sadly this dealership experience wasn't good. one salesman said he would take $2,500 off the truck and when I called back the following day to get a cashier's check, the manager Eric said his salesman didn't have the right to drop the price and that they wouldn't honor it. because of Eric the main manager's attitude I ended up choosing a different dealership and I went with a brand new truck so they lost out

The dealer was Professional and fast. They sold the car as is and did
not inform me that the car needed new rear struts,
Brakes and rotors a new battery and a generator well as an oil
change and tune-up. They did come down on the price quite a bit but
not $5000 which is the cost to get all these things fixed. I would say
do not buy a used car from these guys without an extensive PPI first.

This dealership never called me back. I even gave them my Vin number to get my car value price and they ignored that and never made an effort to reach a deal or anything. Don't make promises you can't keep and if you are that busy hire more people to work at your establishment.

My experience with this dealer was great! Everyone was very helpful.
TERRIBLE, awful, shady and disgusting!!!
Would give zero stars if it allowed me to do

Salesman treated like dirt and spoken to by
his manager horribly. My daughter Felt so
bad for salesman!!!
Why would you want to buy a car from a
dealership that allows their management to
treat staff in such a fashion!?! Very
unprofessional and just a miserable low life.

The vehicle was clean and ready for us to view when we arrived(it was better than what I had anticipated!). Alberto was patient and knew how to show us the vehicle, really making us feel at home. The team we worked with were light hearted and willing to help us locate the best rate for financing. It seemed their team knew how to treat their customers (we brought our kids too!), we would definitely go back to buy from them again. Thanks guys

My experience doesn't mean everyone's experience will be the same. I know what I want and do not like to waste time. The salesman I was in contact with never seemed to value my business nor my time. I came from the Bay Area to Southern California and this guy kept me waiting outside. I soon left and went to another dealership made a deal and drove back to the Bay Area.

Phil was our car salesman and went above and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted and at a reasonable price. There were some hiccups when working out a deal but with the help of Phil and his sales manager I was able to take home the truck of my dreams.
