The Staff was nice and for the most part helpful. I wasn't advised that the truck was only coming with one key before buying the truck and I wasn't happy that the price was on the website for 37k but ended up walking out paying 45k. I was also told that new breaks and tires where just put on but from the looks of it about 3/4 new. However the whole thing was very easy and painless. Scott did a good job in selling the truck and i do love the truck over all.

Took the car for a test drive onto the highway and as soon as I tapped the brakes car shook and I turned to the rep and he said we will fix that ,,,,Price of car not negotiable, conveyance fee not negotiable just pay the 1000 bucks, add was misleading as it led me to believe anti theft and anti accident were included in the price they were not ,,,, I told the rep that I had my car outside and would he like to give me a price for a trade in and he asked me if I had gotten any other quotes and I replied Yes I have and his reply was “ we will probably be lower “ meanwhile I had not told him any numbers and he had not even seen my car yet -btw he was right as this dealership offered me $3k less than my lowest offer to date — would u like me to continue or have you read enough ?

Jose has outstanding knowledge about cars. He was there from the beginning to end on every question I had a the car. I asked for a video and he went above and beyond proving it with excellent detail. He was there on the day we picked up the car , with full detail and extreme shine. The rest of the staff had excellent service. Will definitely recommend them to everyone to come and see what they have to offer. Flawless customer care .

Kevin is probably the calmest car salesman in CT. I brought my uncle to negotiate for me (because:
statistics), and was glad I did because they of course tried the old "oh we can't lower that price at all" when
they actually could and did lower it (doc fee that's above average, coverage I didn't need). But you'll get that
everywhere, and he was a lot cooler about negotiating than any other dealership i've been to. No rushing, no
bullying, just finding a reasonable middle-ground where they make some money and we save some money. I
respect that. Also very responsive via phone between the test drive and purchase day. And it was a really
good deal. Celine, their Finance Manager, was friendly, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. Explained each
document before I signed and answered all my questions. Really happy I chose this dealership, and will start
with them next time I'm looking to trade.

Scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance, drove 30 miles to have to wait another 20 minutes before sales person came out, told me he’d bring car around for test drive, another 10 minutes waiting in parking lot, finally he came out of showroom to tell me car was NOT there, manager took it, wouldn’t be back till later- complete waste of time, unfortunately poor experience with this same dealership at Waterbury location- poor salesmanship/ customer service- I bought 5+ cars from them over the past 20 years- this was my last attempt- sad how much quality of care goes down these days- terrible generation of work ethic- maybe I could have gotten a call before I wasted 2 + hours of driving for a early morning scheduled test drive-

They say the price is “competitive” so they don’t have to come down on the vehicle. Also they have options listed online and the vehicle doesn’t have them.

Lots of dealer add-on fees and left me sitting too long, while checking w/boss for lower offer price to come back with the same listed price. Then called days later, with same listed price. Inconsiderate of personal time.

I asked for the out the door price , he said he would send it to me and didn’t call me back or send me an email like he said he would. Didn’t call me back for two days , when he did he told me he needed more information for getting the out the door price which made no sense. I just needed the out the door price as if I’m paying cash you don’t need any information from me to get that. Terrible.

Great dealership. My only complaint was a $1,500 security feature added to the car and that would be added onto the advertised price. The feature was similar to lojack and was for 5 years.

Car was not available when I got there, despite still being listed on site. Salesperson was kind, but also didn’t realize the car was unavailable until another salesperson told him. On the way home, got an email from a separate salesperson saying they had confirmed the vehicle was available, asking when I wanted to come look at it. Obviously their communication in house is quite lacking.

Salesman was great people I dealt with prior to him misled me on condition of the car. They told me one little spot from a car door bump. This car had a nick, dent, scrape on a surface of every side of the car I multiple spots. The backseat had a percent car seat imprint that won’t be coming out ever.

In my initial message, I asked questions that were never answered. We weren’t going to make a long trip to see the car without the answers. Salutation was “Dear (Last Name),” in most of their automated correspondences. Just not super personal or helpful.
The price is not $14908. They add on another charge $700 for Dealer prep. They even had the nerve to tell me they advertised the price listed to get people to call. It’s dishonest!

We have no dealer prep fee's or any other hidden fee's. Every dealership has a doc fee, sales tax and registration. Every detail of our pricing is clearly laid out on our website for complete transparency.
Prices are only for there in house financing , they won’t give you the price listed even if it full amount cash.

Upon contacting the dealer I was told they don’t take deposits to hold vehicles via phone. I live 1.5hrs away from the dealership. I set up an apt to see the car on Saturday morning, drove 1.5hrs to find out they sold it and was never notified. It is what it is, but it’s very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Apologies don’t suffice. Thanks for nothing, but wasted time.

Test drove a car and immediately knew it was the
car I wanted. Tried to give them a $2000 deposit
multiple times to hold the car until we could get
the financing portion handled. They didnâÂÂt
accept
my deposit and told me to wait for the credit
check to come back. Never received a call back,
so I called them, and was told they sold the
vehicle to someone else last night. I tried multiple
times to give them a hefty deposit, and was
actively trying to purchase the vehicle. They
dragged me around for an entire week just to sell
it from underneath me. What a ridiculous
operation. I
would NOT recommend this dealership to
anyone. They basically told me too bad and it
wonâÂÂt happen again. TheyâÂÂre right it wonâÂÂt
happen
again because myself, or anyone else I can
spread the word to, will not be going there for any
kind of business.

Our overall experience was so much better than we expected. We worked with Alexis to purchase a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Alexis was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The car we purchased was in excellent shape and ready for purchase. We were able to secure financing easily and got a fair price for our trade-in.
I highly recommend Blasius Federal Road for used car purchases.

I drove two hours to see this truck. The truck was dirty and had more rust on the frame that I would have wxpected for a vehicle with the low mileage. I got up to examine the roof rack and found multiple deep rusted areas on the roof. One of the rust spots was completely through the metal and was big enough to put my finger through. I took the truck for a test drive and right from the start the transmission felt like it was overworked and slipping. After just a couple of blocks I turned around and brought the truck back to the dealership. When I got out of the turck it smelled like it had overheated. The sales staff I spoke with were friendly but did not seam to know much about the vehicle.

I purchased a used tuck from here, with the agreement that I would pick it up 4 days later. On that day I was told
the truck wasn't ready, and would be ready either the next day or the day after and they would be able to deliver
it. Two days came and went, and not a word from Blasius. I called the sales person and left a message, never
got a call back. I waited 4 more days with no word, called and left message with sales person. No response.
Left message with manager, no response. Went online to their website, and salesperson who is ghosting me
IM's me with out knowing it was me! Finally tells me they were waiting on a part to fix the truck. Could have
easily called and kept me updated, but chose not to. Fast forward two days, salesperson leaves me a message
that truck is ready, I can pick up the next day (supposed to be delivered). Another go round follows of calling
Blasius to try and speak to someone and getting the run around/no response from receptionists/managers'/sale

We take an upset customer very seriously so I did read through the text and chat correspondence after you left. There were 17 phone calls, and 19 text exchanges, four of them yesterday alone. Two stars only because they made an effort to contact me. Two Stars also because their ad had been up for weeks with not a single photo. Went directly to their website, no photos. To me, this tells me something may be wrong with the vehicle. No interior photos? Something may be not right with the interior. No front end photos? Something may be going on with the front end. Maybe just technical issues, who knows. But I'm not going into a blind sale not knowing what I'm getting.

The car was scratched and dirty. The volume knob was broken and jiggling. The salesperson told me, “what do you expect? It’s a 2018 car.” Terrible experience.
