I received an out the door offer of 21000 for a car when I arrived at the dealership. When I spoke with the salesman he advised the difference from the payoff for my car could be used as a down payment (8500) when we went to the finance office the finance officer was very rude. He explained the 8500 was "trade equity" now meaning this was added to the car. This meant with taxes, tags, dealer fees and the notorious Advantage Program $2500 (a scam in its self) the price of the car was really 29000 now with the "trade equity" the price out the door was not as explained to me. They were using my 8500 to cover tags, taxes, dealer fees, and the Advantage Program. I spent a lot of time researching this vehicle and spent hours back and forth to the dealership over an hour each way. Additionally, this is a high end vehicle which was at the dealership for over two months, and they couldn't even fix the broken window switches. Be careful! I really wanted to buy this car

The price listed is not the selling price, this dealer and many others are throwing in a 3000.00 so called premium pakage, which the customer did not ask for or was made aware of up front, these are deceptive buisness practices!

they sold the car before i confirmed my appt drove 2.5 hours that night for nothing and when i let the scheduler know the car wasnt there ignored me altogether not even an im sorry text just ghosted

Bait and Switch. The desler would not honor the price. Said the car was 16,900 and then after desler fees, doc fees and taxes the amount was over $20k. Horrible experience. It is too bad, I would have bought the car.

The "price" is BS. They tack on an $1035 charge (899+136) which are complete BS. They are patently dishonest, and the posted price is an obvious misrepresentation, to deceive. The price is the price TOTAL. The ONLY add should be (if they were not crooked) tax and tags - period. I did not go and visit them. I'll buy private (or out of state).

Price on the add was 8,892$ but when asked for offer the price was 10,892$. +2000$ was because I didn’t have trade in and I didn’t want take loan from one of their loaners. Obviously you cannot trust the prices shown here!

First time I ever got a good experience at a dealership and this was my 5th time going to one. Staff was very professional and cut to the chase, no smokes and mirrors. They had what I wanted when I got there, car was in good shape and shined like in the pictures, filled the tank for me before I left, and did ALL the paper work for me unlike other dealers that leave some of it on you.

They answered all my questions. They sold the car before I could get over there to see it. But they called me to let me know. That was nice. I live over 100 miles from this dealer so, I couldn't get there until the week-end.

They contacted me in a timely manner over the weekend of which was a pleasant surprise. The entire team was very pleasant and attentive from my sales person, to the sales manager, to the finance manager. They worked with me on my trade in and getting me the best loan options possible. They were also very open about negotiation regarding the deal. Not the quickest purchase i have made, 5 hours at the dealership vs 2 hours on 2 previous purchases elsewhere. Overall it was a good experience and i would recommend them.

I was in contact with the dealer for 3 days because I lived 120 miles away. So I took a day off and drove over in full contact with the dealership by phone the whole trip and when I got there I was informed that the truck was sold 20 minutes before I got there.
