the price by $5,500. Asked multiple times if
they would honor the earlier price and they
responded completely ignoring my question.

And your deal are great but, one thing is I don’t live in the Dallas area and I can’t use your promotions for your local buyers.

They responded, but hardly followed up. One or 2 of the
reps did contact me. But didn't offer much help. I viewed
many cars, requested information from lots of dealers. I
did not keep up with all of the dealers I contacted, or
simply do not remember.

Inquired about a vehicle and on my initial inquiry I informed them that the vehicle was overpriced by roughly $5k. In their response I was given all the information minus an indication as to why the markup. I also informed them that I was preapproved through my credit union. I was asked if I would allow them to secure financing as if they secure financing they would cover my tax, tag, and title fees. So that immediately turned me off and I ceased communications with this dealer. They can sale their overpriced vehicles to someone else. Even cargurus marked it as a high price.

Everyone at Bill Black was great, from the salesman to the finance department. They stayed late to accommodate us coming in from out of town and were patient, easygoing, and were able to work an excellent deal. I highly recommend them and will be back if I ever need another car!

Everyone was very helpful. We were able to negotiate a fair price and for a small fee they delivered the vehicle to us (we lived about 2 hours away) clean and with a full tank of gas.
Bill Black responded swiftly. The associates waited after closing to meet up with me. I left Bill Black with a positive experience. The vehicle I was inquiring about was cleaned up and ready for a test drive. Bill Black associate were friendly and professional. Thank you.

I had been in contact with the dealer via email. Told them I would come there Friday morning 10.11.19 on my way out of town to test drive the car. When I arrived they had loaned the car out. No one emailed me to say the car wouldn't be there! I drove over an hour for this!

Called to makes ure they still had it. Had two different people, sales and management to call me back and said yes. I told the I was on my way, that i was 2 hrs away. Half way there, they called and told me the sold it the night before. Then two days later called and said it was still available and wanted me to put a deposit down on it. Be careful of this wishy washy place

The dealer was very pleasant and responsive when we were inquiring about the car. We actually ended up buying from
them. However, 30 miles down the road the check engine light came in and the car started sputtering. We took the car
in and found it needed a part replaced that controls the ignition intake. We test drove this car just on a short trip around
the block and there wasn't a problem. Thank goodness it was covered under warranty. Now maybe the dealer would not
have been able to detect this failing until it actually failed. However, this car was supposed to be "certified" and we make
couple of trips from Durham to Greensboro. I notified the sales manager, he never responded. I also spoke with
salesperson. While he seemed to be concerned, he has not followed up either. I just think out of good customer
relations they would done more to show that they valued us. Needless to say I don't think we will be going back to this
dealer.

The dealer, Bill Black Chevrolet was very, very helpful in my dealings with them about the 2006 Chevy Silverado. They told me when it
was available to be shown and test driven and very importantly about a mechanical fault with the vehicle. I was very impressed with
the way they handled the situation. If all auto dealers were this upfront and honest it would be great.
