All in all the buying process was good. The length of time to complete the purchase was too long. The initial trade-in offer way too low but trpical. The personnel that I delt with were very nice.

They tell me "no haggle" pricing, yet keep dropping the price of the car...Multiple people kept bugging me so I said please don't reach out unless it's a price drop, and they didn't reach out when the price dropped. Weird they won't negotiate a deal with an all cash buyer, but will continue to drop the online price. Why is it so difficult to buy a car nowadays? Sales people just don't care to sell anymore.

For credit card purchases, we apply a 3% surcharge to cover processing costs — but this doesn’t apply to cash or debit transactions and never exceeds what we’re charged as a dealership. Made appointment to drive car. Appointment was confirmed by sales manager as well as a sales person. When I arrived they could not locate car. It had been removed to service and was not available. Drove 2 hours to see and drive the car. No excuse for this very poor sales experience.....suggest all others go elsewhere. They aren't interested in being honest.

Quick response but they wanted to add on $1000 in junk fees on a $11995 car. I guess most dealers do this kind of thing but don't put "no hidden fees" and then turn around and hidden fees!

I will NEVER work with them again. They sold us the car ... but it took hours of waiting ... then 1 month after signing all the papers and driving the car, they tell us the bank changed their mind ... had to return the car ... and didn't do much of anything to help us find a suitable substitute. Instead, they made us fit into their schedule and re-ran our credit resulting in over a dozen hard pulls between the original and new, making it so that our credit union couldn't help us. They messed up, taking too long to send instead documentation and we paid the price. Horrible experience all around!

I would not recommend trading in your vehicle with Bill Luke. I was offered $4,000, then they upped it to $6,000 that I accepted. My vehicle was put up for sale on their lot for $11,995 the next day. The vehicle purchasing part was average with unnecessary add-ons (GPS tracking, Tire protection) included with little explanation. Could have saved $750 if I had thought about it more :(

Wednesday afternoon before thanksgiving we received an email and a call saying the car we wanted was still there. They were closed on Thursday and Friday at 9 in the morning, when we got there, the car was suddenly sold. The second car we were interested in ended up having a branded title and we were never told until we got there. Not impressed with how they try to do business.

They did not honor the pron cargurus.com. They tagged an extra $1500 unless I financed through them at a % higher. They added a $399 window tint warranty that I didn't want to purchase. If I have to buy it.... it should be included in the price of sale! Not as a mandatory service I do not need, & most importantly DID NOT Want! I didn't purchase, not happy with them.

Internet sales person, she is terrible and dishonest. Drive to test drive the car from California. The car AC was not working in the 110F test drive the car without AC, the problem was not listed upfront and repair was not done since she know that I am coming for a test drive on a weekend. The EV e Golf battery was charge at 31% only. So much poliness on the phone but I guess actions speak louder then words. I am speechless...hopefully she learns how to be a bit more honest upfront next time with future customers. Other sales people are nice at the dealer.

Dealer had many people contacting me about sales but the main sales person I spoke with never provided answers about vehicle. I still have not received answers from anyone at that dealership and will be looking elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.

The car, a 2021 VW iD4, had an open safety recall on it. I told the dealer I would be interested in the car if they took it to the VW service center and had the recall taken care of.They were unwilling to have the safety recall taken care of, so I didn't buy the car.
