They had me come down told me to bring specific items in detail when I was at the close of the deal they insisted I bring more items very unorganized and lacked professionalism

I talked to one of the people at this dealership submitted all my information, and had my credit ran only to be ignored for over a week and then found out the car was sold. Very unprofessional.

The sales people at this location doesn’t know what you’re doing you tell them exactly how much money you have to put down and how much do you want the payments to be and they do the total opposite on top of that they wanted to take my down payment and have me sign but I was unable to get the keys until they get the money from the finance company which they told me is about a week , who does business like that!

Advertised one price on this site, but once you contact them they state that is the "cash price" and the price will increase about $1500 if it is being financed, and does not negotiate. Didn't buy from them.

I was able to speak directly with the dealership owner and was kind enough to drop off the vehicle at a difference place for a Pre Purchase Inspection. Most dealers will not take the time or have the confidence to do so and held the vehicle for me for a few days which is almost unheard of. Greatly recommend the place

I explained the financial situation and Sharise- I think that was her name - I apologize if I’m wrong, was professional without any pressure or being condescending in anyway way. They wouldn’t let me take the car to my mechanic to have it inspected. The girl was very nice but the man who handles everything was extremely set in his ways & I knew that he would not budge on the price either - just by his overall attitude.

I went into the shop planning to buy my car and get it the same day because Charis told me to come in and it’ll be ready.. waited 2 hours for them to tell me I can’t leave with it and it still needed to get a smog check. It was a 2011 Chevrolet Cruz 80k miles and and was told it passed inspection and Didn’t have problems but the head gasket blew out after 2 weeks of purchase on the highway at 3AM. The owner Nina was very rude and unprofessional when I contacted him about it. The dealership tried blaming me and saying it was my fault because I drove it while it was overheating, but I did not. I was also told misleading information about my warranty. I asked one of of the employees, Charis, over 10 times about my the details of my warranty. She told me that I can take my car to any Chevy dealership and pay a $100 deductible to fix it but that wasn’t even true.

Dealer was friendly, but the car wasn't really ready to be shown yet as it really needed to be reconditioned.

Bought a wonderful F-150 that has done me very well since I drove it off the lot. Even with covid they worked with me and made sure my every need was met. Each of them are professional and run a respectable business. If you're looking not only for a good vehicle, but a trustworthy dealership then this is the place for you.

Easy to work with great prices

Although we did not make the deal. This dealer was very responsive, up front and honest.

So I bought the car,and I transferred my insurance from my old vehicle,they didn't tell me it wasn't smogged,so couldn't drive it home,so I spent $50 through Lyft to get back and forth to work, they had several hours to smog it. Not happy about that. Then picking up the vehicle the next day he told me he called the warranty company and "pretended to be me" (Mena's words)in order to get the warranty which I told him I did NOT want! Which was 176/mo not free! Who does that? That is when it went sour. Now they have mixed up my fobs and IDK what they want me to do. I guess I have to come up with a solution and do their jobs for them. I would never go here again. The team is incompetent, and they want the customer to hold their hand while they chat with each other. Yes I did get picked up by a paid employee while they were on the clock, and I wasn't.That's why this is not some grand gesture. I feel like my time was considered nothing to them, while their time was much more valuable.

This particular car was sold, before I got a chance to go to the dealership in person. At good interactions with the dealer Representatives over the internet, but it never went any further than that.
