Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families. Many years later, the Utter Families dedication to his parents principles has made Bill Utter Ford one of the most respected names in North Texas. Bill Utter Ford has always treated customers and employees as family. Many of the dealership employees have worked with the Utter family for decades, a direct reflection of the "family atmosphere" the Utters have fostered from the very beginning. What differs today from 1956? Ford's designs and technology have changed, but at heart, Bill Utter still remains the same as it was in 1956.

Adam takes a long time to respond. Wasted 3 hours round trip on 2 separate occasions. They do not even know if they have vehicles that they have listed on the site. They state they are willing to negotiate numbers however when you counter offer all they want to do is argue and defend their original numbers. Their pricing is firm and they are lying if they say they are willing to negotiate. Very enlightening.

The used car buying experience here has been absolutely amazing! Ask for Dakota, he’s been the
most helpful guy to buy a car from. Not like your typical salesman who’s pushy; he doesn’t pressure
you at all and lays out all your options. He's very responsive and helpful during the car buying process
and after! Not to mention after buying the car a month later, the car wasn’t turning on & he arranged
the car to get towed 30 mins back to the dealer( Thankfully just a dead battery). Him and his manager
have been the most amazing people! Highly recommend this used car dealership!

First I must say that the values of the dealership it’s self is a rare and fading breed. The younger generation probably can truly appreciate it. The price of the car plus tax. No BS fees and useless add-ons to jack ip the price of the vehicle. All of the staff that we came across in the used car department was friendly. Laid back not pushy and very accommodating. My salesman was Adam the Finance guy was Michael (Mike). Both guys were straight shooters. It made our car buying experience effortless. And just so you know I buy a new vehicle almost every 2 to 3 years. So when I say it pleasant effortless believe me.

The car had some issue but overall we liked the car. When we went to talk about the price and we were discussing about what problems we found in the car, the dealer behaved extremely badly. There was problem in power steering and were several leaks and he clearly denied all that saying we are not mechanic, he is and he knows the car has no leaks and no problems.
This dealership contacted me right away, in fact they contacted twice with two different people.
However, after thinking about it, the mileage is too high, and with track options on the car, I'm sure the car was tracked.
The dealer was helpful with all information I asked for...seems like a Good dealership.
I ended up buying the car. The sales guy, Phil, had done a follow up since he knew I was
looking at other cars. They gave me a very price for my trade and they sold me the CTS at a
very fair price as well. This was all over the phone before I went to the dealer. Once there,
Phil had the car ready for a test drive. My trade was as described so their offer didn't change.
Finance had the paperwork ready to go and I was in and out in 30min. Best car buying
experience ever and about the fifth time I have bought a car over the phone. I usually don't
buy an extended warranty but since the car is out of warranty, I bought one for the duration of
the loan at a very fair price. There was no pressure to buy add ons.

Mr. Adam Russell was our salesman. He responded to my inquiry immediately and went above and beyond by taking a live video of the Jeep. This made all the difference for us since we were 4 hours away from the dealership. We purchased the vehicle and were very satisfied with the whole process and all of the Bill Utter employees that helped us through the process.

We bought another expedition, it was a great experience from our salesperson (Cory) to the finance guy (Eddie)! I would definitely recommend this dealership!
The sales person, Phil, was quick to respond. It was after hours and he said would check the availability of the vehicle and let me know the next day. The car was exactly as described. The on-site experience was extremely positive. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Bill Utter Ford.

Only took pictures of one side of the truck. Didn’t show the broken mirror on the other side. Said it was in excellent condition and went through a full inspection. Test drove the truck and the transmission was slipping and the engine was missing on the top end. Then tried to make excuses. Would buy anything from them.

I eventually ended up buying from another dealer, Bill Utter Ford was very helpful in locating a vehicle that met my specifications.

Tom, the sales representative, made my car buying experience an enjoyable one. He went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied with my selection and that my financing was the best I could get. He is sincere, listens to you, and is very patient, never pushy. I had been to previous dealerships, and the representatives were cordial, polite, and all around good people. However, those reps were trying to make that "sale". Tom and Mike (in financing) remind you of good friends trying to help you pick out a vehicle that's right for you. It may sound corny, but they get 5 stars from me! Thanks for taking time to read this review.

even estimated the distance from my
home.
I found just the car I was looking for at
the price I was happy to pay and at a

was just the icing on the cake.
I traded my 15 year old pickup for a
much newer Escape 4x4 Hybrid and I
love it.
