often via text, with a bit of broken English. Then, he disappeared for a whole week and I got notification from CarGurus that the car was sold over the next weekend. I asked him about the situation on Monday and he had no idea and said he will check and get back to me. He never did. So, my suggestion would be to stay away from this dealer or just don’t rely on their uninformed sales people and go directly to the GM!

Dealer has been very helpful for finding great deals and the right car
I wanted more information on their 2019 ATS/V. I have been looking for a
white one but was interested in their brown one as I had decided I could get it
wrapped.
One question I was asked by the salesperson was where was I going to
register it I said Canada. This was after a couple emails each way Total
silence since which is over a couple weeks ago. they knew I was interested.
I am now getting emails from a sales person asking if he can answer any
questions for me. As if I never dealt with them before.
Anyway I have now blocked his emails.

Was impossible to get a straight answer from them about the final price including all fees and taxes, I
got over and over invitations to test drive the vehicles!! We bought our car out of state in just minutes without us being present.

Call back was a little late but and sales representative was professional. The main issue I had was that I was already approved for a low-interest car loan with Capital One and for some reason they did not work with this bank. I was able to find another dealership that we agreed to terms and had my paperwork ready. All I did was test drive the car and sign the paperwork. The longest part was waiting for my tag. Overall, in my case, Braman gets 3 stars.

Unfortunately, we have contacted Capital One and are unable to sign up with them as they require a certain percentage of business that we are currently unable to meet. Since we do not have a dealer agreement with them, we are not permitted to accept a Capital One draft. We apologize for being unable to assist with your transaction.
