I was communicating back and forth with the salesman, had agreed on price and did credit app and everything and they sold the car out from under me and didn't bother to let me know until the next day!

Bob Immediately returned my call. We discussed the vehicle price, and there was no negotiating their price. We settled on the terms and conditions. The vehicle was delivered by a transporter with a few imperfections. The vehicle was beautifully presented. Bob is a great salesman, I would highly recommend dealing with him! He is a true professional!
Overall experience was good.

The dealer sent me 3 polite automatic emails in response to my interest in their suv thanking me for my contact and telling me that if they could help in any way to let them know. The first two times I repeated my question about the vehicle but they never answered my question or gave me any information. Just auto response emails.

Fantastic experience. Very prompt, and knowledgeable sales agent. I travelled about 500 miles to pick up the vehicle, and was met at the airport with a smile and on time. Jeep was clean, as promised, came freshly serviced and with a full tank of gas. Would absolutely recommend Billingsley Hyundai to friends and family members, and will certainly seek them out once I am ready for another vehicle. A+, 5* experience.

VERY HELPFUL.! The car was everything they said it was. Great people to work with. Drove 575 miles to the dealership to make the purchase. Will purchase from them again if they have a vehicle I am looking for.
