HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was ready to purchase the vehicle, dealer asked me to not come in on Monday but instead on Tuesday with an appointment at 6:00 p.m. I showed up right at that time, my salesman had been assigned to someone else, wasn't available to truly work with me until at least 6:20. I was paying cash for the vehicle so just needed to sign paperwork and pay them. Was told I'd have to wait for financing as there were numerous deals ahead of me, many I'm sure without appointments, at 7:00 was told I'd be meeting with finance by 7:20. At 7:45 was still waiting for finance, told my salesman if I didn't see finance within 1 minute I was leaving, finance then came out and was rude to me at which time I left dealership and had to wait 1.5 hours for my wife to come and pick me up from my home because I had no ride home from having not purchased the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I'm 51, have bought numerous vehicles in the past and I've never been treated so poorly.

I called them about a car I was interested in. They were very friendly and helpful. They had to check to see availability for me and called back shortly to say the car wasn't for sale. That something was wrong with it and it wasn't a good car. Very honest with me and very helpful.

I like dealing with Bill Colwell Ford,sad to say they didn't have the exact used vehicle that I was looking for . I think when my wife and I are ready to buy are next vehicle we will wait until bill Caldwell Ford or Rydell chevrolet has the vehicle we are looking for instead of wasting our time and dealing with the headaches we had at birdchevrolet

Called the dealership and spoke to a salesman. Discussed the vehicles equipment, options and price. Made an offer over the phone. Was called back the next day with a counter offer. After a little more negotiating we settled on a price. They took care of all the financing and paper work. This was all done in a timely manner. I flew up from Louisiana, signed the paper work and was on my way back home. More than satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and the service from this dealership.

I found the whole sales experience very pleasant with all of the Kind folks I encountered at Bill Colwell Ford. Visiting them in Hudson, IA was worth the 2+ hour drive I made to see the vehicle, I will defiantly recommend them to my family and friends.
