Found out the truck had more recalls than a ford..lol..needless to say,after sending a email that I wasn't coming to get it. The salesman still called me as if he never got my message. I was at another lot buying a truck at the time..

It took them better then a week to get the paper work together. If you are going to be in the used car business , Before you put a car up forsale , please have your ducks in a row ! You haven’t made very me a very happy customer by making me cancel my trip to Spokane because the paper Work was not in order ! I’m hoping to pick up my Soltice on Saturday , November 18th ! So, in the future , before you put a car on the market , please make sure it’s cleared for sale !

Multiple conversations with this dealer. The Owner actually called me about the truck and advised that I not drive the distance to check it out as it was previously owned by a smoker and he knew I would not be interested. Excellent in my words.

Seemed responsive but then emailed after we had already left on the 1 1/2 hour drive to come over that the car had sold. From the on-line evidence, I'm pretty sure the car sold the day before and they were just hoping to sell us something else.

Ok thought prices outta line like buying old but paying new price. As I explained to him why would I buy a three year old Ford Escape for 20,981 with mileage of 29779 when I can buy a new one exact same model for for 3000 more with rebates and have three year warranty. Go figure no brainier.
