I was pretty disappointed with this dealer. I called a few hours ahead of time to verify the car was there and notify them I was making the 90 mile drive each way to look at a car. Upon getting there, the used car staff were very disorganized and as I turned out, they sold the car that I specifically told them I was coming to see. You can definitely tell this dealer doesn’t really put as much time and attention into the used car building as it’s pretty run down comparatively to their new car sales building. And even after more then a week, the car is still listed online as available

Had many different people reach out to me. When and looked at truck, after looking found a lot of damage. Gave a a good offer for all the damage. Salesman said I was nuts and looking for a good deal, who doesn’t go shopping for a vehicle not looking for a deal. Anyway I left with out a new truck.

Well, the salesman was awesome. He was very helpful and didn't care that the vehicle was only $6k but honestly wanted to help. The vehicle was a total crapshoot though, so I didn't buy it, but the dealership was very friendly and professional.

Bait and switch. If I could rate it a zero I would but not possible so one
star is the lowest. Car does not exist and dealer left this ad up and could
have cared less about selling a car.We the buyers have to get sick of the
lies and deceptions and simply either NOT buy NOW and or take our
business to dealers and manufactures that do not bait and switch, if any
exist! Not sure they do at the moment but we will remember with the tide
shifts in our favor.

Yes the dealership contacted a couple of days later to tell me the vehicle had been
sold. The same vehicle has remained on Cargurus and their website and also has
had a price reduction. The 4runner should be listed as "ad we use to get people to
contact us". I also emailed back to the automated GM email to see if the
salesperson was mistaken on the vehicle being sold. No response.

I inquired about a vehicle and was told it was at a mechanic shop. Shortly after i had heard nothing back for a week after being reassured i would be contacted immediatly after the arrival of the vehicle, their salesman Daniel Blanco sold the vehicle out from under me.

Got a few email responses, but my questions weren't answered clearly. Was planning a 3 hour trip to purchase. But dealer informed me that an employee bought the car I was interested in. Seems a tad crummy to list a car, then suddenly sell it to an employee. Won't be dealing with this dealership in the future.

I had a great experience. Troy was my salesman and he got back to me almost immediately with all the information on the vehicle. We set up an appointment. He had the car all ready for me to test drive. I ended up purchasing the car. The lady in the finance department was extremely friendly as well. The process was quick and painless! Don Nelson The salesman was wonderful but the financing guy was so disappointed because we did not buy the extended warranty that his demeanor changed and he treated with disdain and was cold and acted as if he was doing us a favor. That’s why I don’t give them 5 stars.
Don Nelson went out of his way to show me how to use the car and was very patient with me. I also got a great deal.

Responded quick. Got what I asked for, but did take a few times letting them know I wasn’t interested anymore because of a lack of an option before the salesman finally ceased contact. Would consider working with them again, but be warned doc fees are higher here than most dealers around.

Very good place to buy a vehicle they treat you like the actually care I bought my 2008 Honda Civic ex from here and the actually worked with me on the price. I would recommend this place any of the Bob Howard dealers will be pretty good! We were so pleased with how they treated us me and my wife are going back to look for her a mid size SUV.

I made an appointment to see a 2012 Fiat, I made it clear that I was driving in from out of town and was only interested in that car. I corresponded via email and phone to
make the appointment. I arrived at the dealership and asked for the salesman I was told to ask for, he promptly told me they lost the keys and pawned me off on another
salesman who had no knowledge of what I was searching for and took me to the north 40 section of their lot and tried to sell me junk! Wrecked Old Ugly Junk!. I inquired
about the Fiat again, and he acted as if he'd gone to get the keys; when he came back he explained he couldn't sell that car because every light is on, it's blowing black
smoke out of the tail pipe, and is crap. Why bother posting it for sale if it isn't sell-able? Why waste my time and limited expense? I was not a high dollar sale, but I was a cash
customer looking to buy a car, and felt more like an unwanted nuisance than a customer. I spent my cash elsewhere.

The bad thing is, of the Jeeps I'm looking at, they have the one that I'm most interested in. However, if they can't respond to an email, then they obviously don't need my business. Plenty of other Jeeps & dealers out there!!

Tried to purchase this vehicle, but was emailed that it was sold. I received another email a couple of days later saying it was available again, but by the time I called back, it was sold again. Very frustrating. I then received another email, but this time it was blank. I responded to the email but got no response back. Thinking that it might be available again, I called and left messages for the internet sales manager but never got a return call. I finally called and just talked to a sales rep, and he finally confirmed that it was definity sold. It should not have been so hard to get a final answer. Derive your own assessment from my experience.

George is good salesman. I would've rated them 5 stars, but their first offer on
my trade-in was a joke! I laid it out as I wanted the deal, and we made it
happen!
Suggestion... Try being straight up the first time on an offer, and don't waste
your customer's time.

Confusing experience! Was looking at 2 Jeeps with them and one time I was
told 1 sold, next time told both were sold and then get updates from carguru

The dealer responds to questions quickly. Their location is clean, and their cars are well detailed (unlike some other dealers who don't even wash or vacuum their used vehicles before putting them on the lot?!). They insist on adding a $500 "documentation fee" to each vehicle, however. This strikes me as peculiar because the dealership does not file any paperwork that I know of, including any tax, title transfer, or registration fees. You must file that paperwork and pay those fees on your own at the DMV. Be aware of this "fee" when looking at cars. According to the dealer, this $500 applies at all Bob Howard locations, but I have not been to any other locations to confirm.

Not good, after a few days of email conversation, I was ready to leave to
go to dealership to get truck. They told me truck was sold for $2,200.
A couple of days later truck appeared again on car gurus and the price
was $5,000. How would you receive that if you were a customer?
