The people there are very friendly and courteous and was very fair with my trade in and gave me a great price on my new car if want a car without all the bull go to this dealer I drove almost 200 miles and it was worth it

Best service ever! Salesman was top notch and completely honest about the truck. I requested a lot of additional pictures of the truck and he quickly sent them to me. Truck was serviced and clean when I arrived and the buying process was streamlined and painless. I purchased a high quality used vehicle at a fair price. No complaints from me!

Nice enough person who called but when I heard how high the mileage was I says I wouldn’t be interested. He never offered to show any other cars, didn’t have any interest in showing me or talking to me about a different car even if it was more money when I said I didn’t like the high mileage he said “ ok well good luck “ I was thinking “ ok we’re in the midst of a global pandemic here, the country is shut down literally, unemployment is 50%, you’ve got someone who has never stopped working and has cash in her hand for a new car and you say ‘Ok, good luck???” Unreal but whatever, I’m sure someone will have a car with lower mikes on it

Most phone calls and e-mails were returned promptly.
There was a small dent on the front fender that was not mentioned.
Upon delivery, I sent pictures to the dealership. I got an estimate to
fix it for $500. Bob Sight Kia sent me a check for $350. I thought they
should have paid the $500 to get it fixed. It’s a 2018 truck. I thought
they were cheap for not paying for the repair in full.
I can’t recomnend Bob Sight Kia to my friends in thr future. They
should have paid for the full repair.
When the truck arrived from the shipper, it had barely enough gas in
the for me to get to a local gas station. Cheap!

The posted mileage on the odometer is 1100 miles more than was
advertised and no-one told me about it. I guess they thought I wouldn't
notice. When I called and left a message with the business office about this
and some missing paperwork I would need to get the car registered, no-one
called me back. The bright spot in the whole experience was Regina the title
clerk who was very responsive and anticipated what would be needed.

Matt responded to my first request and stayed in contact while I tried to
decide if I was going to test drive the car.
When I finally made it out to test drive the car Matt listen to my Horror
stories I had been through with other dealers recently. Then he listened
and heard what I was looking for and what I needed in trading my car for
different. Although this was not the vehicle I was looking for Matt said he
understood what I was looking for and would keep an eye out and
contact me if & when he came across the right car.
