Well I've been Receiving a lot of Automated & Not getting the Information that I'm Asking for Which was Simply if the Price on this Unit was Firm, Because I've Found other Unit Similar with Less Miles & Wondering Since the the Miles was higher if they Would come Down a Little on the Purchase the I Could make a Valid Decision, but Never Responded.

Experience was excellent. They responded in a timely manner.

The reason I did not buy this car it did not have gps every treated me well.

Sold the car I had been in contact with them about 20 minutes before I walked in. 5 days of waiting for the car to get to the dealership and they contacted me to tell me it's there and sold it to someone else 20 minutes later.

Asked several questions, spoke with Corey. He apparently doesn't like to waste his time with women but did speak with my husband. Didn't follow up with us when he said he would and gave no response when we told him we were no longer interested in the car. Definitely missed a sale as we bought a car the same day from another lot.

I reached out for additional information and heard back very quickly. The man I talked to was very kind, helpful, and gave great recommendations. Delightful experience!

Contacted to check on a car, really wasn't interested in car after conversation. He asked me about my car I was wanting to trade in. Which was a honda crv. He asked me to bring it in because he was interested in buying it. Got my car there and no longer interested in buying the next day. Just wanting to get me in to sell a car. Lost a future customer by doing so.

They were very helpful and fast to reply to my questions. Unfortunately the Tahoe sold before I had a chance to see it in person, but they were still wonderful to me!

This dealer is awesome. We contacted the dealer immediately and drove 88 miles from Tennessee the very day we saw the car on cargurus. We arrived 5 minutes before they closed, but every person necessary to the sale, including the general manager, stayed right there to handle our trade in and the car sale. We got to test drive the car with no pressure to buy it. Danny, Corey and Matt were all kind and helpful, despite it being 2 hours past their usual closing time. Around 7:30 pm we all realized we couldn't drive the car home due to a final inspection they needed to do (it had just come in a couple days earlier). Corey immediately solved the problem by offering to drive the car to us on Dec 31st (the busiest day of the year for their dealership)! In the meantime, Corey called us twice on December 30th to keep us updated on the final inspection and let us know all was well with the vehicle and the planned delivery. On the morning of the 31st, the car was delivered to us and our old car was driven the 88 miles back to the dealership. The entire transaction was smooth as Kentucky bourbon. Thanks to all of you for helping us bring this car home to Tennessee in such an efficient and friendly manner.

Amy was very responsive and super courteous & patient with my questions since I was out of state. We put a deposit down to hold but at the same time another salesperson was selling this car to another buyer. We should've acted more quickly. My opinion, this dealership was the most "real" of all that I've communicated with.

They got right back with me and answered all my questions.

The dealer was exceptionally prompt and thorough in both responding to my inquiry and in calling later to regretfully tell me the vehicle had just sold.

I hesitantly drove near 2 hours to see a 2010 328i BMW from Bluegrass Honds BMW. I was initially greeted by Joe inquiring about the car then he set me up with Todd who introduced himself and this beautiful machine to me. This was a very smooth transaction by wonderful staff who waited for me to arrive after their day was done !! Exceptional, and I mean exceptional work Todd and Joe not many impress me but you all made my search worth the wait and my daughter is absolutely stunned with her beautiful BMW. I hope to return soon for my new car and I know who I am looking for !!!

Only thing I asked them not to do was call me. They did, several times in about 45 minutes. Other than that it was good. I liked it where you could chat with someone.
