I've been around auto glass many years, as my grandparents had an auto glass shop up north.  After being able to look at it, I did notice there was a plastic appearance strip that buds up to the pillar missing, and has already been ordered.  These are plastic and commonly break over time, as you will notice if you continue looking at other Civics.  The other part of this experience I remember very clearly is you not even giving the chance for me to look at these things or even giving me the time to jump start the car, as I had told you I would be glad to have all of your concerns looked at and taken care of if something was wrong, but you took off without giving me the time of day, and now receiving a bad review for trying to do anything and everything you were asking of me.
