Had to keep trying to contact them over and over to get pictures and verify car was there. After multiple calls and leaving messages they said car was there.
I never got the pictures I asked. Because of the description of the car I still asked for them to send me an invoice for it.
That is when the fantom extra fees started to the tune of about $4000 to $4500. When the lady was done telling me those I replied those are not on you sit and there is no way Im paying that extra.
Thanks but no thanks as she was say well those are the fees I took my leave and never looked back.
Would not recommend them at all after our interaction and the deception they do.
Was the car even there who knows never saw anything beaide the stock photo.

I still was not able to purchase this vehicle due to the price but I really appreciate them looking for other vehicles in my price range and keeping me updated about it

This may be a typical trick, but I do not buy cars very often so I did not know. They advertise a car at a low price only to tell you it is sold, and try to sell you a more expensive car.
I e-mailed and confirmed that the car was available. Later I called to make sure...I provided the stock number and the VIN number for the vehicle, and the agent confirmed the car is available. I went to the dealership, and asked to see the car...I
was told the car was sold long time ago. Then I asked to see similar cars, and the salesperson proceeded to show me a car with more than double the price.
When he consulted the manager, he was very rude...did not even come by to explain or apologize. He totally dismissed me!
Very disappointing to say the least. Not sure I want to do business with this dealership!

Went there twice after someone confirmed over the phone the car was on the lot. Get there and another rep tries to steal the sale and says hes never heard of the person i spoke to. Tries to take me to a car double the price and walk me through the process. Come to find out the car was sold and not removed from website

Give them zero starts if I could. I called 5 times spread out over 2 weeks about a Volvo I wanted to buy. They never call back!!! Always a salesman will call you back. Good luck buying a car from this dealership. I think they only do walk ins I guess- I don’t know. It was totally bizarre.

Took forever to get someone to call me back, almost a week and when I finally got a hold of them the car was sold but still up on the website

Terrible service!! had us waiting for over an hour because they “couldnt find” the vehicle. said they will keep looking and give us a call back. never contacted us and removed posting. we called a few hours later and they said vehicle was sold and they couldn’t tell us anything about it. never recommended to let us see other vehicles!
