We loved the car we chose. They offered me much less than the Kelley trade in value of my above average SUV? Treated me like a second class citizen. Treated my wife even worse. I decided to keep my trade. I was pre-approved mind you but without my trade they added some, “accessories” to get an extra grand for nothing. I called them on it, they said it was always there but couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me what it actually was. They said my finance company wouldn’t approve me even though I was cleared for my financing. I objected; they said they sold the car. I went up the street to a different dealer and bought a car WITHOUT issue? Bozarth tried to crush my skull in on my trade and when that didn’t work they “invented” new fees and when that didn’t work they “sold” the car. BTW I kept my truck but received offers literally double what these clowns offered.

Absolute best car buying experience of my life!!! These guys go way above and beyond to serve their customers!!! This is the example that the entire industry should follow. I am a repeat customer for life!!!

Salesman responded by texts and emails. Was nice enough to take a short video of a vehicle I was interested in. Only giving them 3 stars because they don't have carfax on their vehicles. They have auto check but that doesn't show maintenance history of vehicles. The only history on the vehicle the dealer had was what they had done to it since they took ownership it's nice to know the car was washed and detailed but I'm looking for a little more substance.

Was waiting to hear back about the car. I was ready to buy. Never heard back. When I asked about it, i was told it was sold.

He was nice but the car had already been sold by the time I could get to see it.

Sales rep provided good customer service. I was going to purchase car until at 12th hour was told could not purchase and ship car unless I flew into Denver from another state to sign paperwork. Was told a new policy from principal owner. Never got a followup call after another talk and request to sales manager. A poor business practice to say the least.

Deler claimed they were offering up to $16,000 discounts on new 2017 Corvettes. I never found one, discounts were $5-6K. Mislead.

Was contacted immediately from Steve Reese. Unfortunately their current stock did not yield anything I am looking for but Steve is on the lookout for me.

I contacted them about a 2013 Corvette grand sport 4LT and they responded quickly. They gave me all the information I needed and 2 days later I flew to Denver to purchase the car. Chris Hayden (sales person) went so far as to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived at the dealership, our car was on their showroom floor (looking like a new one). One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Could not recommend them more. Friendly, courteous, professional and reliable.

They trued to bait and switch us saying that the car they had listed had sold but how about something else which is fine when I wasn't interested then all of a sudden it was available but for $20000 dollars instead of $12000

I received 2 emails, then I had to call and got a message. I then received another email stating the car didn't pass so they couldn't sell it. I am not sure how many people they deal with on a daily basis. At least I receive the info in a short amount of time.

I worked with Nick, Marc, and Veronica. All three were helpful and friendly. There wasn't that huge amount of pressure that you expect from a car sale man. I mean, don't get me wrong, there was still pressure, but it never felt like bullying. At the end of the day, I came away with a good car. I've only visited the service department once (for some minor issues), but they were super helpful and fun to joke around with. Overall, I had a good experience
