The staff at Bob Pulte Chevrolet is top notch! I sent an email saying I was interested in a certain car, & had a response almost immediately. I was able to text them the details & a few pics of my trade, & they got the ball rolling & I had a trade offer within a couple of hrs. Jeśus did a fantastic job getting me into one of my dream cars. This was an exciting day for me, & Jeśus made the whole process fun & enjoyable. I definitely will send people to Bob Pulte Chevrolet, the entire staff was amazing from start to finish!

They got back to me quickly about the truck and said it had been serviced and checked over and ready to go but when I called about the truck suddenly it had a motor problem and couldn't sell it I appreciated his honesty but seemed strange that one minute it is great next it isn't

I drove 50 miles on March 1 to this dealer to see the truck based upon what I was told about it and the photos that they sent to me. I was more than pleased upon arrival. The condition of this truck was more than I expected. I purchased the truck and drove it home on this date. The staff at Bob Pulte Chevrolet were very professional and great people to work with.

The dealer was very quick to respond to my question. The listing was accurate. The car was perfectly clean. It was ready to drive except the battery needed to be charged. John our salesman was great to work with. He made the whole experience enjoyable and fun. I would highly recommend this dealer. They sold the car for a good price compared to other dealers.

Called dealer in the morning and spoke to Kristina. Asked her if our trade organization discount would apply to this vehicle. She said 'WILL CHECK AND CALL BACK". By 6:PM, no call back. I then called again to determine closing time for dealer (8:PM). Drove to dealer + was met outside by sales professional Travis who was outstanding in his help to purchase vehicle including applying trade organization discount. Travis + sales manager + finance manager stayed an hour after business hours to wrap up the sale. FINE PEOPLE ! Late the next morning Kristina called to advise that the trade organization would not be allowed on our purchase...….WOW. SHE THEN ASKED WHAT NAME WE PURCHASED UNDER SO SHE COULD HORN-IN ON PART OF THE COMMISSION??? I am 67 years old and have purchased more than 20 new vehicles over time, both personal and for our businesses. This was the smoothest, easiest and helpful experience sans Kristina.

Excellent experience with this dealer. Had the car waiting for me at the time scheduled for my test drive. The car was everything advertised and the dealer was very accommodating - not pushy. I didn't pick this vehicle, but would be willing to deal with these guys again.

This would have been a great experience, however the finance person mislead me with regard to pre payment penalty. Two separate credit unions and an attorney reviewed the paperwork and showed me where I would be liable to pay $9,000 in finance charges alone, had I tried to refi just 30 days later. I asked Amanda about this penalty or "fee", many times over. I was intentionally mislead. The writing is very tricky. I advise taking all paperwork to a lawyer before doing business with this dealership. They deal with Santander, which is a notorious predatory lender. Shameless.

Thank you for your feedback. However, whomever you spoke with either misunderstood your question or misinformed you based on an incomplete picture. There is/was no pre payment penalty. The finance charges that you speak of are very plainly spelled out on the contract as the total amount of interest paid had you taken the loan to full term. When you simply refinance or write a check you are simply responsible for the loan balance. I'm sorry you misunderstood and I hope this helps give a clarity. Thank You!

i wanted to purchase a 2007 pontiac g6, the price of the vehicle is 4,395 and they tried to take advantage of me and have me pay 1,200 down and 29 payments of 240. That's more than double the price of the car

Great place to shop, friendly customers service and salesman, and most honest people around! Looked at several used vehicles that just didn’t seem to fit the bill, done a quick search online at other dealers inventory, found something that did fit and was directed there to buy. No pressure sales tactics, overall would recommend this place to anyone!

We called and reserved the vehicle because we live 1.5 hours away. When we arrived no one came out to see us, we went inside and spoke with a different sale man than the one we were supposed to have because ours was selling the car we came to buy to someone else.

This was an amazing experience! We had visited several other places, and had driven hundreds of miles to find the car we were hoping to find. Those other places were a disappointment...even though we made appointments at least a day in advance, the vehicles weren't clean, nor ready to dive off the lot because if mechanical issues or cosmetic issues. When w arrived at Bob Pulte, our vehicle was prominently placed where we drove in. It was clean and shiny, and the salesmen who helped us were friendly, knowledgeable, but not pushy. In fact, we didn't buy it the first time we saw it because we had other appointments. But it became our point of comparison. After visiting one more disappointing dealership, we had almost decided not to do anything, but if Bob Pulte reached out to us with an offer we couldn't refuse, we might go back. The very next day, that's exactly what happened, and we drove home with our stunningly beautiful car.

Rhonda at Bob Pulte is a superstar! She responded quickly and truly gave every effort to find the car we wanted. At the end of the day, we found a car closer to home and purchased it instead. Bob Pulte Chevrolet was by far the best experience we have had a dealership! They was very friendly and explained everything very well. Its the first time we have ever been approached by the owner. Bob was interested in our lives and would not talk bad about other dealers. That made a huge impact in our decision to buy from his business. Never gave then a chance. My fault, I misread the listing and did not notice their vehicle was Front wheel drive when I was looking for All wheel drive. Sent Putle a price I would pay for a used 2015 chrysler 200. they responded with the usual no answer email. In the past, I bought a car guru 2013 chrysler 300, dealer agreed with price offered, drove 200 miles and picked it up. I also purchased a brand new 2008 Corvette by email and custom ordered it picked that one up at the Corvette museum in Bowling Green Ky. So, the old school dealers just don't get it. Pulte missed a possible sale by not even countering my offer. SAD, but poor marketing.

I would award them a Medal of Valor for Service above and beyond the call of duty. We purchased from them and without hesitation they were more than fair when a technicians mistake needed to be corrected, even though it was of significant cost to them. We bought this car from them at a fair price. We are fortunate to have purchased this beautiful car from them rather than from a private party.
