Advertised vehicle for 10995. Gave us a price of 13704 when we actually tried to buy it. In the middle of filling out paperwork came and told us someone else had put down a deposit so we could no longer buy the car. Would not recommend.

Terrible communication. I was heading down there this past Monday to purchase vehicle from Brittany and was told it had already been sold. They didn't call or anything. However, it was pleasant dealing with them prior to supposedly driving down.

Their pricing ad is mislead .Their site shows real price only IF YOU USE THIER FINANCING. On car guru and other sites they show discounted price and never say you pay $1500 more for paying cash.

I’ll give them 2 stars, very deceptive pricing, if you are looking for a car here, after fees and everything you’re looking at something closer to 4000-6000 thousand dollars plus of the price they are advertising. But they do respond and are very polite and not too pushy.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. You are correct; we do not haggle. The $199 fee is for title and registration for OUT OF STATE, which we send to the DMV to obtain your tag. All prices are published and transparent on our website. Additionally, there is an incentive of $750 if you trade in a vehicle and another $750 incentive if you finance a used car. Not sure where you are getting $4-6k fees?? Please reach out to us for clarification.

Tried to take me through hell and back after I drove almost two hours. I asked did I need any documents prior to coming and was told that I only needed license and Insurance. I get there it was a different story. Told me one down payment amount then turned and told me 2,000 more. I don’t know they seem inconsistent, I got frustrated and went to shopping elsewhere because of the indecisiveness. Oh, they asked for tax return, I provided that cause I’m self employed and that was supposed to suffice cause they said the check stubs that I provided from my office staff was fake smh! All in all I own the company myself! I know I purchase a house from my tax returns and those same check stubs, I guess someone like me they didn’t think made the type money that I do. I mean the car wasn’t but $35,000 and to be taken through so much and I’ve purchased several cars from major dealerships and banks and didn’t have to provide any check stubs and all the hassle that they were taking me through.

I went in to the dealership specifically to view the 2020 Camry hybrid testrove the I went in to the dealership specifically to view the 2020 Camry hybrid test drove the car Looked at it reviewed it KBB alongside other vehicles of like Quality age and mileage Quality age in mileage the car was worth Quality age and mileage the car was worth about 25,000 so that's what I offered the dealers My sales person who is a nice guy went to his sales manager To submit the offer I made and the manager To submit the offer I made and the manager flatly turned it down said they would not budge 0.01 GBP off the price and then That was the final It so I So I left 1 across the street looked at another vehicle I was told by that dealer that that car's been sitting there for 18-20 days So Suffice to say it's Suffice to say it's over priced everybody that's looked at it thought it was over priced and as far as I'm concerned I wouldn't give napleton another minute of my time he sales manager Was rude.

Competitive pricing and a very easy staff to work with. Don’t go in thinking you can negotiate down a lot off the list price, but that’s because it’s already listed low. They had the exact car I wanted (Tesla Model S) and it was listed cheaper online than anywhere else I could find. Would work with them again.

The deal contact was prompt but the car i was after had already been sold; the ad was still up and is still up after more than a week. Spoke with Mary and she was very professional and offered other options so that was a good thing but I didn't want any of the options. Would still recommend them for the promptness and professionalism in dealing with potential customers. I just hope they get more prompt in taking down ads of cars already sold and/or use the sale in progress status.

They answer the phone promptly. Staff sounds professional and fairly competent. But two different reps (on the same day within an hour) gave me the same run around saying the vehicle I am interested in was available, then saying it isn’t. One saying it’s under contract, the other saying it sold. And then both trying to sell me on a different vehicle. Kicker is that the vehicle I’m interested in still has an active ad 2 weeks later. Even after I showed interest to both reps on only that one vehicle.

Poor Credit be aware, While it is said that All Credit Accepted does not mean it will be approved. If you've been denied in the past, this one will also say no as well. Use caution when reading their description. I applied because I thought they can assist those with poor credit, but that's not the case here. Please be careful.

My saleswoman, Kali Verzone, was extremely patient with my numerous calls, knowledgeable with all my questions, and went above and beyond personally going over the vehicle I purchased, taking and texting me photos of the smallest of imperfections on the Infinity. Kali kept me informed daily till the day I received the vehicle making sure I was happy. Although I live in Charleston, SC I will make future purchases from her. The finance person I texted with gave me an insultingly LOW price for my trade. I told them it was too low and they just stopped responding to me. I decided to use the appraisal feature on their website, and it gave me a $10,000 trade value. Then on the "create your own deal" prom on the website, the hypothetical paperwork still listed $4,000 less for my trade! The internet salesperson kept sending me generic emails & texts after I called them out on these discrepancies. She said, "disregard that message" instead of anything courteous, like I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal. Greedy and rude.

If you’re looking to purchase a used Tesla, please look elsewhere! I just purchased a 2017 Model X back in January 2021 and some of the ADVERTISED FEATURES WERE GONE DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE! I contacted the dealership but they placed the blame on Tesla. Tesla didn’t sell me my used car, this dealership did. The dealership should’ve done there “homework “ on the vehicle before they sold it to me! They should have VERIFIED THESE ADVERTISED OPTIONS with Tesla before they sold the vehicle to me!! I’m still waiting to get my tag as well smh! They failed to give me a temp tag stating that the tag place was closed!! They were STILL OPENED!! Don’t waste your time!

Initially a salesman contacted me and this was good because I really liked the truck. But when I asked for more information and photos, I live too far away to check it out personally, the salesman said he would but never did. I even recontacted him and asked again. Not only was the requested informaion never sent but he didn't even bother responding to me.

Apparently 90% of the staff has Covid. I wasn’t informed of that for almost a week although I called and text daily trying to buy the car for full price and with a lender pre-approved loan. Their online application has a glitch that prevented my information from ever going over until the last day when the finance manger called and talked to me in a less than professional manner. I was approved Through his lender at this time. But after the poor communication , poor customer service, and unprofessionalism. I took my business somewhere else.. I recommend you do the same.

I was very displeased with the misleading advertising this dealership put forward. The price listed on this car is only available if you finance the car through their dealership. There was no mention of this in the add with the exception of one sentence about special financing may be required buried in the middle of dealership information. I contacted CarGurus, the dealership, and spoke to 3 people this was never mentioned. I secured my own financing, down payment ( sold my wife's car) and drove 5 hours across 2-1/2 states to purchase this car. After test driving and sitting down to "do the paperwork" was the first time I was told I could only use the dealers financing. when I inquired as to why I could not use my own financing I was told the car was placed at a special Price so that they could finance through the dealership so the dealership would get a "kick back" this is a from the salesman.

Well, where do i begin. I set out to get this car, which was alright. Ill be honest the oil pressure for this car is all over the place at acceleration and deceleration, car idle is a bit rough, but has plenty of power. Charles smelley referred me to a more newer model, with less miles with a good deal, and hes been a real good guy. Anyone in the Birmingham area give Birmingham luxory motors a chance, they are legit, and want you to have a car with no problems! Best of luck.

Rude people, they didn’t care to help you find a car. I went there and they told me the car wasn’t there and that it was at a different location after they told me 2 times that the car was downtown, next morning drove across town for the same rude experience I had downtown I do not recommend this dealership

I spent many hours via email and phone discussing vehicle. I told them I wanted a clean vehicle 9/10 if not 10/10. I had an independent inspection set up and they sent it to a different location than I requested. This location told me the vehicle was good to go. I booked my airline ticket for the next day and flew down to purchase vehicle. Within 1 minute of seeing the vehicle I realized the sales rep had played me. The vehicle may have been mechanically sound, but I would rate it a 5/10. The interior looked like they taught preschool in it for 5 years. There was holes and gouges in the trim. Needless to say I wasted $1000 on a dishonest sales rep/dealership.

I could not have had a more positive experience buying a new-to-us car for our family! My husband and I saw this Subaru online, got an appointment, test drove the vehicle, and traded in a truck for a deal we could not pass up! We loved the entire process and the people we got to work with- Ali Morani and Murad Fazal, in particular, were great! I would definitely recommend doing your research before diving into a car purchase, but if you find all you need, they are the dealer to go with!

When speaking with the saleman about negotiation the price to pay cash for the car, pitch in her voice when to alto, and she stated we sale the best car around, paying cash for a car does not matter, they would make more finance. And its tax season it will sale. So my no taxs, cash having money move right along. Now 4 weeks later this car is still on your lot.

Wouldn’t take my car loan because of my bank. The dealer told me they only work with a few and banks. Money is money, and you lost a customer because of that.

I live in Tennessee and bought my car online hoping this was a reputable dealer, and they are not. Beware if you are buying online and think they will be honest with you. They did not tell me upfront that the car only comes with one key. So after I received the car I had to then go pay $300 for a second key. When the car arrived I noticed a bee-bee sized hole in the car door and the back tires needed to be replaced due to wear. They did send me a walk-around video of the car before I bought but it was too far away to notice these defects. And lastly, it took 32 days to get the title, so for 2 days I had to drive my car without being registered. When I sent an email stating my problem I got zero reply.

Occasionally, there are cars that arrive with maintenance dates due, and we perform an inspection and maintenance before we mark it for sale. If a customer really wants to see a car before we have a chance to do that, we will show it to them. Maintenance lights just indicate that the regular maintenance (oil change, etc.) is due.

Sometimes, it takes several days of transit before a car we purchased makes it to the lot. In the winter, weather usually causes further delay in transportation. Once the car has arrived, we inspect it, and only then post pictures. The dealer was responsive and sales staff was friendly. The 2017 Carollas I looked at there had a lot more stains and holes in the interiors than I saw at other places for the same money. I think the prices were a little to high for the quality of the vehicles being offered there.

Cars with stains and holes are generally not sold for retail; those are cars that were traded in by a customer, and get sent to an auction, unless a customer specifically requests to see them. He was very customer service oriented :) With the great condition of the car and the fantastic customer service, this purchase was a no brainer. This was best car buying experience of my life ! I had not heard of this dealership , but I’m so glad I found it! It’s not like the big dealerships around town that keep you there all day , or like the suspect used car dealerships that you know you’re getting ripped off the minute you stop my. Ali was great- immediately showed me the car fax, discussed the vehicle , copied my insurance card and handed me the keys. He said I could drive it to my mechanic or anywhere I needed to take it . And if I couldn’t be back by 5, to call and he’d wait on me ! It was below carfax and KBB value and low mileage . I came back in a couple hours, signed papers and out the door. It was a cash deal so I can’t speak as to how financing there would go. But I wasn’t pressured into buying extended warranty or anything. It was great! I’d go back again with no hesitation if I was looking for a good used car.

Salesman was not very friendly, not very helpful. Luckily, we found a car almost like this one, only with more options for less money. We're happy and I hope he has sold this car or will sell it.

It was very pleasant dealing with the people there; they understood my problem with the purchase which ended up not to be the right fit for me. Because of pressure of time, I could not wait for the alternative car to be ready and regrettably had to deal else where. Yes, a good place to do business.

Called ahead to have car cleaned and out front. When we got there, car was being cleaned but would be right back. 30 minutes later, car shows up filthy. Salesman runs down the lady who took car as not following instructions and difficult to deal with. Biggest complaint was car was advertised as having heated leather seats. We get there and seats were leather but not heated. Small to some but major deal breaker for the wife. Salesman offered apology but in more of an "oh well" manner instead of a sincere aplology. We drove 1 hour (1 way) just to get there. Definitely wasn't worth the drive.

I just purchased a vehicle here after LOTS of online shopping. Decided to go here because one of the salesmen named Jacob was so eager to help for an entire week even calling me late on a Saturday evening. Then when I went to the dealer I had not 1 but 3 salesmen who were so helpful in my decision on which car to buy and Jack stayed late and finished the process so I could drive my Lexus ES350 home. I hope I am as happy with the car as I am with the customer service. I would highly recommend this family run dealer.

Great Dealer. Zack, Jack & Stephen were Excellent and easy to work with. The Santa Fe had been thoroughly inspected by a Hyundai dealership, and was in immaculate condition. I highly recommend these guys!

The dealer (Stephen) contacted me promptly to inform me that the car had been actually sold. He also informed me that there would be another Maxima similar to the one I wanted posted in a few days and it was. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely do business with based on my initial encounter.....

I had to buy a car fast (~2 days) after my car was totaled in an accident. I was looking for a Hyundai Sonata SE and after searching at a few dealerships in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, Hyundai dealers and not, I couldn't find any reasonably priced Sonatas that weren't totally abused on the inside (My fiancé and I road trip a lot so I'm a stickler for interior conditions). At the end of my search I went to BLM and every car there was in great shape. There were about 5 or 6 Sonatas that I thought would good choices. I mean EVERY car they had there was in great shape! We talked with the sales people at BLM who were super nice and attentive, then we bought the car same day. We ended up financing the car with them and they offered finance packages competitive with USAA. At the end of the day they even noticed some scratches on the car we bought (I barely noticed) and offered to take them out for free! In short, it was the best car buying experience I've had in the Birmingham, Tuscaloosa area. Definitely check them out if they have a car you like.

Bought a 2009 Nissan Altima as is. Was told vehicle had been gone over or inspected prior to sale but two days after buying the vehicle the front brake pads squeaked and were worn out and the oil was black like it hadn't been chained. Had to pay for this service out my pocket. Dealer would not install new pads because they sold said as is. Not a good buying experience.

We bought this Rogue from Birmingham Motors on Aug 14. We have now had the car for 2 weeks and we are loving it! They made it so easy to purchase the car and Jack was great to work with!! We drove 5 hours to get there and pick up the car before their closing time. The only complaint, and believe me.. a minor one, was the car was not detailed as much as I would have preferred for it to be. Something I will do myself once the weather cools off a bit. All in all, it was a great deal and a great buying experience!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a great used car. We bought this vehicle for our family vehicle for now, and for a dependable ride for our daughter to have to take to college next year.
