This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with and I would give this negative stars if possible.
The manager tried to low ball me on my trade in for a cleaning expense when NO ONE else has ever deducted from the trade in. I have
bought enough cars to realize this is a numbers game but the attitude was appalling.
I have great credit and the manager tried to give me a song and dance about the interest rate that I know I would not have ended up with
because I do my research prior to buying a car.
The dealership looked dated and the desk chairs were falling apart which implies if you do not take pride in your dealership then you do not
take pride in the product you sell.
I have many more issues with this establishment.

Felt a little pressured when walking into the dealership. I already had pre approval from a bank and a vehicle picked out that was in the price range I eas already pre approved for and yet he slae staff wanted to run my credit still to find better rate when I already knew what my score was and situation was and knew who had already turned me down for financing. Very nice staff though but kind of pushy to buy something outside of what you originally went into the dealership to look at.

Straight-shooters, honest, fair, no time wasted, utterly professional. A pleasure to do business with—and would do it again!
The sales manager told me the vehicle was there at the lot, I told him I was 3 hours away and was on my way to buy the vehicle. I asked if I needed to put down a deposit because this had been done before, they told me no. When me and my wife pulled asked for one of the sales managers Tim or Tom, they gave me someone else who told us the vehicle "just sold" to someone right before I walked in. I will never contact them again about a vehicle, their loss because I buy 3-4 cars a year.
I scheduled a test drive for 3:30pm. When I got there they had me wait while they put a new battery in the car. When they finally brought the car around the building for me to test drive I almost couldn't get in it because of a really strong odor but I drove it for 10 minutes anyway. I had to drive with the windows down and the air vents closed. I could barely breathe the whole time. When we got back to the dealership they told me that they car bombed it due to trying to get the smoke smell out of it. They offered to call me for a test drive when the car didn't smell like that but I declined. I was literally sick to my stomach for 1.5hrs after driving that car and I am never sensitive to smells nor do I have any breathing problems such as asthma. If you have any breathing problems I would not recommend this dealer because you may end up in the hospital. The chemicals can cause anyone to be sick but this was even worse than a regular cleaning smell.

Held the vehicle a full week for us to drive to see it; gave us a good deal for our trade in; salesman was very knowledgable, answering numerous questions; responded quickly per e-mail to all correspondence; even cleaned the windows on purchased vehicle; working well past his scheduled hours for just us: filled gas tank on our new vehicle before we left.

We bought an 2017 INFINITI QX30 Sport FWD from Royal Gate, the price was fair, they gave us a fair trade-in and the whole process went quickly. They were great to work with and I would recommend them.

Two sales people (Paul and Dave) ganged up on me so I payed a higher price than I should have. They said Truck was good, but it needed over 1kworth if repairs after I bought it and took it to a mechanic. Also, I test drove two trucks and both (including the one I bought) was filthy inside. Dave laughed it off and said their “detailers suck”. I didn’t find it funny. Tgere’s Food in the cup holders in the truck I bought. Also, I let them know via email how I felt after my vehicle purchase. They responded that they would call me shortly. I never heard from anyone from Royal Gate after that. They only care about squeezing you for as much money as they can. They will lie about the vehicles they sell like they did mine. They do NOT care about Customer Service or your safety.

I had a wonderful experience with the Royal Gate Team of Debbie, Katie, Ted, Jennifer, and Mark.
They all contributed to making buying a new car for me stress-free . I will definitely tell others about
Royal Gate Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
The folks at Royal Gate setup a test drive at my convenience. They also
setup a second test drive to accommodate an inspection by my mechanic. In
my past, the car buying experience at a dealer has been extremely painful
and long. But the people at Royal Gate did a nice job simplifying and
speeding up the buying process.
Unfortunately trying to buy a car from this dealer was a waste of time, gas,
and a day off work. I had been in contact with a sales person for a little
over a week, receiving at least two phone calls and at least one email a
day (sometimes more), asking if I was still interested. I was finally able to
make the 50 minute drive in hopes of purchasing a vehicle that day. Went
for the test drive, the salesmen was a decent guy, things looked great. As
soon as it came time to talk numbers and get me financed everything went
down the tubes. I immediately felt as though I wasn't being taken seriously
as a young man purchasing a vehicle when it came down to the financing.
I was told I wasn't be approved for a loan without a cosigner before I even
applied for one and was told my credit history wasn't long enough. I have
purchased a vehicle in the past and credit history has NEVER been an
issue until this point with this specific vehicle. I felt as thought since it was
about an hour and a half until close they didn't feel like doing anymore
paperwork and sent me on my way. I called the dealer the same night
when I got home and told them to try to apply for the financing and see
what happens. I was told, "sounds good, I'll let the finance manager know
and I'll call you in the morning."
Fast forward to 3:30pm the following day, still no phone call. I called them
and was told they couldn't get loan approval but they couldn't tell me any
specifics as to why. A few days later I received an automated email from
their Royal Gate's new management asking about my experience and my
satisfaction with the visit. I explained what happened and asked him to
reach out to me to see what hoops I needed to jump through to get loan
approval. No response still, one week later. I suppose new management
isn't as concerned with customer satisfaction as they try to portray through
the automated emails they send out.
This entire process I felt like I was never taken serious due to my relatively
young age and was just given the run around until I decided to give up. I
still can't figure out if they just didn't want to put the work in to get a sale, or
if they don't have the financing resources they need to get customers the
things they need. It seems as though any other reputable dealer will jump
at any opportunity they have and work as hard as they need to get a sale
finalized. Regardless of what it is, I will not be back and neither will
anyone I know.

I requested pictures of the vehicle be emailed to me and all he did was call my wife and I and text us. It would be nice if they listened to what the customers needed and took care of them All I needed was pictures of the van
Will never buy anything from them. Had an appointment to come buy a truck at5:30 on a bad rainy day. Pulled on the lot at5:30 and the salesmen calls me and says someone bought it at the same time I was supposed to be there the guy said someone stole the key's while he was at lunch. Bad business will never deal with them and I made sure I told everyone at my job and my friends and family do not waist your time.

Due to the low price, I went in expecting a bait and switch. The experience was nothing like that and everything was as advertised. I purchased my vehicle and had a couple minor problems. Promised to call me, when they got another Sprinter in. NOPE---did not happen. I saw their ad and called them. They already had a contract, placed on the van.
Sales staff cannot make decision's, have to go see a manager. Silly game !!!

We got there at 7pm and didn't leave till well after 10pm. Our Salesman was nice but was in no hurry to do anything. Every time he "had to go see the boss"; he was gone a half hour leaving me wanting to leave. Love the truck but had to change the wiper blades on day two after it rained and I realized one of the wiper blades was complete trash and the drivers side wasn't much better. I guess they do a one point examination of the vehicle which would be: Do we have the title....Sell it!
We drove two hours after seeing the truck on line. We will NEVER do business with them again.

Experience was terrible. A salesman called me on Friday around 3 o'clock to set up and appointment to come see the car I was interested in and so I agreed to it at 2:30 the next day. Drove 45 minutes from my house to find out the car had been sold.

Dealer employee acknowledged email inquiry promptly. Worked wih a very professional salesperson, but they're hands are "tied". This dealer and many other dealers advertising on the internet advertise a great internet price on a vehicle similar to what I was looking for, but since I was from out of state, a quote for a vehicle like I wanted was higher. There is a fine print disclaimer somewhere in the ad to let them of the hook. There are a few dealers that don't play that game that really want to move vehicles. These few dealers post a price for everyone and also state that the price could be lower if you qualify for district rebates. That is who I am looking to buy a vehicle from as they WANT to move vehicles. I have no dealers near me that want to sell in high numbers so I am looking elsewhere. If I am going to pay this kind of money for a diesel truck, they are going to have to earn my business.
