This dealership might be good enough. Their cars seem fairly priced and in great condition, but they advertise a no hassle transparent price , then have window tinting and other fees added on to the price without negotiation. Our sales person gave a lot of inaccurate information in an attempt to make the sale. It felt like we were dealing with a car salesman. Everyone will understand what I mean by that comment. We would rather have dealt with another salesperson, but he was the one who initially approached us when looking. He was courteous, just high-pressure, telling us about the “four other buyers” that are looking at this car and then giving details that are inaccurate assuming we know nothing about electric cars. He also under-offered for the trade-in by thousands of dollars. Not going back to him again, for sure!

We ended up not buying this car, but it was not their fault. They have another car that we were interested in that had been at another Bill Luke a week earlier. Somehow in that short amount of time, the price was increased by $6800 dollars!! We told them that made no sense at all, and if they could be reasonable and sell us the car for the original, correct price, we would buy it on the spot!! Bill Luke Santan, IF YOU ARE LISTENING!! That offer still stands!! We are READY TO BUY TODAY!! Lets make a deal!!!

Found a Jeep Gladiator and price advertised was the price we paid - they were very honest, transparent and we had an awesome experience. They even have a 48 hour guarantee! If we didn't like the vehicle after 48 hours of driving it, we could return it no questions asked. We are very satisfies with this Jeep and it runs excellent! We will definitely be back to purchase from this dealer again.

Spoke with the dealer several times and made an appointment to come see the vehicle. It was 70 miles one way to the dealership which I told th whenaki g he appointment. When I arrived, not only was the agent I was scheduled to meet not there but they had no idea what car I was there to see. I was walked through the parking lot on 110 degree heat to the vehicle which had a dead battery and had not been cleaned inside or out. They were not able to change or charge the battery for a few days and I was asked to return on a couple days which I refused. Worst experience ever at a dealership and I will not return or deal with them.

They have a scam they use detailed below: They will come to you with an extremely insulting offer for your trade- in ($5000 below lowest KBB in my case). When you reject the offer, they will try to convince you that because they are giving you a certain amount of money for your trade that you are saving a certain amount in taxes and they will add that imaginary number to your trade and tell you "see, you're really getting this amount for your trade." Which is obviously dishonest and BS. Then they ask what you want for your trade, and they will go back and forth and come back with the amount you want however you will learn later when signing the bill of sale, all they did was print the same tax savings scam you rejected verbally. Then when you try to find them, you are told they went home for the day and your car and keys can't be found. If you read the one-star reviews on DealerRatings.com you will see this same scam repeated over and over.

Would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. My fiancé and I just bought a vehicle from here and they did not value our time at all. Salesmans Eric and Ramone kept us waiting around multiple times even with appointments scheduled and confirmed. Biggest complaint is the salesman Eric and us agreed to 2 stipulations on the vehicle getting fixed upon going through with the sale, Eric assured us he let his manager know our demands and they would be met. When we came back the following day to take ownership of the vehicle and give the down payment they did not follow through with their obligation. Knowing we needed a car, they took advantage of the situation and did not stay true to their word. Shady dealership

The dealership although impressive on its face felt sterile. The salesman was good but not very knowledgeable about the truck he was selling. I don’t really blame him for this. The dealership handled many different makes and models. They seemed to be a high volume used car dealership whose main objective was to move vehicles. There really is no need to develop a relationship with the customers. More like a get in, sign, and next! They do boast that they can complete the deal in 45 mins. It took 2.5 hours. Still less than other dealerships I’ve worked with but they shouldn’t promise what they can’t deliver. When I told this to the Finance guy he said it’s always longer with a trade. I don’t buy that excuse. They claim they put tints on all vehicles. Then when you buy a price of $399 is added to the car. Not cool. My trade was tinted and they are still adding that price to their selling price. Wow! I would not work with them again. I will only go to a Ford Dealer.

Terrible trade in offer and offensive on accusing me it had been wrecked and it hadn’t. Offered $4000 lower than anyone else. The sales manager caught wind and tried to make it right. While spending time with him, they sold the car from underneath me that we had gone there to buy. I gave them 3,stars only because of the sales manager, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Communication was good, they got back to me quickly enough. Too many little fees not included in the final price of the vehicle which pushes the final price up. Things like tint fee; why are you charging tint fee (I doubt they even tinted most of those used cars. Most come with factory or already tinted). Then $699 document fee. CRAZY!!. The worst part was the sales guy I worked with lied straight to my face about some issue with noise on the car. He claimed he drove it and there was barely any sound. He claims the sound that comes on sometimes is because their mechanics used an after market part for a part and sent me a document to sign to that effect. Then I receive the car, I get and took a drive. The car sounded like a freaking freight train. There was so much noise coming from underneath near the front. The same car he claimed there was barely any sound and it only happens sometimes. Then I take it to my Mercedes mechanic and he said it was a bad air strut (aprox $2500 to fix).

Thought I found exactly what I wanted in the ad. I talked to a sales person, double checked to make sure it had the features I wanted as listed, and drove an hour and a half to see the vehicle. It wasn’t as described. It did not have a sunroof or heated seats. I know this isn’t something that’s as important for a vehicle, but there are bells and whistles. I want this time and have no reason to not get. Just disappointed in the communication prior to traveling out there.

Their online payment tool is a joke. It said my payment would be $60 a month lower than what the sales rep quoted. I put my exact credit score in (740) then got a call the deal looked good! After a bunch of back and forth, I was told both my payment and down would be significantly higher. I found a better deal at a closer dealer and was able to get the deal Santana’s website offered. I thought the ol days of car buying shenanigans were gone, but they’re alive and kicking at San Tan. I’d avoid them if I was you.

The Ford Transit that I bought from them has mechanical problems. I let them know that it is in a Ford agency and that it is being repaired. They told me that they would take care of this problem and no one has contacted me. That's not right for them to sell a car. I hope someone contacts me to resolve this issue.It is a 2023 Ford transit

I have bought many cars in the past 30 years, never have I ever had such a bad experience as I did with this dealer. I agreed with the price with NO discount asked. Even though there were NO haggling regarding the price I was bombarded with calls and text, first the on line sales manager would ask me a question which I would answer, then the same question would be asked by another sales man and then they would text me numerous time regarding what was agreed. Ian example was my credit application which was filled perfectly by myself and I was approved and was given a interest rate that I agreed with. Then they asked for a deposit to keep the car which was charged to my credit card. When invoice was issued and signed by me, financing term was agreed upon the manager calls and said they need 45 minutes to go over everything we had spent 2 weeks to gather. I had bought my house easier than what they put me thru. I would not buy from them.

Emailed and no response even when I sent my Vin number 1for grade in value and internet person never replied back ever and $25,000 Ranger had Hail damage after pictures were photos hoped and had to read notes it had upper hail damage and low milage but owner probably got insurance to pay and then traded in to dealer and sold new truck and trying to make alot on a truck with damage and cost to replace and paint and body work of $13,000 to replace all parts and labor and paint. Zoom in and see all of the diverse fro. Hail damage hood top bed rails and top of all doors all over the place. Never called back only email they still had it but never give me my trade in price

I purchased this vehicle from out of state. The internet sales team was great. Responsive, communicative, professional, efficient and friendly. Lots of photos and videos sent. Paperwork emailed back and forth. Then the vehicle was shipped to me very quickly. Received the vehicle and it was exactly as described. Honestly, it was one of the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. I just bought a new truck a couple months ago, in person. I was in the dealership all day for that purchase. This was so much easier. I highly recommend these guys.

Overall, dealer was quick, honest (which is very rare), and no nonsense. No hyper inflated useless dealer markups, no excessive doc fees. Just $399 for window tint, which I think is reasonable and a $599 doc fee. I wish people would just stop sending their business to those dealers that charge $3000 for useless add ons like paint protection and nitrogen in tires. Shop here instead! Only reason I didn't buy a car right away is that I found the used EV I was looking at don't qualify for a tax credit. It needed to be a model year 2021 or older. However, I will keep looking a Bill Luke for the car I do need.

The vehicle was missing a couple of options so I did not buy. If something comes up at this dealership before I find something else I will certainly be back based entirely with my experience with Scott.

Love the car, not impressed by the dealership at all and would recommend against dealing with them. They posted a price online that they had absolutely no plan to honor, even though I had the ad in front of me. The only way they’d accept the price is by doing a loan through them at too high of an interest rate (I was paying cash). They also added over- priced, poor quality tint to the price of the car. I spoke with the GM and was basically told that it was too bad, that’s the way they do things. I STRONGLY dislike dishonest businesses like this one! They also claimed to have lost my drivers license and then magically found it on the ground after I agreed to buy the car. If you like playing BS games, then it won’t bother you. If not, buy somewhere else. Also, the car was dirty when I picked it up and the gas tank was empty. All around poor experience in buying a car!

Not respond timely. When I was asking for a detailed otd price, they added some unnecessary fee and the title fee and doc fee are also abnormally high. When I ask if we can take out the fees I don't need and bargiain about the price, they refused me arrogantly. So if you want to buy a car with a price obviously higher than its market price and bad communication experience, this dealer might be a proper choice.

Our recent experience with Bill Luke Santan was completely positive! Communication was excellent. Everyone we dealt with, from Jessie in sales, to the very nice young man who's name I can't remember, and everyone we dealt with on the phone, Jenny for one, and the young men from the service dept. I would go back to any Bill Luke Dealership in a heartbeat. The Santan dealership is no exception. Their online sales department was responsive without being aggressive. On site, Tim took time to answer my questions. I appreciated his no pressure attitude. I would send my daughter to buy a car from him!

Eli was outstanding to work with. All I asked for was a fair value for my trade-in and a small adjustment on their price (which was pretty fair to begin with) and we had a deal in 15 min. No games and were transparent with everything. I found a small dent in the hood a day after I took the car home and they scheduled a repair at no charge a few days later. I’d do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Bill Luke was quick to respond. The lady that called me was not overly aggressive. The thing I did not like was they had a price online, but then explained that it was a couple thousand more if I didn't not go with their financing which would have been not the better option for me. They tried to tell me that I had to make 4 payments to their lender and then I could refinance with my own lender for a much better rate.

Extremely Poor. Bill Luke has listed this unit at multiple Dealership Locations. Neither location could show the vehicle upon my visit. My first visit was a scheduled appointment. Then vehicle was moved to the Santan location which I visited twice and personnel said vehicle was in reconditioning and unavailable. Clearly seems like a scam to me Will not do business with Bill Luke, they were a complete waste of my time

I was contacted by a couple different sales people. The vehicle I was looking at had been in inventory for more than 60 days. I asked for their best price. The sales person gave me a price that was more than what the website showed. When I questioned him about it, he said that he wasn’t aware of the price reduction. I’m going to call BS on that tactic and I probably won’t be buying a car from Bill Luke Santan.

Too many emails back and forth. Finally I submitted a application, plus credit, they said they were unable to secure a loan, even though no reason was given. I only had a low down payment, I believe that was one of the main reasons, these dealers they want a high down payment.

Well let’s start with the company motto. “We’re a volume dealer we inspect all our vehicles and certified so you don’t have to spend money to get the vehicle up to current diving standards. The car shakes. You wont address the tire issue which is likely the cause of the shaking. You didn’t even have the car ready when we make an appointment. You are basically a trying. To sell me a bunch of words with no action behind it

I don't understand why they advertise a vehicle before its ready to be sold. They keep telling me it's off-site going through their inspection process. Shouldn't list a vehicle until the costumer can actually see the vehicle and test drive.

My husband stopped in to see the jeep and spoke to a salesman by the name of Matthew Bennett. My hubs liked the jeep but when they sat down to talk numbers, Mr. Bennett kept pushing financing down his throat. Said all we have to do is make 4 payments and then pay it off, would be cheaper than paying cash. HUH???? So my husband said we were strictly cash buyers and we didn't want to mess with financing. So then Mr Bennett jacked the price up to almost $9000 for this vehicle. In other words either we were going to pay more for the jeep in order to NOT finance or we were going to finance in a top loaded high interest rate loan make 4 payments that would end up being all interest and then at payoff end up owing as much as we did at the time we purchased the vehicle or who knows even more! Not to mention the hit to our credit...WOW, what a great deal for us? NOT! We won't be doing business with these folks ever!

Drove over to Bill Luke Santan in Gilbert, AZ to work out a deal, to no avail. Not only was the vehicle “in the shop” for refurbishment, my budget for the car was never met nor was any follow-up made to complete the deal—I even tried to contact the General Manager who never responded.

Per text between you and the representative you dealt with, we offered you to leave a deposit to mark the vehicle sold as you were coming from out of town the following day. You declined and stated " If you require $1,500 I will take my chances, I will ask in the morning and if it is sold it wasn't meant to be". It is our policy not to mark a vehicle sold without a deposit.

They were very good to work with, just wish they didn’t do add ons that I didn’t want like life time window tent that added about 4-5 hundred dollars to the sales price, plus you had to use their financing to get the internet price. Otherwise their I liked the dealership, they were quick to respond to my questions. Car was sold about 1 hr before I was going to buy it.

Their internet team was very responsive, always received some communication within 15-20 minutes. When I went to test drive, the vehicle was pulled up front and I received VIP treatment. Everyone was attentive, knowledgeable, and very comfortable. I appreciated that there wasn’t a hard sell or trying to push extras that I didn’t need. Plan on a few hours to get through the finance process, but great experience overall.

HORRIFIC. Spent 5 days finalizing all paper and got loan approval. Had the vehicle all set and ready to go except they wanted one paper from my work. We agreed I would get that paper to them the next day. I sent them my proof of employment as agreed, then they said the vehicle I had was no long there and they tried to push me into another one. Magically the vehicle I agreed upon with them, and had the loan approved for was gone and they tried to sell me a different vehicle . Horrific people, very unprofessional.

Their discount is only if you finance with them. This means you are actually paying more fornthe car with overall finance charged. I wanted to pay in full up front. Reply from them was a flat out no when I asked if I could have the discounted rate. They lost a sale and future business.

Plain and simple it was horrible. I contacted Autumn Erickson and she sent me the credit application and I filled it out. She told me I was approved so I thought “well the car is mine.” I didn’t hear from her for several hours and the. She sends me a text saying sorry the car was sold you didn’t give a security deposit. She never mentioned anything about a “security deposit.” So she ran my credit for anything so my credit score is going to take a 5-10 point hit and it will be there for 2 years. I then call a sales manager Joey Graves and tell him my complaint. He tells me my credit was ran “internally” so it won’t affect my credit score. I guess they have an “internal credit company” at Bil Luke Santan. So he promises and guarantees me I’m not taking a hit but I had already received an alert that my credit was ran. So Mr Graves flat out lied to me or he doesn’t know what he’s talking about . After I was “approved” the car sold two hours later. So my app just sat there while ms. Ericks

Prompt and vague replies. Then learned of add on fees that raise listed fair price by $2000 for tinting + docs etc., and statement that it is standard in industry. Not in my experience and this is an unfair way to be under priced in listing but over priced in reality.

Everyone was pleasant but I had told them ahead of time if I bought the car it had to be fully charged for me to take it and it was not. They were a bit ignorant about electric cars. I am happy with the vehicle but in this age of COVID it would have been nice if they had listened to me and not made me wait for the car to charge.

I was greeted at the door and test drove a truck right away. The next day I asked if he could look for the same truck but in black from his inventory. He found this vehicle and I purchased it over the phone. The truck was delivered to my home that afternoon!

BUYERS BEEARE!!!!! I attempted to buy a car and was contacted by a salesman named Kelvin. He was only worried about getting his sale, he ignored questions I had for him and when he sent me an invoice for the car it was $1000.00 more than the advertised price on 3 different websites. I asked to work with another salesman and someone else contacted me from Kelvins number and email but pretended to be someone else. I took it as a clear sign I was NOT supposed to give them my business. Ended up purchasing the same make/model from Some where else and my experience from the get go has been a breeze!

Quick response to initial request - but a few things made me extremely cautious of using this dealer. #1 Got a message that there was a price reduction of $1,000.00 - turned out to be not true - price is always reduced by that amount if you use in-house refinancing which is higher than your typical credit union. #2 There is an additional add on charge of over $300.00 for window tint that is done to all vechicals - customer has no choice - - - small things but they do not add confidence to using this dealership.

very helpful sales help Eager to give final OTD pricing delivery fees are competitive at $399 for AZ to NV (athough sales person tried to clame higher price when informed of price on site, sales person stated she didn't know.) no 7 Day guarantee for delivery. no infostructure set yet for out of state test drive and / or buy and test period.

I could not even test drive this vehicle because the owner of the place was driving it. I had made an appt to test drive the vehicle a week previous to the day. I was told he owns the place so he can drive what he wants...won't be buying that car. I test drove another car I was pretty excited about it, but it took an hour just to be able to test drive it. I got passed off to another dealer, who was clearly unexcited to be helping. Just felt unimportant here, otherwise, I probably would be buying the other car.

Deceptive pricing is how they work. If you are paying cash for the used vehicle, you pay $1000 more. They do not mention this in their advertising. And, they required you to pay $359 for tinting on a vehicle that already has tinted windows. This is creepy and unethical.

First of all i was very disenchanted with the online sales force and the experience. i was contacted promptly. The response was stale and measured. I understand that the dealership wants to make money from the sale of their vehicle but being pushed and prodded to Finance the vehicle through the dealership was not my intention or the final outcome. I do want to commend 2 people Rob and Kelvin for their help and understanding of the process to follow. We paid for the vehicle with our own funds and then found out that it had a leak and was not ready for delivery. After waiting for 6 days for the repair to be completed the vehicle was delivered with only 1 Key fob and No key for the locking lug nut on the spare tire. i have been buying and selling vehicles for 50 + years and have always been provided at least 2 keys for the vehicle and unlocking key for locking lugs if attached. At this point the dealership gets a 1 star for satisfaction and service

The pricing was great for the XT5 that we purchased. Vehicle was in excellent condition prepped for us when we arrived. The sales woman Kesha provided us true VIP treatment. Dealer was "ok" to deal with. Questions regarding the vehicle either came after asking more than one or not at all. Extra charge on the vehicle was never explained. Mixed information received a few times. If you're an out of state buyer like I was read everything thoroughly & ask a lot of questions.

Drove 30miles to get to the dealership, the salesman told me they dont do any shady. So we proceeded, only in the end for him to add $1,000 on top, plus another $399 for the windows being tinted. What a waste of time and gas.

Let me share my 13 minute experience with you..I informed these guys I had subprime credit, with a $3,000, down payment, and guaranteed income of $3,000 a month income, and only my cell phone bill of $50 a month, as well as car insurance for my Lexus at $200 a month. This was on a Sunday, and the sales person, who was a person who looks at the glass being half full as opposed to half empty, was making comments of (not sure, very difficult) you get the idea, and he tells me 10mins later I was denied. Then 16 min after I left of which they closed he tells me he has my license.. This environment is the opposite of laws of attraction. There Finance dept has no experience with subprime credit, thus why no relationships. The next day. I ended up spending the night on the site, because I live in Scottsdale, and with no license, I wanted to make sure I got it right away. So that is my experience

This dealer did not reply as promised. They had me send all of my personal information and told me they would respond within a day. 3 days later I had to call the sales manager. They then offered me a deal which was way outside of what I know I was qualified for. The paperwork included inflated numbers that they wanted me to make up in an with an over inflated down payment. ABSOLUTELY will never buy from or recommend anyone to this dealership. Huge waste of time. Ended up purchasing from a dealership that actually wanted my business

Overall good experience. The service was somewhat slow, we waited around to see the car until they pulled it up. I had communicated by email several times when we would be there to see the car. The car was dirty and there was a large hole drilled in the rear passenger side frame they were unaware of. We felt as though they had not thoroughly looked at the car as there were other things we pointed out as having issues.

Only got one set of keys for vehicle. Felt I should have gotten two sets. Told their fine fine says two sets aren’t guaranteed. Also had to make a second 100 mile trip to get old license plate from my trade. Was told it would be taken off and put in the new vehicle and it wasn’t. Told Cargurus price is a financed price and shown fine print on their website proves it. No one likes to have businesses lure you in and then find the deal isn’t the same because of fine print. Wouldn’t buy there again.

This was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I cant say enough how I was treated from the moment I entered the dealership till I drove off the lot in my 6016 Kia Soul. I didn't know they only sold used cars at this dealership. Every vehicle was like new. When I entered the showroom I was greated by my salesperson, Abdul. He told me the car I called about was waiting outside. After looking the car over I went for a test drive. I was hooked . We sat down, went over numbers and when he came back with numbers I could live with we made the deal. I have one thing I must say about the finance department. I never ever signed the top of a desk to complete paperwork. It was amazing., I've had the car a week now and everyone thinks it a new car. Again, if your looking to sell your car outright, trade it in, finance it or pay cash , you owe your self a visit to BILL LUKE AT SAN TAN, VAL VISTA AND THE 202. Ask for Abdul, you won't be disapointed.

As usual promised one thing to get you in and not even coming close to what was discussed. They gave us a price over the phone after running our credit. Based on that information they told us they could get us to the price we needed. Told them would not bother coming down if they couldn’t. Once again insisted we were good. Vehicle was in great condition but that was it. Monthly payment did not come close to what we needed. The interest rate of 8.9-9 percent was ridiculous with a 780 credit Score. They told us the math would not work! We then the next day went to A different dealer since they also told us they could work the deal. They kept their word, got a slightly better vehicle for less money and the math work so perfectly that I sent Bill Luke a copy of the bill of sale.!!’n

Great member service and I did not had to worry about no hidden fees. Extremely easy individuals to work with, friendly and made sure my experience was not overwhelming since I was from out of town. Def. will recommend.

Great experience, did not hesitate to give me an out the door price over the phone, down to the last penny. We really appreciated this as the car is for my mom and her health would not allow her to spend the day visiting several dealerships just to find the best price on a car. Thank you.

My visit to Bill Luke Santan was characterized by mistrust which seemed to go both ways. Although I was able to acquire the car at a fair price, the purchasing experience was negative. They initially offered me $9,900 for my trade in for which another dealer had offered me $17,500. We ultimately settled on $15,200 but I was disappointed that they had opened negotiations with a value significantly below Kelly Blue Book values.

Very professional, helpful and pleasant over several phone calls and emails, but, when I was ready to purchase the vehicle I tried to contact them and they did not return my calls or email. I left a voicemail message with rep and also the operator took a message requesting call back. I purchased a vehicle at another dealership.

I was contacted but was given the run around on the vehicle. Even told I could come and see the vehicle but it was not ready to be test driven... I reached out to the dealership several times but ultimately lost interest as it has been 2 weeks and have not received any of my email requests, or phone call.
