Angelina is awesome. From the time I showed interest online she was right there on the phone ready to answer any questions. She got me in for a test drive as quick as possible sat there after hours working on processing to make sure we left with our Acadia. I love the fact that she was very real and approachable and didn’t seem to want to push to make a quota. She seemed more genuinely interested in you getting the car you want. Very hard to find in a car salesman.

There was a fight in the dealership amongst the staff the day I took the test drive. The
second day, the original sales rep wasn't there so someone else did the sale. He gave
me every reason not to buy the car.
Got home and realized I didn't have a driver side floor mat and called my sales rep and
he told me that he could have sworn he saw it on the floor in the car while he was
helping me pair my phone (which was also a weird situation as well) as if I was lying
about having the mat. The mats were in the trunk. He didn't see ANY mats. I didn't
attempt to put the mats down until I got home. I have the passenger and the back mats
but no driver side.
The only positive about my visit is that the finance guy was really nice and quick.

The experience was good I spoke with Andrew he seem to be busy when I called but was reluctantto help me with all the information I needed. There weren't any pictures posted at the time and I want to confirm the color and if it was a manual trans. Andrew confirm all the information by looking in the computer and while not being satisfied placed me on a brief hold to look physically. When he returned he shared all of the information with me and informed me that the vehicle was in the process of being inspected that's was the reason for no pictures being available also that I would have to wait til the following week to come view and test drive the vehicle.

They agreed to sell me a truck for this price. Had me drive 79 miles to see it, then told me it was not there and that we could not buy it. Nothing but lies and a waste of our time. I would not recommend dealing with this dealer at all. Clear case of bait and switch. Filed complaints and no reply from the dealer. Bought our new truck at another dealer and we are happy to not have to ever deal with this one again.

Ok to deal with until time to settle and pay. Turns out they don’t like for people to pay cash so I had to wait two hours to fill out 10 minutes of paperwork. It wasn’t until I was in my car leaving the parking space and they all of a sudden could get me in right away. Never be afraid to walk away from a car dealership.
The most painful experience I've had. It took two days to purchase a car.
The first car had an accident, possibly small one but it wasn't pointed out
to me until the last minute. I should have looked at the carfax report in the
beginning. In the end I bought another car, better one and I am happy with
the purchase.
However, the experience was dreadful. From the wrong address being
entered in the system after making it clear that I don't live there anymore to
multiple credit score inquiries, after I specifically told them I only wanted to
work with Ally bank and didn't want my credit to be ran multiple times.
They tried to give me next to nothing on my trade. Of course they tried to
sell me gap insurance and additional warranty on my new purchase and it
was a painful process to reject those offers.
I would never buy or recommend Bob Bell to anyone ever. I will steer them
away from their extortionately sales practices.

I wanted to buy a 2015 Honda Civic LX on Presidents Day and used CarGurus to locate three to test drive at three different dealers. I contacted the dealers on Sunday and
got an immediate reply from Bob Bell. The car was in near-perfect shape. I knew from CarGurus that this vehicle had been on their lot for nearly four months and figured
they'd be very motivated to sell. The "internet price" was already more than $1,000 below the CarGurus "Instant Market Value" ... but I was still able to shave another $700 off.
The buying experience at Bob Bell was pretty seamless. There were two "I'll need to check with my manager" during negotiations, but ultimately they gave me a great deal.

I was very interested and motivated to trade me 2017 2500HD with less than 400 miles. I haven't registered it yet due to the winter roads. I have 100% proof of purchase ownership title in hand. They WOULD NOT process the deal because I hadn't registered it. I was told the only way theyed work with me was if I registered my truck having to pay upwards of 3,000$ then trade my truck for the same truck I have but a color I wanted. I then would have to pay ANOTHER 3,000$ to register the new truck. My point was why should I pay out several thousand dollars just to PROVE to blob bell that I LEGALLY OWNED my truck I wished to trade blob bell

Disappointed to make a 2hr drive with my kids after school just to find out that the white Sorento's bumper had a dent in it. Why someone would not mention to us before hand is beyond me, considering they just had the bumper fixed for scuffs/scratches before we came. No accidents per the carfax? Yet the salesperson later told us later after we inquired that the previous owner bumped it at a Walmart parking lot. Not forthcoming with the info. Also I was told to ask for a specific person when I got there and that person gave me to someone else that seemed unknowledgable. While the sales agent was nice enough, he was clueless about the vehicle. He couldn't tell me anything about the car other than what I read online. I had to pull the information from him. Ridiculous they didn't do their homework on a vehicle they are trying to sell and they knew 24 hrs in advance we were coming. He didn't show the car, explain any features, just had no clue especially when asked questions. The car has been on their lot for 60 days and they were not budging on the price. Although they did offer to pay for the damaged bumper that they didn't tell us about initially and also offered to detail the stains on the cloth seats, they were not willing to negotiate the price anymore. Also with extra fees and taxes it added an additional $1296 to the total. Maybe they would have negotiated the price a bit if they didn't offer to repair the bumper and detail the seats. The internet rep, Shelly was delightful, but the dealership experience was a fail and flat! Total waste of our time and we came with a certified check ready to purchase. And I see they just raised the price from $16,513 to $16,997 in the last 2 days.

Asked for a bottom line out the door price and they told me I would have to
come in. Not helpful at all. I live an hour away so I went elsewhere.
All was well, but there were a few issues. The car we purchased is beautiful. They sold us this 2016 vehicle with 4 musmatched tires, which is totally unacceptable. What is really disheartening is the fact that we called the sales manager and the general sales manager to discuss the issue, and almost a week later no return call. When you don't have the decency to return a call, you will not receive a return customer and I will let others know my experience. This is not how you gain a customer base of clients who will return.
On a positive note, the dealership was well maintained and clean and the staff were friendly. They allowed us a thorough test drive of the vehicle.

Couldn't be better! Contacted me right away by phone! We set it all up, and I sent them pictures of my trade via e-mail and got an accurate trade value before driving 2 1/2 hrs. to the dealership! Once there we were treated very well. Virgil was great! They even let me put it on a lift so I could personally examine the under carriage before buying! Awesome.

I had a bad experience there. I found the exact car I was looking for
but it had a very foul smell (like something had died in the car.) The
salesman was pushy and tried to get me to lock in a sale the same
day. We were brought to a different salesman had even higher
pressure sales tactics and ultimately caused us to walk out. Would
not recommend Bob Bell Chevrolet.

Drove over an hour to check out the vehicle. Actually purchased the vehicle but was forced to spend over 4 hours to complete the process and take the vehicle home. It was my fault that I forgot my title for the trade in vehicle on the first visit so I had to go back 2 days later. We had worked out some other touch up/cleaning items that I wanted done and they agreed to that. Drove back for 2nd visit after taking off work and other than maybe some vacuuming they did not accomplish what they had agreed to. On top of that I bring the vehicle home and they tell me floor mats do not come with the vehicle. The guys I dealt with were nice guys but it is a shame to feel so frustrated after making such a large purchase.
