Took 6 months to find the perfect truck, went through everything and got pre-approved only to find out they sold it the week proliferation. Why was it still being advertised?

I' set up a meeting with the dealership, but had to cancel . My wife and I are going to set another meeting this Saturday coming up on March 29th to try to purchase a 2021 Tundra if it's still available. The salesman i talked to was very pleasant that I talked and when I called he was very professional. Good dealership!

Made them a offer on a truck said they were gonna contact me never did after about a weeks time. Wasn't a big deal I understand things happen so I contacted them we touched base talked about where I was at and everything I hadn't changed my mind on where I was at as far as price then the said they were gonna contact me again and I never heard anything so I went and Spent my money elsewhere. Disappointing if my offer was unacceptable at least call and tell me and we might have been able to work something out.

Got three quarters of the way there in a terrible rain storm and got a call saying they sold the car. if someone was looking at the car why didn't they call us before we left our house. As I said it was raining really bad and had to travel 60 miles to the dealership. We did have an appointment at 6.30pm and they called at 6.20pm to tell us it was sold. We are not very happy with them at all. we shouldn't even give them a star!

Called to speak with the dealer and filled out a credit app. Was approved to purchase a 2008 Ford Lariat. The dealer said that he would get back to me at the end of the day to speak about the terms of the deal. I waited until the end of the day and had not heard from them. I called the salesman back and he told me he had bad news for me...that his sales manager had taken a deposit on the very vehicle I had gotten financed for. He apologized but I pursued another avenue for another vehicle after this.
