Super experience. I dealt with Craig and he was outstanding. He did everything a salesperson should do. We only negotiated for a short while and as my dad said, " if both parties are happy, it was a good deal". Well, I am happy with the deal.

Not a great experience sales person was great manager was not ask him to work with me on price because I was coming in with cash he said no and next day the price got dropped after I walked away manager uninviting unprofessional and kind of insulting

This car has been sold for a week and is still on the dealers website. That is rather naughty.

I contacted the dealer who claimed the vehicle was available. I was highly interested in acquiring it however he didn’t get back to me that same day with the application he was supposed to send. I had to reach out the next day and he then mentioned someone had put a deposit on the vehicle so I was out of luck. I was mostly disappointed that they would initially say it’s available and it really wasn’t.

I had a very good experience at Bremen BMW. Mark the sales person was personable and efficient. The car needed servicing the next week and the service department performed they work quickly and I was very satisfied

I love this BMW Sportswagon but believe it is overpriced. I gave this feedback to Braman but haven’t heard back. Their response regarding the vehicle has been very professional & informative. At the right price, I would do business with them.

They did respond, but never answered my specific question about the availability of the car I inquired about. I had to go to the lot to look for the car, but it was not there. The dealership is very clean and organized.

Made contact but car specs (7 speed DCT/6 speed Manual) info was incorrect online. If unable to find a 6 speed Manual very soon with desired options, will attempt to continue process.

Requesting additional information which the dealer provided promptly. They followed up to ensure I was still interested in the car.
