Spoke to dealer for multiple days came to an agreement dealer ran my credit on a Friday evening. Had an approval that night waited for call from salesman the following day never called about 11 o’clock. I got a message from my wife who got a message from the salesman saying that somebody else was at their dealership in person looking at the truck. I called Anthony the finance manager to figure out what was going on. He advised me that the gentleman didn’t look like he was serious in buying the truck however I had questions due to already having an approval on that truck. Anthony reassured me and told me that I had nothing to worry about he will 2 o’clock rolls around. I still had not heard anything from the dealer in about 215. I got a message from my salesman saying that they had sold the truck so buyers beware this dealership will run your credit on a vehicle and then sell it from out from underneath you just because I would not recommend this dealer to anybody stay far far away.

Price was listed at $12,800. When they called me about the vehicle I asked to confirm the price and was quoted $16,700. They said the prices were generated by their system and they had no control over increase. Just glad I asked before I drove over an hour to look at the vehicle.

The truck that was advertised, is not even in the lot last week when I asked about for test drive, the lady that was dealing with me started nice and courteous and by the 3rd or 4th call I did to follow up they or her started hanging up the phone on me, looks like patients and manners are not consistent in this dealer. And the lady even sent emails stating that could not reach out to me, ?, not true,m. If you are posting a truck online for sale, that truck should be available and ready to go. Definitely not doing but with this dealer.
Could not look at motor the inside hood release was broken. The tires would not pass
inspection.They said the service dept. checks the cars??? I was suprised because this was a
new car dealer.

When I asked for two additional pictures I was told it wasn't fit for the road, I could look at it for purchase but was not recommended to drive it. I then posed as my wife and inquired about it. She was invited to come purchase the vehicle. Went as far as scheduling a day to visit. Dealer checked back with her to confirm the visit. Price went up $1000.00. Seems real shady to me. We purchased from another seller. Service manager recommended to me that it was for sale but, not drivable. Then, within the same day, they invite my wife to come take a look at it and increase the price. Add this dealership to the list of the ones we can't do business with. If it means anything the people were courteous.

Truck was not what I was looking for because I want a 4x4. My mistake reading the description, but they were very nice and helpful.

I was contacted by a female sales person and asked her to call back in a couple of days because I needed time to think about the purchase. I was anxiously awaiting the call from her on that day i asked her to call back on. I never received a call back even until today. I was sincerely very interested in the vehicle but will look elsewhere. I hate to be lied to. I am currently still searching for the perfect vehicle. Hopefully I’ll find and bring it home tomorrow.

Great purchasing experience. Our salesman Bill thatcher was very knowledgeable and helpful.
It was a good experience, but would have been a successful sale if they would have been willing to reduce the price a bit. Thanks. I have found out of all the car sites that CG has the best options with tons of cars. Only problem is that dealers don't generally want to deal with people over the phone. I will keep looking and I'm sure i will find one soon. Thank you

Car was overpriced by upwards of $3000-$5000, per Kelly Blue Book value and Car Gurus comparisons. Contacted via email, text messaging and phone calls by multiple sales associates regarding the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but a tad bit "pushy". After comparison shopping, however, I purchased from another dealership.

I had a very good experience at Bob Mills Mitsubishi. The staff were all very helpful, and I was never once pressured into making a purchase. I would recomend others to visit here when looking for a new car.
