Contacted dealer online, no response. Called and asked for detailed pics and proof that title was clean, was told they would send info the next day. No response.

The car i went to look at didnt look like the car advertised. I might have been not sayin it wasnt but was the fartherest back you could get. Would have taken hours to get it out to drive it if it ran. Looked much rougher than pictures. And rep just said its back there. Didnt go with me to show it. Like he didnt think i would go there. Very sketchy

The visit was great, as expected because I've dealt with Martin before, he is wonderful, and takes very good care of his customers. There were a couple of setbacks on the car, but he fixed it right away, with no hesitations. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Very friendly, however the vehicle I went 2 1/2 hrs to see had new inspection sticker but brakes went to floor! No antifreeze in resivior tank either ( would explain the engine light issue) will not go back

Test drove a car there that had obvious major mechanical issues, told the salesman and of course was surprised to hear that but more so completely apathetic about selling a car for 12,000 in that condition

can't rate this the car is junk..all dash warning lights where on should have left it then but he said just replaced the battery lights would reset...car broke down a few days later...vw dealer said car should have not been but on road...cost me a 1000 to get light cut off..the rest don't no how much it will cost...only thing left to do is try to take them to Court ...after calling bbb see what thay say about it

Called as requested before going to the dealership. They said to come on down. I get all the way over their to find out that the vehicle is not even there, that it was in the muffler shop! Was told that I would be contacted on Monday to come test drive it, but never was. I work long hours all week and contacted them on Friday to check on it again. Was told it was ready and to come on down. Could not go down Friday afternoon due to work. Called Saturday morning, only to find out it was sold! Gave two stars, because they were friendly, but very disappointed with the overall customer service.

Saw a Nissan I was interested in listed for $6995 which was a good price for the vehicle but i saw a minor flaw in the pictures and wanted to find out what the flaw was about so i called the dealership. As I'm waiting to speak with someone I refreshed the page only to find they increased the price by $1000. When I mentioned that I was told the wrong price was listed first, they couldn't take anything else than $7995 because of the work that needed to be done to the car, and the only way they would honor the $6995 price is if I had a screenshot of the listing showing the first price. Needless to say they won't get another opportunity to earn my business after that!!!

It was very easy to deal with Blue Ridge. I live in Minnesota and found the van I like in Roanoke. Flew into Roanoke, test drove the van, took care of the paperwork, started to drive back to Minnesota in few hours. Everything worked out the way we planned... No surprises. Guys are very friendly at the dealership and easy to deal with.

Polite and helpful

I had called for two weeks. Everytime that I called the answer machine picked up then immediately I would get a text message I spoke with (a so called) Jason & also a Martin. Sounded to be same man. Promised & Promised to give me a call yet NEVER got that call. Yet the same car is available almost three weeks later. Just be careful and use wisdom just because I'm a female doesn't mean anything. My Father & Five Brothers taught me well NOT the average female yet don't mean LIE and be Disrespectful to your Customers!!!!

Cars were not in good condition as they were portrayed in the photos and description. Tears in leather seats, scratches all over the cars, dashboards scratched up, engine light on in the Dodge Dart gt. Horrible experience

Liars! I called the owner and spoke to him directly about the car. Told him I'd be coming 100 miles to see what appears to be an excellent car in the pictures. I asked if there were ANY disappointments I need to know about before I got there. I understand a 9 yr old car might have some issues, but I'd like to know about them. He said it was perfect! When I got there it had front end damage. The bumper wrap had popped away from the body on both sides and the front air damn was broken. Scratches on the paint, etc. But hey, can't change the stripes on a tiger. Used car salesman are what they are.

The cars on the lot are northern salt damaged and overprice for there condition. Buyer beware!

Caught the dealer in a lie about the car I was looking nice at. Not trustworthy. Cars may be decently priced but they're beat up parts missing, etc

Be very cautious of this dealer. Multiple problems with car were not disclosed until they were discovered on a test drive, then they tried to play them down, as they already knew of the problems but we're not going to tell us. Then they tell you you still have a factory waranty. 100,000 mile factory waranty does NOT cover second buyers. I pointed this out, and they STILL listed it in their description of car. Very shady dealer. You have been warned...

When I saw the car on the internet I notice that the car had been damage on the side of the car on back passenger side. I had to zoom in to see the damage because the angle of the car in the picture didn't give me a good view of the damage. They never did mention in the advertisement ad that the car was damage, I had to call and ask.
